This company was very responsive when I called them for an estimate. They told me approximately how much it would cost and they were able to schedule service fairly quickly. They called the day ahead to make sure we remembered, and also when they were on their way. I had scheduled only air duct cleaning, but after they checked our dryer vent suggested we might want to have that cleaned also. I appreciated the fact that they did not "push" this, but gave me the option. They worked quickly and efficiently with a minimum of disruption to the household.

AAA Anderson's did a great job cleaning my air ducts. I had recently purchased a home and the previous owners never had the ducts cleaned. I also had the fireplace and dryer cleaned as services they brought up while they were there. They did not push me into having these services, but I agreed to them as I wanted to start out fresh in my new home. They did knock the chimney cover off while cleaning the fireplace, but were very nice about coming back for free, climbing up on the roof and putting it back on.

Very easy to set up app't via phone. Appointment was set up quickly and air ducts were cleaned within a week. Nice surprise was even though I was prepared to pay for a dryer vent cleaning, the representative inspected the vent and said it didn't need it - so he saved us some money!

There were on time, did a great job and left no mess! They were a real pleasure to work with and I will gladly use them again!

We had a difficult time finding someone who could do the work we needed on our chimney but when AAA Anderson came out to give us their quote, they knew right away what had to be done, and assured us it would be no problem for them to complete the job. (Several roofing companies kept referring us to other contractors). They were prompt, fast and efficient. John and Jeff had the job completed in a couple of hours, they cleaned everything up and John even took pictures of the chimney for me so that I could see the completed work myself without having to climb up on the roof. We've had a couple of heavy rains since the repair and we've had no leaking at all.

John was able to get me a next day appointment. He and his assistant were professional and patient, working around my two small kids. He let me know that my furnace is in great shape and gave me some care tips.

This was a great experience and very well priced. I asked them while they were here to clean the water heater and to look at the over all air flow within the house. Great experience, will use again.

Since it had been several years since I had my airducts cleaned I check Angieslist and found AAA Anderson. I called and was immediately able to get a date scheduled in a few days. Fifteen minutes before the appointed time I received a call telling me they would be there shortly which they did showing up exactly on time. They explained the process and quickly got to work. After they recommended a furnace filter replacement size. It was a very professional experience and I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, called in advance to let me know ETA. Was very pleased with there work, pleasant to talk to and they were quick, and clean about their work. Would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for furnace work.

I thought they were very nice and professional. However, in my opinion, they were messy. For example, I have a vent right above a desk with 2 computers and a printer. The ceiling is finished and when they opened the vent, all the ceiling material fell on the computer, monitor, keyboard and in the printer. Why not take a few extra minutes and cover it or ask me to cover it. Also, when they cleaned out the dryer vent from the outside, there is vent material all over the back yard.

They scheduled me in quickly. They were nice, polite, responsive and good about explaining what they were doing and answering questions.

John & Kim were available within a few days of my call. They arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window, were quick (less than 1-1/2 hours) and thorough.

Answered call, very friendly, showed up on time, courteous, took off shoes, did not make unnecessary mess, was helpful in figuring out how to regulate airflow in house, open to answer questions.

Quite quickly. Although they did not arrive at the scheduled time, John (the owner) called to say that they were running late due to the preceding job and local road construction. They did arrive at the rescheduled time and immediately went to work. They worked effectively and almost choreographed.

John & Kim are a pleasure to work with. They responded to my phone message within a couple of hours and were available to come out within a few days. They came to my house right at the beginning of the 2 hour window they gave me, and they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were careful in my house and left it clean. Per my request, they altered the airflow in some of my ducts and that night when I discovered too much cold air coming into the bedrooms, they came back the next day to readjust. I definitely recommend AAA Anderson's.

The call went great! I was so impressed. I just joined Angie's List this morning. The first call I made was to Kim at AAA Anderson's. She was professional and personable; advised me that she and her husband (who work jointly together) would be out at 11:00 am this morning! They showed up at exactly 11:00 if not a few minutes before! Even though we were all social; chatting about the area-both John and Kim maintained their professional manner and kept right on task. The call was done by 11:30 and that included the quote and explanation to what John will be doing to the exterior of the fireplace vent. I did prepay for the outside vent piece which was my choice for convenience; but I feel confident in John and Kim that it will be done correctly and if not; I feel just as confident that they will come back to make it right. I want to note that it was my choice to prepay for the outside item; this was not a requirement for AAA to do the work-I was offered a choice because of our busy schedule and the quick nature of the job to be done.

Excellent service! They were very accommodating were able to come within the week. They called just before they arrived and got right to work. Both myself and my husband were very impressed with their work. They were efficient and left the house very clean. John even took the extra time to help us troubleshoot as to why two air vents had stopped working. He gave us some very sound advise and even redirected the dampers so more air could reach the areas with venting problems. We absolutely will use them again!!!

They were able to schedule an appointment right away and came within the designated time frame. They were very courteous, completed the job within an hour and cleaned up everything before they left. Excellent job.

When calling for information, spoke to John who answered my many questions thoroughly and patiently. He and his wife, Kim, always do the work and it is obvious they have had a lot of experience. After the roto brush, the dirt was removed by a high efficiency vacuuming system into a truck that was outside. Gave us good advice about the furnace filter. Very professional and extremely pleasant to have them in your home.

They were wonderful! They were fast, and very well priced.
