Right on time, a few minutes early in fact. Very personable and really seemed to know what they were doing.. One man cleaned the dryer vent while the other workedon the fridge. Whole thing took about an hour. He also diagnosed a washer problem we are having and we'll probably have him back to fix that.

Since I was also having them do the dishwasher, garbage disposal and fridge two technicians came. This review is just about the work on the washer drier. They called about a half hour before the scheduled time and actually arrived early. The technician-Drew- who did the washer dryer did a good job getting the lint out of the hose. However I'm not sure he did much of anything with the washer other than toss in some type of cleaner and run it through a cycle. There was a gooey residue from liquid fabric softener that remained when he was done. I didn't notice it until the next day or I would have said something.

Setting up the appointment went good. The guys showed up on time and were very friendly. The whole process did not take very long. less then an hour. I was really curious as to how bad our ducts were and how much of a difference this cleaning made, but they had no way of really telling or showing me. I did notice that they did not remove all my vents and clean them out. There was also a hole punctured in our main duct (which is supposed to be done in order to clean the ducts from what iam told) that hole was never covered back up and went unnoticed by us for a couple months later when another service person from another company came out to work on our central air. He closed it for us.

The team arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did a thorough job. I told my neighbor about the service and she called and had them come out and do the same services the next weekend and had the same great experience with the team they sent to her house.

Service personnel (John and Drew, I think) notified me ahead of arriving and arrived on time, which I greatly appreciate. They were very pleasant to work with, careful with the house and appliances, and got right to work. They cleaned the appliances and spoke with me about things to be aware of. I appreciate their time and the service provided.

Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. The professionals that performed the service were prompt, friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The service took about an hour. They cleaned the fireplace and inspected the chimney and reported back their findings. I would definately sign up for this deal again.

The washer/dryer maintenance went well from start to finish. They arrived on time and completed the maintenance in a short amount of time. Again, they were punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The technicians arrived on time. They performed the requested services in a professional manner. They were courteous. Overall, this event went as all home repairs and service calls should go: uneventful, timely, and completed as promised.

It was ok. I wanted to get something else installed and the tech said he could do it, but when I called the office they said they did not do that kind of work.

We bought a coupon through Angie's List for AAA to clean the air ducts of our house. We called AAA and asked for the service in November, 2011. The representative who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. She set a date for us. Two of them came on time and started by hooking a hose on to our furnace from their van's vacuum. They then went room to room cleaning the air vents. After that, they started the vacuum in their van and sucked the dust from the duct into their van. The process was very efficient, but not thorough. The cleaning people were very professional and courteous.

For all of the jobs the repairmen were on time, knew what they were doing, and explained clearly the problems with the appliances. As I mentioned, we've hired them repeatedly.

They were very professional and timely. They called before they came and showed up when they said they would. The work was done well and I would reccomend them.

These guys are fantastic. We've used them before for duct cleaning. Very happy with the experience.

The dryer vent had not been done in 25 years and my dryer took 3 cylces to dry a load of clothes.. They spent several hours cleaning out the lint and muck. My dryer now is drying a load of clothes in one cycle. Fantastic!

My front load washer wouldn't work. AAA came over and found the lint trap was clogged. I didn't know the washer had a lint trap. All is well now.

Very professional and arrived right at time of appointment. John was very knowledgeable of brands of appliances and what could go wrong with them.We appreciated his honesty of recommending we get a new dishwasher instead of putting so much money into parts/labor.As it turned out, we found out we had a New Homeowners Policy to cover a new dishwasher and John was gracious enough to call the company and give them a report of his findings and the parts needed. The Homeowner Warranty company agreed with John that we get a new dishwasher.Would definately recommend them

It went well - they knew exactly how long it was going to take and were pleasant enough around our home.

Fast and efficient. I was pleased with their overall service. They were very professional and did a good job.

The men were punctual and somewhat professional. They showed up in a plain white van with no company signage. They arrived in regular street clothes. They did not take off their shoes and they did not take care to clean up after themselves. They explained what they were doing. They stated that by the covered holes in my furnace, this had been done previously and they would use those same holes. They didn't use those holes (they didn't make new ones either, but my point is they didn't do all that much). They stuck a suction wand about 12 inches into in some of the return registers and moved it around. They stuck a hose into the vent nearest the furnace and performed suction there as well. Bottom line is that my impression is that I could have done this myself with a vacuum. Granted, their equipment probably had stronger suction, but still I was not impressed. I also paid extra for a "furnace inspection" that I also could have done myself using videos from Lowes and DIY. There was no proof of how much stuff I had in my air ducts before they began and no proof after of how clean they are. No, I would not hire them again. I haven't wanted to write this because I see them post excuses for every poor review they get. However, people need to know various perspectives before making an educated decision.

I had no issues w/ their service and it was easy to schedule.

They called 15 minutes before they arrived. Jon and Drew showed up, one went upstairs to locate vents, one went downstairs to work on the furnace. They hooked up the van vacuum and cleared out the vents. In about 30-45 minutes, they were finished. It was easy (for me at least)!

Two technicians came on time and worked for less than 1/2 hour. They did the cleaning and maintenance on both the washer and dryer and had to replace the water level switch on the washer which is more costly due to the fact it has a computer component for this washer. On that same day I washed and dried 4 loads of laundry. The washer works as it ought to now, and there was a noticeable positive difference in the length of time it took to dry each load of laundry.
