Description of Work: They used an air compressor gun to blow air through the return vents while a big vacuum nozzle was operating inside one of main trunk lines near the furnace. | |However, for a 2 story house with a basement what about other areas where lint and dust may have clumped up, like elbow joints below the 2nd story floor... would the vacuum all the way down to the basement have taken care of that?

Description of Work: Our air ducts were cleaned. Their camera wasn't working, I could hear stuff moving on out. I had a $99 big deal, but had to pay more because of the size of the house. I expected that.

Everything went great - they are a treat to deal with. I fully expect my future contacts with this company will go as well as the first. Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning. They arrived promptly, were personable and friendly and completed the job quickly. There was no mess left behind, and the tech seemed genuinely pleased about removing the large clog he found in the tube so my dryer will run more efficiently.

Description of Work: They were here on time, performed all the duct cleaning. They suggested we take care of our dryer vent and fireplace at the same time for a reduced price. My husband was thrilled with how well they cleaned the glass front on the fireplace as he had spent significant time on it last season and the results were not as good. Will be using them again.
