Rob and Jason were running late, but they were good about communicating with me and it wasn't a problem at all. I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and didn't think to purchase 2 of them as I have 2 fireplaces. Although it was past their normal hours, they also happily cleaned my other fireplace for a nominal fee. All work was done quickly, with no mess at all in my home. Jason and Rob were also very nice people and I would be happy to have them work on my place again.

Came when scheduled, determined what parts need and returned next day and installed parts all in very professional manner. Refrig works like new. Also, cleaned ducts last spring.

My very first contact with the company was a very pleasant experience. The woman on the phone was great...and had a sense of humor. She was able to schedule me right away for the next week (could have been even sooner, but my schedule wouldn't work with theirs). The two gentlemen that came out were on time, very polite and friendly and did a great job in a short amount of time. I would definitely use them again and have been recommending them to my clients.

I had a great experience. The price was very competitive with an Angie's List special--I only paid $90 for 2 trip visits, the diagnostic, and the labor to install the new part. I paid $50 for the actual part. My total of $140 was far less than what I found elsewhere. I was very happy with the service and price. They were able to come out within a few days to fix the problem. Thanks!

We made the appointment which we were able to do the next week. John and his partner called ahead of time and showed up right when we expected. He explained what they were going to do and got right to work. They did a great job of keeping the house clean and putting everything back where it belonged. Overall it was a very good experience.

Everything went perfectly. The woman who scheduled the appointment was friendly and funny and got me right in. The team that came to do the job were professional and did a great job!

It turned out to be a burner element that they cleaned off and fixed for us. The interractions were very good. The contractor was very friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

The woman I spoke with during my initial call was extremely friendly and accomodating as far as scheduling a time for the work. She provided the estimate over the phone, which was nice because I didn't have to schedule two meetings. John Anderson performed the work and he was very professional and careful of our apartment/house and belongings. It took about an hour and a half to complete the job, which was much quicker than I had expected. He was also extremely helpful in providing recommendations for air filters. All around, it was a very positive experience.

I enjoyed working with AAA. From the initial call to set up the appointment to the completion of the work, all was handled in a professional, customer-oriented fashion. The two workers who arrived to do the work arrived on time, gave me a good overview of what they would be doing, followed through with all they said they would do, and were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely call this company again.

We hired them for duct cleaning. It has been a long time since I have had ducts cleaning service. I think it could have been handled a bit differently because the customer can't really tell how the work is going. I would suggest to be more communicative (hand out literature of the services provided). The person doing the job really didn't say thing. He did the job, gave me the invoice and left. Also, he closed the bathroom door and used the bathroom without asking permission. I think the customer service is currently lacking.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The hose used to clean out the air ducts was dirty and was drug along my carpets causing them to get dirty. They bent a return air duct while cleaning it. They replaced the part, but it wasn't the same part as the original. Also, they drilled a hole in one of the ducts by the furnce and placed a piece of tape over it. This was caught by another company that explained the hole could have sent carbon monoxide back into the home, which is very dangerous.

My husband and I discussed joining Angie's List because we needed good recommendations to get a couple of things done around the house. Just after joining, we received an offer of a discount for dryer vent cleaning from AAA Anderson's. I purchased the discounted offer. After a few days, I called AAA Anderson's to schedule an appointment for the dryer vent cleaning and additional air duct cleaning. I also spoke with the scheduler about appliance repair. She said we would save money if we had the part for our refrigerator/ice maker available. The service technician would install it free while he was at our home doing the other work. The technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe and completed the job in a professional manner. While he was here my husband asked him to look at our clogged icemaker. He gave us the model # and part # in case we decide to fix it. We will definitely call them next Fall.

I was notified of a special promotion for Angie's List customers to clean the ducts in our house. I called AAA-Anderson's for additonal details and decided to take advantage of their special offer. I scheduled an appointment, to have the cleaning done, the following week. The team from Anderson's called me 45 minutes before their scheduled arrival time, on the scheduled day, to let me know that they were on their way. Once at my house, they reviewed the cleaning process with us and began their work. They were very thorough and efficient. The team was prompt, polite and professional. I recommend them and would use their services again.

Our Whirlpool Gladiator garage fridge/freezer had an "ice fountain and pond" that had built up in the freezer. I wasn't sure who to call to repair it, when Angie's List Big Deal was for AAA Anderson's Furnace Duct & Appliance Repair ~ how lucky was I?? When I called to schedule the appointment, my first thought was "Wow!! I have not heard this quality of customer service in a long time!!" The day they were going to arrive, time slot 12-2, they called to say they would arrive in 15 minutes. They were right on time, very polite and personable. They were very efficient with their work and explained to me what they were doing. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely call them again!!

I purchased the coupon and immediately sent them an email requesting to set a date. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call back and set the apt. The date of service I received the 30-min-prior-courtesy call. It seems as though it took less than an hour to complete everything.

John and his helper (Dan?) not only arrived on time, they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. To accommodate the safety of my dogs, they parked in the back so the only door left open would lead to a fully fenced area. They took the time to explain the whole process to me, including the sanitizing, which I was a bit concerned about because of the dogs. After my mind was at ease they went to work. They let me know what they were doing as they went along, gave me tips on how to modify my two biggest trouble spots to help maintain the cleaning they've done, and showed me how much they removed from the ducts. All of it was very informative and helped me to understand a process I was unfamiliar with. They were INCREDIBLY professional, pleasant to be around and talk with, extremely nice to the dogs, and seem to really care about what they are doing. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. I was going to hire them anyway and then the deal of the day popped up, so it worked out great. Thank you for a job well done!

AAA Anderson's was so good to me! I originally purchased a discount coupon from Angie's list last winter, then decided I didn't want them to come out when it was below zero, cancelling until Spring. When the wet spring came, we had water sitting in our basement floor vents, so I cancelled until that problem was dried up. Then with our busy schedule, I didn't call to make an appointment until Septmeber. There was no problem even though that coupon had been expired for a while. I just looked up the number of the offer on my Angie's list membership page, and gave it to them over the phone. John and Rob did a very good job when I was finally able to have them come out, moving furniture as necessary, and replacing when they were done. I was also pleased with the discount price they gave me for cleaning my chimney, $79, and dryer, $30, while they were there. They even found over $12 in coins in my dryer, so it ended up costing me that much less!I am very happy with the job they did and their friendly, courteous service. I would reccomend they to everyone.

A team of 2 men showed up promptly at the time of the appointment. They cleaned our fireplace chimney and did an excellent job. They explained what they were doing, and told me how much soot had collected in the chimney so I could gauge how often we'd need to have the chimney cleaned, based on our use of it. They were very quick and very tidy.

Bought the chimney sweeping and furnace duct cleaning through Angies List. 99.00 for chimney, 175.00 for duct cleaning. Arrived on trime with a call ahead of time to let us know they were coming. They were polite and showed care when performing cleaning services. They reported the condition of both the chimney, firebox and furnace ducts which turned out to be excellent. They cleaned up after themselves after performing their tasks in an efficient manner. Would definitely invite them back. Fine job!!

They came a little late, but called first then came on the right time. Clean our furnace and show us how dirt they are. Very good!

AAA Anderson arrived on time and set up very quickly. Wearing shoe covers so as not to soil carpet they went about their job of cleaning the ducts with speed and effectiveness. They were a great team and did the work as explained to me during my initial contact with them. They left the home as they found it,neat and clean. First meeting with them gave me a feeling of trust.and I would certainly have them do work for me in the future.

I hired AAA Anderson’s Furnace Duct & Appliance repair to clean my air duct vents. The job was supposed to last a few hours, but they were done within one hour. The worker tried to charge me $60 for a very dirty filter that I know was not mine. Two months after service completion, the base of the furnace vent fell off because it was taped on instead of screwed. They must have lost the screws and did not replace them or advise me. Based on this experience, I do not know if the service was performed correctly or not and I am not satisfied with the service.

I purchased a Big Deal for duct cleaning. Since I live out of town, I was glad they were very accommodating on the date/time they could come. The woman that made the appointment for me over the phone was very nice and professional. She said I didn't have to worry about moving any furniture, since they'd do it for me. Kim called to say they were running a little ahead of schedule, which I appreciated. She was very friendly and explained what they were going to do, and that it would take about an 1-1.5 hrs. I asked if she minded if I ran an errand. She said it was no problem, and if they finished before I returned, they'd lock up. I returned within 45 minutes, and they were gone. I rated them a B for Quality, since it seems like they finished rather quickly and I wonder about the thoroughness of the job. Perhaps the time to complete the job is usual for the size of my home, but I have no way of double checking the work they did. Her receipt indicated I had prepaid, the ducts cleaned up great, and everything is in excellent condition. I liked Kim and John and would hire them again in the future.

They were very nice and seemed to have good knowledge about what they were doing. They did their work and cleaned everything up. We are satisfied with them. Their price was great. They had an offer through Angie’s list.

I purchased this service through an Angie's List special deal. I was able to get an appointment quickly after calling and speaking with Kim. The company owners, Kim and John, actually did the work. They arrived promptly. They were both knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. They removed and cleaned all vent covers and vacuumed all the vents - which were very dirty. While cleaning the vents, John noticed that my dryer vent needed to be cleaned. Although he told me they usually don't "up sell" when they are providing their services, I'm glad he did this time because it's quite possible he prevented a dryer fire. The vent hose on the dryer was so dry and brittle that it disintegrated in John's hand when he removed it from the back of the dryer. He was able to cut away the bad portion of the hose and reattach it to the back of the dryer. It was well worth the additional $50 I paid to have the dryer cleaned. The dryer also seems to be drying clothes faster as well. I'm very pleased with the results of their services. My house smells better and I don't have to dust as often. There is an electronic filter on my furnace that hasn't worked well for years and John recommended using an alternate filter that has made a big difference in the amount of dust and dog/cat hair in the air. As a result, my sister, who is allergic to my dog and cat, can now spend time at my house without blowing her nose and sneezing constantly.
