They were great! They took their shoes off when they entered my home and got to work right away. They were very good about explaining the process to me. They also did not try to upsell, which was much appreciated. They were very efficient and very courteous.

They arrived on time, were very pleasant and did a great job. My condo is on the 10th floor and so they needed to drop a hose from my balcony to their truck. They also has a large machine that needed to be brought into the condo. They were very careful with my new floor when moving the machine.

Our heat vents hadn't been cleaned for a long time, so we checked Angies List to find a contractor. This contractor had very good reports so we called and found that they had a special price sale on duct cleaning services during the slow summer season. The contractor arrived on time and they spent about 1.5 hrs cleaning the ducts and installing the dryer vent. Everything went as expected-there was nothing to clean up after they left. We are happy with the new dryer vent. I asked Mr. Anderson about dealing with uneven heating and cooling in our split level home, and he advised me to adjust the damper on the furnace; however, I checked with the company that installed our HVAC system and they told me not to close the damper because closing the damper would put too much stress on the system. Overall I was very happy with the service we received and with the price we paid.

John is very good at what he does. He and Kim are professional and very nice people. They will continue to be my choice for dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning.

We thought that this company explained their operation and then executed the service very well.

This is a husband and wife team. I sent an email for a quote, and received a quote back via phone the next business day. The quote was a little higher than the coupons I've seen for other companies in the mail, but I chose them because of the number of positive responses here on Angies List and Service Magic. They were flexible with our schedule and came Saturday morning and called us when they were close to arriving to our home. Once they arrived to our home, they either removed their shoes or put on the cloth booties over their shoes. Kim prepped the house and removed the air vents throughout the home while John cleaned our furnace, air ducts, and air exchanger. It took about 1 hour to complete. Kim and John were prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. They use van mounted equipment that appeared to have pretty powerful suction. The Monday later they cleaned the air ducts and furnace of our townhome that we rent out. Our tenants said the experience went well. The company gave us a discount because we scheduled 2 homes with us and offered to clean the dryer vent for free. All is all everything went perfectly.

They called 20 minutes in advance to confirm that they are coming, which was great because I was about to bring my kids to the school. Kim and John are both very nice and very considerate (putting shoe covers on their shoes because it was raining outside). They are both very professional and everything went so smooth. And they have a discount for Angie's List subscribers! They cleaned our air duct in about 1 hour. They told me that the duct probably had never cleaned before (yikes!), which is good to know.

It had been several years since our air ducts had been cleaned and I had noticed that I was having issues with my asthma at home. We called AAA Andersons on Wednesday and they were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. They promised to call prior to arriving. On Saturday morning I received a call that they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could move the appointment up by 30 min (rare occurence in my experience). When they arrived they were very professional and answered all my questions about air ducts and ventilation.

From initial phone call to finished product - professional, friendly, thorough! What a relief! After bad experiences with Hoffman/Allied, and Aspen Air - I was so desperate to find a reputable duct cleaning service I spent the money and joined Angies List for this very reason! And they were great! I am a contractor and will be referring them as often as I can!

Everything went smoothly. Both chimneys were cleaned within an hour.

My furnace was out when I got up this morning. I called at 8AM and got a recording that said hours start at 9. I left my phone number. Kim back called immediately. She said that John had already left but she would see if he could put me at the top of his schedule. She said that the charge was $80 for trip including 1 hour of labor plus any parts that I needed. Fortunately it was not a complicated repair. My furnace was fixed by 9AM. John was very helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely call again.

They were punctual, friendly, professional. They began by explaining what they would do. After taking a look at the dryer they suggested that for a few more dollars they could clean that, as well, which was a great bargain and was definitely needed. they left the house as clean as when they arrived.

Everything went really well, and I would use them again. Their pricing was good, and I was very happy with them.

Simply, I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION AND GIVE THEM MY STRONGEST RECOMMENDATION!!!!

Good experience. They showed up on-time... even called beforehand (as promised!) to tell me when they would arrive. Completed all work as promised for a reasonable amount of $$$.

Overall a very good experience, I did appreciate that they explained everything they were doing and why.

We have used AAA Anderson previously. They are exceptional, far and away better than other companies we have used. They are thorough, efficient, courteous and professional. They do an excellent job, come when they promise, do a great job cleaning up after themselves. We will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

After searching Angie's list, I settled on this company because of the reviews. They quoted a price according to house size and were able to provide the services within two days. John and Kim were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. John even left me with a spring to better hold in the filter because of a modification that had previously been made to the furnace. He explained the furnace efficiency, described the condition of the burner can, and gave me references for a more efficient furnance when needed with a person who would install it.

They were pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. They not only cleaned out the duct work they also educated me on how to properly maintain a good system. I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

Called on a Monday and they came out the same week on Thurday. Kim and I discussed all of my issues over the phone and gave me a verbal estimate on the spot. Kim and John (husband/wife team) arrived on time and were very respectful of our house. Showed me what they were doing and we're great in answering all my questions. We also discussed adding a central humidifier and a ultraviolet filter on the furnace. John wrote down the estimate for those additional services on our invoice. We had been quoted $500 for a central humidifier from another company (we have an existing one that's not working) and John's price was $400. Very efficient and honest company. They are priced right and are not out to squeeze every dime they can from the customer!

They are excellent. I think he works by himself. I would grade him well on everything. The quality, timeliness, price and everything was an A. I would use him again. I don't think he was here more than an hour. It was very, very good.

They were professional from the time they made the appointment until they walked out the door. Charged exactly what was quoted and did not try to hight pressure sale anything else, like our previous experience with other companies.

We requested that they use brushes to do the cleaning in tandem with the vacuum. I think that they did a thorough job, but I was not able to see everything. It did not take them a long time to do the work. The person that I dealt with was pleasant and was willing to work with my schedule. I did have to cancel an appointment and they were understanding about that. They called us to tell us they were on their way.

They were the lowest price compared to three other companies in the area with A ratings and did an exceptional job. The receptionist was friendly and she was able to schedule a Saturday morning appointment the same week. They called 30 minutes in advance and arrived on time. The entire job took only 30 minutes and they were very neat and tidy. He answered all of my questions and provided information on how to keep my chimney clean during the winter season. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.
