It went very well. They were friendly and professional. They did a nice job.

They were punctual. The overall job met my expectations.

Staff was on time and completed the repairs. Since it was tight space, they dropped a flowerpot and left the screen off a small window. They left some hose behind and it looks like they were in a hurry. Should have maybe swept a little better. Everything looked fine and the hot water heater is functioning just fine.

First of all, we are brand new Angie's List members, so this first experience using your services has left a bad taste in our mouths so far. When our washing machine started having trouble with the rinse cycle (it was leaving clothes soaked, so we had to run multiple cycles), I was planning on buying a new machine. Then, I happened to receive an Angie's List email promotion which *seemed* to be a good value -- an alternative allowing us to have the machine repaired for a reasonable cost instead of buying a new one. Quoting directly from the email: "AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service, an 11-time consecutive Super Service Award winner on Angie's List, is offering a large appliance diagnostic & repair service for only $89! This offer is normally valued at $150 for a savings of 41% off! Coupon includes: Complete diagnostic of problem/concern One hour of labor One trip charge. Most repairs do not take longer than an hour and it may be required that we order parts that are not in stock requiring a second appointment. We service washers & dryers, refrigerators, ovens and ranges, freezers, dishwashers and more!" Obviously we did not get this "$150 value" out of his visit, not to mention the rude treatment my wife received when she called their office to follow up. The secretary actually hung up on her! All that was on the emailed link to the initial invoice was the short blurb "tranny seal is bad needs new tranny" -- this is a complete diagnostic? I don't think so! There was no useful description, no written estimate of the cost to repair, much less anything itemized. This was nothing short of a scam! He told my wife that it would be $300-$400 to repair, and for that price we could buy a new one. That's not his call to make. Then, in our email conversation, he jacks the estimated cost of repair up to $570! They have been nothing but rude and antagonistic in email conversations since that day. I have saved all of the email conversations for your records. I want my money back from Angie's List for introducing us to these con artists! Either that, or refer me to someone else who actually has some class and ethics! I will not deal with that shady AAA outfit anymore.

Everything was good and saved us having to buy a new refridgerator

The crew was great and took the time to explain the process. Left the place looking exactly as it was after they had moved several items to get to the vents. Overall great experience.

Very pleased with AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair. I got what I paid for as stated on their website. They did a great job. They were careful about moving furniture on my brand new hardwood floors. They wore shoe booties as to not scratch my floors as well. The dust was very minimal and they cleaned up any mess they made. I would hire them again and certainly recommend them.

They showed up on time and quickly cleaned the ducts of two separate furnace systems servicing 1800 sq ft each. They caused minimal disruption to our tenants. There was a lot of debris in the system and they had to create access points in the system because it had never been cleaned (est 20 years of garbage in the system).

They were supposed to fix the exterior vents and they failed to do so. I would not use their service again.

They finished and gave us the bill, which was already paid through the special offer. They asked if we needed anything else done and when we said no they thanked us and left. No sales pressure. We would definitely recommend them.

KIm from AAA answers the phone and is very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable compared to other places that I had called. The tech was out within a few days and quickly diagnosed our problem. He was knowledgable and honest. He didn't have the part we needed, so he ordered it and was back in another few days to put it in. The only issue we had was that when the part that our water filter system needed was replaced, the tech accidentally put a hole in the water hose. We notice it the next day when my husband tried to get a drink and water squirted everywhere! Called Kim from AAA and she was apologetic and set up someone to come out the next day to replace the hose at no cost to us. In general, this was an honest mistake and I would use them again.

Contacted us immediately and setup a date. Showed up when they said they would and did the work in a nice neat process.

John and his crew (1 other person) arrived on time and performed the water heater service efficiently and professionally. This was a preventative maintenance visit. There were no problems discovered during the inspection, so no further service is needed. John was great. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind me watching the process. I had to reschedule my original appointment and Kim was very helpful on the phone. Friendly and courteous. I had no problems rescheduling.

Can't imagine how they could have been any better. will definitely use them again.

Two guys came to my home as scheduled and did a fine job of checking every vent and clean them out. I was pleased with the care they showed in snaking all the hoses into the home without damaging anything. They answered all my questions and performed as expected. Would use them again.

Good service, very nice, pleasant, professional workers, explained what they were doing & made suggestions to what else could be done to make things more efficient, only if we wanted..no pressure. We did add a service. We had recently remodeled/repairs from kitchen floor damage due to faulty dishwasher part/h2o damage, so we had months of hardwood flooring repair/sanding, carpet torn up, sheet rock dust everywhere. We really needed to have the air ducts cleaned, and have always wanted to get the dryer vents cleaned out for safety reasons with the dryer lint build up. They did a great job, friendly, came on time & were efficient.

I purchased the service on my dryer as part of a Big Deal. I provided specifications ahead of time as to the make of my dryer. Communication and scheduling was professional. They arrived promptly. Showed me the parts to be replaced, including bearing and another part for tension of belt. Work was quick and seems to have done the trick.

Purchased Angie's List deal. Super. Professional, timely, communication was great. Very easy to arrange and super job done.

The company was easy to deal with and pleasant throughout. I'm not sure they helped any of my appliances work better but that expectation way have been outside the scope of the "Big Deal" deal.

The team was punctual. Did the work in the estimated amount of time. They did extra work to align the damper in the fireplace which they discovered while cleaning the chimney. I have referred them to other clients and would use them again.

The service providers were professional and efficient. They made sure to thoroughly inspect all the equipment they were cleaning, and advised me of a couple things they noticed needed extra attention going forward. I had to double check that my furnace was running this morning, not because it was too cold, but because it was so quiet. Great job!!!
