The process took about an hour leaving the house in good condition. However the furniture was not put back in place. (not a big deal)

They arrived on time and were respectful of my home and of the fact that I had pets. They explained what they were going to do and then did the job. The service was performed in about 45 minutes and my home feels much cleaner!

Called promptly. Called on same day to say they were coming. Never had a concern as to whether or not they were going to be on time for the appointment. Did the work quickly. Will call them again if I need the work done.

They were prompt and clean. The servicemen were personable and professional.

First, I used the Angie's List Coupon, so I'm sure their prices aren't always as good as what I got. The overall experience was good, but not great. The owner was great over the phone and really seemed to know his stuff. However, the two technicians that actually came to do the work were not nearly as knowledgeable. They couldn't complete the work the first time because they either didn't know what the problem was or didn't have the right part. So they had to leave. Then I talked to the owner (I think it was the owner anyway) and he was able to diagnose the problem with just a few quick questions over the phone. The technicians came back and were able to fix the problem pretty quickly the second time around.

They got right to work when they arrived. Made it very comfortable and safe for our pets. Showed me some of the stuff that was coming out. Made me sorry I had waited so long. We have all noticed a big difference since they were there. Alot less sneezing and headaches. Guess we needed cleaner air. I will never ever wait so long again. And I want Anderson's to come again. I know I can trust them and their prices are more than fair.

We bought the deal of the day to have our water heater tuned up. John and Kim Anderson the owners came and flushed and cleaned our water heater and gave us info on it (life left in it... etc... ) I was happy when they advised me it didn't need to be replaced. Before they came to our home I asked them if they could also check a dishwasher soap dispenser latch that had broke. They said that would be fine. Then when they were at the house I asked if they could help me with the dryer venting. The hose that runs out side had come un-taped. They fixed the dryer and looked at the dishwasher which needed a part. They ordered the part and came back to fix it for us on a Saturday so we wouldn't have to take off work. I was very happy they agreed to basically do the two appointments in one day, were willing to look at another issue at the last minute and that they were willing to come out on a Saturday without an extra charge for the week-end. Excellent customer service and value.

They were right on time, and knew exactly what they were doing. Because I enjoy seeing what's being done, I stayed with them... asked several questions, which they answered without seeming the least bit bothered. They were just great!

The appointment coordinator was exceptionally easy to work with and exceptionally proficient. The two people that showed up were the same - one seasoned veteran and one apprentice. When they finished and gave me their card - I was impressed by the breadth of services they offer. They appear to be a jack of many trades - and likely a master of quite a few. I've added them to our "GO TO LIST" - the best recommendation I can make.

Was very pleased with the overall experience. Exceeded expectations and was very friendly, punctual and professional. I would use and recommend their service in the future.

In addition to the cleaning, John offered some advice on maintenance for the fireplaces (this is our first house with wood burners). Also, offered advice on where to find good deals on wood.

I purchased a coupon deal that Angie's list was offering for the vent cleaning service for $149 for my home. I called to schedule a time and they were able to accommodate my schedule. They were very friendly to work with. I asked ahead of time about adding the dryer vent cleaning and they were able to add that to my initial order- because my dryer vents through the roof the cost was $60 to add on the dryer vent cleaning service (which was $20 more than cleaning the vents from the inside.) All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend their service.

Everything with that went well. We never had one issue with the fireplace, and we do use it heavily. They just did a great job.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list for $99 for the dryer vent/washing machine cleaning and scheduled with Kim for the service. Due to some personal issues I had to re-schedule several times and they were very accommodating. They discovered that the hoses on my washing machine were out of code and charged me to replace them with the right ones, but actually showed me how we could do it on our own if we preferred. Very Professional service.

Before they came it took 2 complete cycles to dry a load of towels. The dryer got very hot and the towels were still damp. After they left I ran a load of towels. they were dry on 1 cycle and the dryer did not even get warm. I was very happy with the work done and would gladly have them back again.

We made arrangements for the work without difficulty. They came when we were at work and the house was left without evidence that they had been here. They did forget to replace one plug in an access hole in the duct work they used but sent several to replace it when I called.

Good. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and returned everything to order.

Very pleased with service and responsiveness. I had been concerned about the age of the water hose on my washer, and they had a replacement with them. They tested the washing machine prior to leaving. When I tried to wash clothes after they left, I wasn't getting water. I called the office and within 5 minutes, they returned my call. They gave me a tip to break the vacuum, and when that didn't work, they offered to come right back. Instead I had them come back the next day (a Saturday) and they came first thing the next morning to fix it. Apparently with the new high efficiency washers, a vacuum can be pulled if the hose is connected a little too tight.

Service techs showed up on time and performed the water heating cleaning, including draining the tank for sediment removal. While there, they suggested the dryer vent be cleaned and offered a reduced price if it's done at same time. I agreed to the additional work and they completed that also. Technicians were punctual, professional and helpful in answering the questions I had. They performed the work agreed upon and seemed thorough in their work. I would definitely consult with them for future work.
