I have been waiting for a review on this client. I wanted to put my own review in but not possible until the client does. We arrived to the home for the cleaning service purchased for a gas log fireplace. When we arrived to the home Mr. ***** went to wall switch to turn on Gas Log and to show the switch is not working correctly. We do not replace wall switches. That is a job for an electrician. After the cleaning we were not getting any electrical current going to the gas log and let him know we cannot test the gas log until the wall switch was fixed. The client then proceeded to yell, argue, threaten and swear at my employees. He was very belligerent. My employee called me at the office to tell me about the situation he was having with the client. During our conversation the client jumped into our vehicle apologizing to my tech about his attitude and that he no longer wants to harm or punch him anymore. He has settled down and understands to situation. He will hire an electrician to replace the wall switch for the gas log. We clean the dust, residue build up, and clean the residue off the glass. The person who put in the review was not home during the service. I have told my employees (recommended by police) to record all clients who are threatening their life for now on. We have about 2000 clients a year and this rarely happens. But unfortunately it does happen. My employees were very upset and did feel their life was in danger during the service for this customer. I did put in a complaint with our local police station in case this happens again to another service provider in the future. We will not accept a work request from this client in the future.
