They cleaned all our air ducts and offered to clean the dryer vent. When I declined they were courteous and not "pushy." I recommended them to my son, who was also impressed with their clean, effective, professional service. I will use them again!

When I scheduled the appointment, I was a given a 2 hour window for the technicians' arrival, and they arrived within that time frame. The two technicians were courteous, professional, and did the job quickly. I can't tell yet how much difference it will make in the house, but I feel better just knowing that the ducts have been cleaned out.

The two fellows that came were pleasant and reliablely on time. They did an excellent job and were very courteous and careful of our belongings. They did a very good job. We have dogs and our ducts were very hairy. They even offered tohelp my husband carry up a sofa from the basement..

When I called to schedule, Kim got me booked for the following week. They arrived on time and quickly went to work, John answered my questions as did Kim and within an hour they were done and gone (1 story home, appox 1040 sq) and I was completely satisfied with the job

He came earlier than the time quoted on the phone, which was great. He went to look at the furnace, and within 5 minutes knew what the problem was (the filter I had put in was restricting airflow in the unit). He reset everything inside and then I had heat again! :-)

I liked that they removed each air vent cover and replaced it when work was completed. They thanked me for giving them business. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called to make an appointment which was scheduled in the time frame we requested. Arrived on time, very professional. When they cleaned the ducts, I believed they did both vacuaming and also blew out the junk. They did an excellent job as our home is now much less dusty then it was before the cleaning took place.

He was very informative and let us know our dishwasher was working fine even if it wasn't installed correctly.

The crew was on time and performed what they said they were going to do.

Kim was really friendly when I called to schedule the appointment. John was on time to the appointment and great to work with. John mentioned that keeping our dryer vent clean would be safer and make the dryer more effiecent. This was an added service that we are glad that he was able to perform.

These guys were great. They did a thorough cleaning job and instead of taking 90 minutes to dry a load of clothes, it now takes half the time. They took photos of the inside of the vents and it was easy to see that one area was halfway clogged and also the screen on the roof vent was completely clogged. I had someone else check this out for me less than 6 months ago and they apparently did not do a thorough job, as the drying time still took 90 minutes. AAA also did chimney and house vent cleaning for me when I bought this house over a year ago. I would strongly recommend them for any vent issues.

This is a very well run company. They called ahead, were on time and did the work quickly. They were clean, courteous and professional.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The two gentlemen, John and another, were kind, friendly, professional, explained in detail their findings and cleanings, answered my questions, offered advice, and took my son's safety into account when he was watching. Additionally, they found a now illegal gas connector that should be replaced ASAP (which I will have done), and it was extremely important they pointed that out. I would gladly use, and recommend them, again.

Everything went great with them. They were punctual and I would definitely use them in the future.

Exactly as anticipated. No surprises.

They were in and out in an hour. All they did was blow air through the air ducts. They even cut holes in my air ducts to fit the equipment.

They came in with their vacuum and long chimney sweep equipment and pushed the brush up through the chimney from the inside to the outside. They brought it back down while vacuuming up the soot. They cleaned out the fireplace grate and it took about 15 minutes from start to finish. They kept the soot from going all over. I expected them to go up on the roof to check the chimney cap but they did not.

Drew went about cleaning up the water heater burner, cleaning all the mess under it, draining the dirty water build-up, tweaking flame, valves and such. After about 30 minutes of work, all was done and he went out of his way to explain to me all of the things that I needed to do as a homeowner - going forward. He also took care to take a picture of the appliance model number and emailed me a receipt for the work before he left (using his smart phone). Altogether, Drew of AAA Anderson set a benchmark for me on what to expect from a typical contractor. Drew - If you are reading this review, please accept my genuine thanks for all the hard work you do and for the attention to detail that you exhibit on a project. Keep up the good work - the win cities need more contractor like you.

The crew was very courteous and tried to keep the noise and disruption to a minimum. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

They came on time. They took off their shoes or wore things on their shoes (can't remember), but they were neat. They did their job and they made sure there was no mess afterwards.

I hadn't had this process done in several years so it was nice to get this finally done! My experience with this company was great. They were helpful when I called to schedule the appt and were there on time. While there, they answered all of my questions and the process went well. I'm looking forward to seeing if this solves some of my "dust bunny" issues since prior to the cleaning, it seemed they were appearing within days of me cleaning the hardwood floors. I would recomment this company since they were so helpful and responsive to my needs and questions.

The service went fine; staff were prompt and professional. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. The washer cleaning was very effective; they ran a cycle on the washer with a cleaning agent. I think this was probably overpriced based on information I acquired later. Company and staff did a great job, seemed a little overpriced based on the short length of time they were there.

They did a great job fixing my ice maker. I had to purchase one part that they had available and they were able to fix it the same day.

Right on time, a few minutes early in fact. Very personable and really seemed to know what they were doing.. One man cleaned the dryer vent while the other workedon the fridge. Whole thing took about an hour. He also diagnosed a washer problem we are having and we'll probably have him back to fix that.
