Great experience! I called up John on a Monday and he was able to have an appointment on Wednesday of the same week. He gave me a spot on cost for the work I had requested-no approx. or by hour, etc. John and Kim showed up right on time in the window they gave me. They both were very professional and pleasant. The cleaning they performed was great- they even noticed the air exchanger vent we had was plugged up from a lot of lint and cleaned for free. John took time to explain how to have our house heat more efficiently. Kim showed me the furnace filter and explained somethings to me. They both were great and I will definitely have them on my list of regular companies to use from now on!

Our ducts had never been cleaned before and we had just had some remodeling done. John was prompt, thorough, and explained what he was doing and what he had found. Nice guy and knowledgeable and efficient.

If every contractor worked like these people you would not need Angie's List.

Excellent. They said they would show up at 9 a.m. and my chiming clock was going off as I heard their car doors slamming in the driveway. It took about 1 hour, which is what they estimated. They were very courteous and made sure to take care as they maneuvered their way around our house. John was especially good at explaining a change we needed to make in our furnace filter.

I called the company and talked to Kim to schedule duct cleaning. She was very helpful and polite. John (the owner-operator) and an associate (I think Brian) came to do the work. They seemed to do a pretty careful job, which included a cleaning and inspection of the furnace and heat exchanger. They also inspected our chimneys and told me that they must be cleaned soon, but I could wait a little while. I appreciate their honesty. John told me that our electronic air cleaner is not very effective and recommended replacing its filtering device with a different cleaning media. I am glad that I followed his advice. John gave me some other useful information about the heating and air conditioning system. A comment about duct cleaning in general is that, unless the inside of the ducts can be seen with a camera or some other way, it is not really possible to know if the ducts got clean.

John and Kim showed up on time. Worked quickly and did a quality job. Also took the time to explain the condition of my ducts, furnace and dryer.

Made a last minute appointment right before Thanksgiving. Kim was very nice and was able to fit me in during this busy holiday time. They came on time, did a great job, no mess for me to clean up. Very nice people. I would use them again!

Neat, efficient, friendly and on time. Cleaned clothes dryer vent and hot water heater at no extra charge. We've had them do this cleaning for us in the past and will use them again.

They arrived right on time and were very friendly. They explained what they would be doing and started working right away. They did a very nice job of showing me what they were doing along the way and they did a very good job.

I called to schedule an air duct cleaning and decided to have my furnace checked and my dryer vent cleaned as well. John and an assistant called at the appointed time and said they would be there soon. They arrived and explained everything as they worked. I told them that the guest bedroom was always cold, and John adjusted a furnace vent to direct more heat to that room. That has worked marvelously well. The ducts really needed cleaning, since I had the basement finished nearly two years ago, and the furnace filter had never needed changing since then. The cleaning got rid of the detritus that had settled in the ducts after the basement was finished. Now, everything is working much better. I forgot to ask them about cleaning refrigerator coils. I called them after they left and asked about that. Although they weren't able to return to do it that day, we scheduled another appointment to clean the refrigerator coils for $50, which is what it would have cost that day.

Scheduled for one week later, given a 2 hour time slot (10-12). They called at 10 and arrived ten minutes later. Work took about 90 minutes. They attached a large vacuum home from the truck to the furnace to create negative pressure, then used an air hose to blow into each register and air return, forcing the dust clumps down toward the vacuum. They then drilled holes in the large ducts near the furnace to snake the hose through and force the dust to the vacuum and the intake filter. Plugs were installed in the holes. All dust clumps were vacuumed up and the filter vacuumed. They talked me into discontinuing use of the electronic air cleaner and gave me the info needed to get a media filter instead, which fit perfectly and was only $20 (good for 6 months). My 3 year old dryer had lots of lint/dust around the mechanical/burner area and of course plenty of lint in the duct and trap (cleaned once before). Very happy with the work and will certainly call again.

I guess it went well. Less dust in the house. We had lots of construction debris in the system from a recent remodel. My only complaint is that the air return covers and supply covers are painted to match the wall color. The compressed air that was used chipped some of the paint off to reveal the white original color. The gentlemen that performed the job were very friendly and on-time. We would hire them again for our next duct cleaning.

The arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner. They were very polite and did not create an mess and took the old furnace filter away with them. They also gave me an assessment of the condition of my furnace and my clothes dryer.

Called to see if company could come out for chimney cleaning, inquired on the other services they offered and was given a price for air duct, furnace, and chimney cleaning. The price quoted was very reasonable compared to other company quotes and coupons received in the mail. Scheduled service for the same week between 2 and 4 - would call 15 minutes before arriving. Received the call at 1:45 - arrived at 2:00. Explained what they would be doing to clean the ducts. Our air ducts had never been cleaned before - house is 30 years old. A lot of dust was kicked up, nothing I did not expect. Had to wipe the wood floor and vacuuming after due to amount of dust that was kicked out through cold air return vents. Chimney cleaning was completed - and fireplace was cleaned. Said chimney looked good. Also cleaned dryer vent and dryer lint trap. Great service for a very good price.

They did a fabulous job. They came out the day after I called - which was my preference. They called en-route and were there when they said they would be. Very pleasant and efficient. Also, the cost for air-ducts cleaned was good. I had the same job quoted from another company, and at a 40% DISCOUNT, it was $500 and we didn't have the other company do the work. The other company's estimate was 2 guys, about an hour and a half. That's exactly what it took John and Brian from AAA-Anderson. Needless to say, I will use AAA-Anderson again and again. Their pricing was great, the work was well-done, the team was courteous and left things spit-spot!

John and Brian called me prior to their arrival as promise over the phone. The got started after a quick walk-through. Working as a team, Brian removed and moved things as needed for John to get access easily. Comments were professional, but friendly. It took about an hour start to finish.

Fabulous! They were prompt, professional and extremely competent (found vents that I had forgotten about). Additionally, they were helpful above and beyond -- when I mentioned having some trouble with getting my central air fixed, John did a quick check of part of the system, and then recommended another company. Because I had such confidence in John and Kim I called the company they recommended (which then successfully fixed the system unlike the previous Angie's List company I had been using). Finally, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

They were in and out in about an hour. They were very friendly and professional! They even worked with the construction crews that were working on the outside of our townhouse to make sure it was OK for them to go on the roof to clean the dryer vent. They pulled out old construction materials that were in our vents from when our town house was built 12 years ago! They definitely were worth the money and they went out of their way to make us happy. We strongly recommend them!!

This was a great service experience. I had been told by another contractor that I needed a new furnace (mine is about 50 years old, original with the house) because the fan was broken (it turned out not to be) and that a new one would be much more efficient and would pay for itself in a few years. When John (AAA Anderson) came out, he said that my furnace was in great shape and should run as long as I want it to. He said that older furnaces, while less efficient, are a lot more reliable because they have few moving parts and are just more solid than newer ones. He said that newer furnaces are in need of frequent repair because they are more sensitive and complex, and they keep companies that sell and repair furnaces in business. He said that cleaning the chimney will help some with efficiency and help protect against CO fumes. He was very knowledgeable and saved me about $3000, the cost of a new furnace. And, the ducts are clean; and the furnace is working wonderfully.

Their price was very reasonable and they did a good job.

They were courteous and informative regarding filter types to use during the summer and winter months, as well as providing us with further information as to what they were doing and why. When they showed us the dust and dirt collected in our filter, we could not believe it, but we captured it on our digital camera. Glad we didn't have pets at home. It took an hour to clean the ducts ($110) and dryer vent ($35) + tax. We are exceedingly pleased with the experience and outcome. Hopefully the previously large amount of dust specks seen floating in the air in the sunlight will be tremendously reduced. In the past, we were skeptical about the quality of air duct cleaning, but with professionals using professional equipment, our skepticism no longer exists. We highly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.

It is nice to work with the owner/operator of the business. John always comes out very promptly and does great work. I have used him before and will continue to use him in the future.
