Description of Work: AAA performed a badly needed cleaning of our gas fireplace. They showed up on time, kept me informed of the work they were doing and the condition of my fireplace, and went above and beyond to improve the look of the unit following the cleaning. As other reviewers have noted, they did offer to clean our dryer vent at the same service call. They weren't pushy about it, and respected my decline of their offer. When needed, AAA would be on my short list to perform the cleaning, however. They did great work.

Description of Work: We signed up for the $99 special duct cleaning. When the team arrived they suggested we might need to have the duct work on our clothes dryer also checked. We accepted the extra service for $50 and it was money well spent. They completely re-taped the duct and cleaned out the dryer. The dryer was so clogged that there was evidence of an over heated motor that could have resulted in a fire. The rest of the duct cleaning job went very well. We would highly recommend them.
