Description of Work: Cleaned gas fireplace on first visit, Made strong effort to ignite pilot light, however unsuccessful due to thermopile needing replacement, did not have piece with them so needed to schedule followup appt. for replacement. They appeared knowledgeable and shared information/answered questions to aid in understanding mechanics of this particular brand of insert.

Description of Work: The two man crew removed all the cold air return grills, connected a large vacuum line to their truck and subsequently used compressed air to blow the dust/particulates/animal hair out of our ductwork. They were very efficient, took care while in our house, cleaned up and courteous. I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: We bought a deal for a gas fireplace cleaning and we ad them do a dryer vent cleaning which they said they could do for $50 extra since they were there. We needed it done so gave them the go ahead. Tey did a great job and we were pleased.
