Work was scheduled for about a week after my initial call. The two worker/owners called 15 minutes before arriving, arrived on time, and took about an hour to do the job. They left absolutely no mess. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me valuable information about my heating/cooling system. They were absolutely great, and the cost was extremely reasonable, a bargain. I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends.

John and Kim were on time, had the right equipment, and went right to work. We had cleared the foot of snow that fell over the weekend so they would have outside access to the dryer vent. While piles of lint accumulated on the newly fallen snow, John and Kim kept me chuckling with some stories of what they had found in dryer vents over the years. Kim cleaned up all the lint -- one would hardly notice they had even been there. Kim carefully donned cotton booties every time she entered the house. I liked their service -- they were quick and efficient and very friendly. I will definitely hire them for any future work.

AWESOME work! We scheduled my neighbor on the same day and were able to receive a discount as well. John and Lisa were on time and did the work in a timely fashion. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. John even caught a problem with my air intake which the builder will be notified tomorrow about. I will be using John and Lisa again. Highly recommend their services. Very professional!!

Very good. I only had to call once and John was able to schedule me for a next day appointment. On the day of appointment, they called 15 minutes ahead as promised, and they were even willing to delay the start time by 15 minutes because I was running late. They showed up right on time and immediately started working. They told me each step of what they were doing, and worked around the family and furniture without causing too much disruption. The whole job took about an hour. They even managed to find and remove the dead rodent that was causing a bad smell in the house too! The only one minor issue: they parked their van in front of garage without asking if where they parked was OK, and because they got to work so quickly, I didn't even realize they blocked our car until they had set up all the equipment and connected it to the van. Fortunately the job was so fast that it wasn't an issue.

It was refreshing to have this team come in and explain what they were doing. The one thing I didn't get shown was the cleaning of the chimney & furnace. I would have liked to see exactly what was done, but that's partially my own fault because I was trying to let them do their work and not follow them around. They were so fast and it was done before I even knew it. They blew air into all the vents and snaked through the ducts. They also showed us a sample of the dust/debris that they were removing. They pointed out that apparently the previous duct cleaner had not gone into all the crevices and missed areas where extensive dust/debris had built up-interesting stuff! Incidentally, the same day, we had a problem with our furnace that unfortunately meant making a separate call out to a furnace repairman to get it fixed. We had hoped they would have been able to do that as it ended up being a simple thing to fix. Regardless, they did a really good job & we were quite satisfied.

They were timely, efficient, thorough, explanatory, and very nice. They were very, very good.

Great job. Highly recommended. Husband and wife team tag teamed the house and got everything done quickly but with high quality. Very detailed. Took shoes off to keep carpet clean. Very nice and willing to explain what they see, what should be done, and why. Always willing to answer questions and had good responses. When ducts need cleaning again, I will without a doubt call them back.

They were on time, moved quickly, and were easy to talk to. They suggested the dryer cleaning but I felt no pressure to accept. They looked at the furnace and suggested a more cost effective filter and told me where to find them. It was a positive service call.

Made an appt, gave an estimate of work, arrived after calling and saying he was on his way (a little later than planned); he and assistant went to work, took grills off air ducts, cleaned out furnace, electronic air filter, gave me information about the work being done.

This is the second year I hired John and Kim Anderson. I had been so satisfied with their work that I also hired them to do my friend's house. I thought we agreed that they would provide their actual cost estimate once they had a chance to see the house....I had explained to Kim by phone when making the appointments that while my friend's house was about the same size as mine, it was much older. They were scheduled to do my friend's house (furnace, ducts, and windows) right after mine. John prepared the invoice for my friend's house before going over there and, presuming he had driven by it or something so he knew how much to charge - I paid him. We got over to my friend's house and John went ballistic...."These windows are going to take us 4 more hours; I'm not going to do it!" Whether the miscommunication had been between his wife and I or between he and his wife, he handled it very poorly....he simply did not want to work four more hours. His behavior was totally inappropriate.

Set up time was from 12 to 2 and they arrived early (approximately 45 minutes) after phoning first to see if it was okay. Job was done sufficiently.

AAA-Anderson did a nice job. They were very professional and gave an accurate estimate of the cost of the work. They were willing to explain what they were doing when asked. I would use them again.

I am a repeat customer of AAA-Anderson. They were right on time and started to work immediately. They were in and out in no time, including furnace inspection and dryer vent cleaning. They explained what they were doing and asked if I had questions. I did ask about proper furnace filters, and got a good lesson on winter and summer filters. Now I'm ready for the early heating season to begin.

Very quick job. About an hour or so. Took time to show the furnace filter and how much debris they had gotten out of the ducts. There were some dust bunnies and dust collected around the vents throughout the house that was not cleaned up. Their hose/equipment put a small gauge in one of our stairway walls, but that is easily fixed and I did not notice until they had left.

Excellent service at a very fair price! Worked with the company and my neighbor to get a ''group discount'' and a bit of a price break on mileage and setup fee. Both of us were extremely pleased with the quality of service. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The company arrived on time and when the job was done, there was no sign they were there. I highly recommend this company!

Company was there for a duct cleaning. I asked then if they could replace my broken chimney cap while they were there. They did a great job.

I called to get an estimate, but no one answered the phone, and I didn't even get an answering machine. For their sake, I hope that's because they're busy, because in situations like this, I don't waste my time calling back.

Excellent! They were very nice and polite, and offered up an excellent discount, not only because I'm an Angie's List member, but also because we had a minor mix-up in suggested times. They were fantastic!!!

Came right on time. Good price compared to others. A lot of work done in a short time frame. Would use again and recommend to others. Good advice on furnace use and fireplace condition, use, etc.

They were running early and called to see if it would be OK if they came early: definitely appreciated the call in advance and much prefer early than late! John willingly removed his shoes before coming into the house and wrapped the joints in the air hose with a towel to avoid scratching our newly refinished wood floors. He also told us that we wouldn't need the rotary brush cleaning (an additional $90); this new homeowner appreciated the honesty. The only minor point was that when cleaning the chimney they found three dead squirrels; instead of just asking for a plastic bag to clean them out, we later found them in the ash bin immediately below our fireplace. I'd thought they had vacuumed them up, but it turns out they had pushed them through the ash door! Doesn't do any real harm, but my wife wasn't pleased. In general, he was very nice; took the time to explain things, and was thorough in his work.

John and Kim were on time, efficient, professional, friendly, and (most importantly to me) honest. My air ducts haven't been cleaned in at least 5 years, so once they got there I asked about upgrading to the brush method. John didn't think they needed it, even though he could have charged an additional $100 for the service. I also informed him I was having problems with the furnace sensor, but he assured me everything looked fine and a thorough cleaning would do the trick. As a single female, I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate that type of honesty, as I don't see it very often. They also thoroughly explained the process and took the time to answer all my questions. Finally, they provided some low-cost tips to help improve the efficiency of my furnace. They live up to their name, and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Very thorough, great job. Pleasant experience from first phone call to make appointment to completion. Punctual & provided a good explanation for work done and impact to home.
