When scheduling the cleaning Kim explained what was all done during the cleaning. The cleaning was done exactly as described.

n January we had AAA clean our ducts and I mentioned to the technician that I needed my chimney fixed. He said that they did that kind of work and would be interested in doing the work. He also said that it was impossible to get up to the top of the chimney at that time of year due to ice and snow on the roof. I called them back to do the repair in February and they replaced the chimney cap. It did not fix the problem and so I asked them to come out again to reivew the problem. On the second visit thetechnician told me that there were obvious problems that needed repair but that there was an animal nest that needed to be removed before they could do the work. I had the nest removed and then spent over 2 weeks leaving messages trying to reschedule a repair. I just finally spoke to them this morning and was informed that they don't do the kind of chimney work we need done. Extremely poor communication. I have spent weeks trying to get work done by a company that is incapable of communicating their capabilities on a timely basis.

I HAVE LIVED IN THE HOUSER FOR 43 YEARS AND HAVE HAD MY DUCTS CLEANED YEARLY DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND PETS. JOHN AND KIM WERE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE AND PET FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND LEFT NO MESS. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM AND HOW FRESH AND CLEAN MY CIRCULATING AIR IS NOW. I HAVE NEVER, NEVER HAD THIS GOOD OF AIR QUALITY AFTER A DUCT CLEANING NOR THIS QUALITY OF SERVICE. I WILL CERTAINLY HAVE THEM CLEAN AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

John and Kim did an excellent job with my ducts, furnace and dryer vent cleaning. They were neat, considerate and very professional. I would highly recommend them and their services.

They came in and cut a big hole in my brand new ducting to suck out the dust. They could have just blew the dust out of an existing vent. They hand the equipment to do this but they choose to take the easy route and provide less quality. And now one yr. later it's leaking.

They phoned before their on-time arrival. After an explanation of the cleaning process, they worked efficiently, yet had time for my questions. Nice people who I was happy to have in my home. Very considerate to ensure my cats were contained and not tempted to escape out the front door which was partially opened. Price was nice because I had an Angie's List discount.

John and Kim called about 30 minutes before arriving and came at the time I was told when I made the appointment. All heating vents and cold air returns were cleaned. John carefully moved any heavy furniture. They were careful of our belongings and seemed to be very thorough in completeing the job. I was totally satisfied and will tell my friends and family of the quality of their work.

Our natural-gas-fueled stove hasn't been sparking for months. We've been lighting it with matches, but there was a clear safety issue in that if the burner went out, it would leak natural gas until it was turned off. After signing up for a Big Deal with this provider, we scheduled a time for them to come out and fix it. The owner of the company came on the service call along with another tech, they called about 10 minutes before arriving to confirm that there was someone home and to give fair warning that they'd be arriving, and they were on-time. They had to replace the whole circuit board, because the igniter/sparker is integrated and not a separately replaceable component. The tech showed me the blown component in the circuit board. They replaced that but still weren't able to get a spark. They tested the output of the board, and confirmed that the switch in the gas valves was getting power (which it hadn't been before the board replacement), and suggested replacing the switches was the next step. They didn't have the switches available, and offered to return the next day. They came back the next day with the switches, replaced them, and then the stove worked. Yay! Throughout the whole job, they communicated what they were doing and why, what the parts would cost, and how long it would take. I'd happily use them again.

They called before the service to tell me they were running early and asked if it was okay to bump up the service - I jumped at it! The team was very polite, respectful, careful regarding the indoor pets (to make sure they didn't get out). Unfortunately, I discovered six months later that they did an incomplete job - only the first few feet of the dryer vent was cleaned. Near the exterior wall the dryer vent was nearly plugged with lint. I was upset (to say the least) to learn this, and can no longer recommend the company.

Kim and John were wonderful, courteous and professional. They arrived on time and called before coming to just give me a heads up to when they would be arriving. They were great with my pets and explained in detail what they were going to do, and gave me advice on how to maintain a healthier environment in my home by just changing a few things. I always a bit uneasy about having contractors/service work done in my home. They put me at ease right away. I really enjoyed them and they took great care to make sure that everything they were doing wouldn't damage or make a mess. They wore booties and cleaned up any mess they made. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned.

John and Kim were prompt in keeping the appointment, they were even early! John explained what he was going to have to do in preparation to the cleaning. Kim went through the house examining and sanitizing the air vents and returns. The whole procedure took an hour between getting here and setting up and the clean up after wards. Glad we had it done as before they left, because Kim showed me only a partial sample of the dust and dander and other stuff that they had accumulated in the cleaning. It was obvious that the ducts had never been cleaned in the 35 years the house has been around.

Kim was friendly on the phone and accommodated me when I had to move the appt back by a week. They arrived on time and answered our questions. I told them that walls had recently been painted and I wanted them to watch the walls as there are a lot of angled corners to reach some of the rooms. They began to set up their equipment and layed a hand towel around corners and placed one drop cloth on the carpeted steps to the basement, which only provided coverage halfway down the stairs. They began feeding a large vacuum hose down the stairs from their van. After it was down the steps and Kim was dragging it around the corner towards the furnace area, I asked them to stop as I wanted more drop cloths put down. Our carpet had been professionally cleaned and I didn't want the hose to continue getting dragged across the carpet that was being pulled across our dirty garage floor and everyone elses garage floor before us. At that point the owner who was standing next to me said they were out of there. I said, "excuse me?" He said they were going to leave. I told him I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told him I was willing to provide the drop cloths as it would have only taken 5 to 10 extra minutes to get the carpet adequately protected. My husband had already removed all 28 of the cold and hot air vent covers to save them time. The owner escalated the conversation and I asked him to calm down. He then accused me of being hypercritical and was extremely rude, insulting and unprofessional. I'd say he was either hypersensitive or having a bad day. What happened to doing 'whatever it takes to make the customer happy', as they've stated in replies to their other negative reviews. That's obviously a false statement. It's either his way or the highway! In hindsight, I'm glad they didn't proceed with the job. They packed up and left in a huff. I do not recommend using this company.

They were excellent. I spent around $200 on that work. They were clean, efficient, came when they said they would and they did a very good job.

They called before arriving and were her right on time. They were very friendly and professional. It is a family run business and they were careful to make sure I was happy with everything. They used drop cloths, checked to make sure my animals were safe and would not get out, and cleaned up nicely after they were done. They also explained what they were doing as they did the job. I will certainly use them again.

I was very pleased. They had an initial visit to assess the problem, then returned to install the part. I thought that their charges were very fair, they were prompt, appropriate and professional. I'm so happy to have the burner in use again.

I got the deal through Angie's List. It is really hard with air ducts, because I have no idea if they did a good job or not. The air ducts make noise every time the furnace comes on now, ever since they left. I don't know for sure what to do. I was hoping for more explaination on the working order of my furnace. I am a brand new home owner, and don't know much about it. They came in, did the work, didn't talk to me, and left. They did tell me that my air ducts were really dirty.

They did a good job. They were here for some time. They were good guys. They did a fine and thorough job. I was pleased with their price and service.

Two service men arrived on time. They called with an estimated time of arrival. They were professional, thorough, and considered moving furniture as part of their service. They offered information about the process, told me what to expect, and provided some suggestions about general airflow / duct considerations that would help the overall efficiency of my heating and cooling system. The amount I paid as part of the Big Deal was exactly the amount written on my invoice as "prepaid." There were not attempts to upsell or suggest further services they could provide. This is how the Big Deals should work as far as I am concerned. I appreciated their candor, sense of humor, and interest in the well-being of my household. I will use them again.

The company was very responsive - from first phone call to service delivered at expected time. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and the work was completed in the time frame they said it would be. My only downside is the price. Even with the Angie's list discount, I found several other vendors that offered the same service for less.

Everything went well, and they provided a good cleaning. I do feel that the dryer vent cleaning service is a bit overpriced.

Excellent service. I called the company to schedule my appointment and needed to leave a message. They called me back within a few hours. Kim was very nice and professional. She was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call. On the day of service, the gentleman gave me a call to let me know when he was on his way. Two guys arrived and were polite and professional. They got to work and were finished in less than an hour. One of the gentlemen explained the work that was done and answered all of my questions. Overall a very good experience.

It was a husband and wife team. It was a bit more expensive than they initially quoted but they got it done quickly and to my satisfaction

First off, they could schedule an apointment the next week when I called on the day I wanted which was terrific. They called early on the day of the appointment and asked if it was ok to come an hour earlier then scheduled and since I work at home it was just fine. They immediately got to work and had it completed inside of an hour plus the dryer vent cleaning. They also suggested some changes and suggested I could hire someone to do tghe work to get better heat to a part of my house which doesn't get heat to it. I could hear everything that was being cleaned out of the vents as it sent into their vacuum. I swear that vents I could barely feel the heat coming out of before are now actually blowing the curtains a bit so just cleaning the vents really helps. He also suggested ways for me to save on my furnance filters which means I can spend $20-$30 on a filter versus the $80-$100 I have been paying... Great folks, great service and extremely helpful!
