Description of Work: There was a lot of upselling; I honestly know nothing about furnaces and ductwork, so I may or may not have needed them, but the extra things I paid for on top of our pre-paid plan left me feeling a little uncomfortable about value. But the technicians were great and answered my basic questions thoroughly and I wouldn't hesitate to have them in my home again. I'd just like to be better informed myself to truly understand what was actually needed.
