Setting up the appointment was easy.The lady was super friendly. She told me it was from 9am-10am however on the day of service one of the techs called me at 8am saying they were in route and arriving soon. I had stepped out for a bit since the appointment was for 9am and had to rush to back immediately. It would have been nice to get a heads up the day before or when I set the appointment that they might arrive earlier then planned. I told the techs that my air ducts had construction dust and debris and wanted to make sure that stuff was cleaned out. That was my main reason for setting up this appointment. (This was also expressed when the appointment was made.) The techs were nice however I was not super impressed with the work. They spent about 30mins, loading in and spraying the air hose and wrapping out. The tech with the air hose was also spraying some mildewcide into the vents and I was not informed about. I had to ask to stop. The product might be safe, as he believes however it is heavily scented and it?s not for everyone. Lucky for me the weather was decent and I was able to leave the windows and doors open all day to vent. I also noticed that he was struggling to get the air hose into one of the vents. I told him I could remove the vent covers.They are new and easy to remove. He told me he that was the last vent and had already finished a few vents without taking off the vents cover. As he finished the ?last one? I noticed that debris was coming out of my bathroom vent. He didn?t realized that we had missed that until I pointed it out. Not sure why there isn?t some sort of check off system. Randomly guessing what is done doesn?t seem very professional. Anyhow I recently checked my fresh air return duct (by simply lifting it up off the floor) and I see that some debris got blown around and left behind. Stuff I couldn?t reach before with a regular vacuum seems to have appeared. This left me a little uneasy that maybe not everything was cleaned out. :(

The service overall went very well. We would use them again in the future.

I would rate AAA Anderson, with a AAA. They are simply the best from start to finish. They take a great deal of pride in their work and it shows. They care about their clients and the service they provide.

This was an Angie's list deal, so it was a great bargain. Labor was only $89 total. The only thing extra I had to pay was for the part he needed to replace. They charged $170 for the part, so I don't know if that was a fair price or if I was overcharged. My one "complaint" was that the first time they came out they found I needed a part. They said they'd order it and call back in 2-3 days to set up a return appointment. I didn't hear from them so, after a week went by, I called them. Other than that, they were great. In fact, in pulling out my fridge, a kink developed in the copper water line and had to be replaced. Some companies would try to charge more for this extra work, but John went to the hardware store to get the pipe he needed and replaced it without any questions.

They were on time for the appointment and were in and out before you knew it. The only thing that they didn't do was re-open all of the vents and they forgot to put one vent cover back on.

John and Kim Anderson arrived right on our scheduled appointment time. They explained how they would clean my house air ducts. They proceeded to clean the air ducts and during the process they offered to clean my clothes dryer and dyer exhaust hose at a discounted rate. I agreed and they perfomed this service as well. When the cleaning was complete they showed me the amount of debris they had removed from my air ducts and dryer. They cleaned up after the job was complete. They were very friendly, polite and professional the whole time. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

John was quick and professional.

They were on time and very pleasent. I had to open two heat vents and remove stuff that the vac did not get.

They were very prompt and did a good job.

They were unbelieveably responsive and flexible. I had to reschedule my first appointment the day before it was set for and they were so helpful in rescheduling and not at all annoyed with the late reschedule. Good customer service goes a very long way and I will continue to use them as the need arrises going forward!

A Anderson folks were excellent about scheduling and showing up on time prepared to clean my air ducts. Unfortunately, they weren't able to find a way to reach my furnace room to hook up their equipment because outside windows to basement that were near the furnace appeared to be sealed shut. Service people informed Anderson scheduling folks that they could not gain access and suggested that Anderson might be able to work out a deal to clean chimney and/or do other services in lieu of duct cleaning, but so far have heard nothing from them. I don't blame them at all for not being able to gain access, but would have appreciated a call about other services by now, because I prepaid for one of their Angies List coupon deals. I will be following up with them.

I purchased the Deal for the dryer duct cleaning and preventative inspection on the washer and dryer, added the furnace air duct cleaning, also arranged for AAA to clean the Townhome Association air ducts. The office was great at arranging all the work for one day. The crew arrived on time, cleaned and santized the air ducts and dryer ducts. Very professional and answered all my questions. Cost was fair, they also replaced the bad washer hoses. I was pleased to see them put on protective shoe coverings . They were respectful towards the house. FYI --They did not tell me before they started the air duct cleaning that they had to put holes and cut out a square in the duct work, was a bit surprized. If they spray the cold air returns and the spray hits the walls, wipe with water quickly or the streaks stay. Will call on them again.

Andrew and Matt arrived, and after looking over the house, went right to work. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and kept us in the loop as to what was going on. They did a fantastic job, and I would definitely have them, and this company back. Thank you!

They did a good job. They were thorough. They explained everything and did what they said they would do.

They were very responsive in setting my appointment. Two gentlemen arrived on time, and were very nice and polite. They cleaned, and sanitized my air ducts that had not been cleaned in about 16 years, and it took them less than an hour. The only thing they could do differently would be to move furniture back when they're finished. They had to move a set of bunkbeds to get at one of my vents, but didn't move them back. Not so easy for a muture woman to push a set of beds back into place. Otherwise, they did a GREAT job, the sanitizer smells wonderful and I would highly recommend them. I would definately call them again.....

Overall it went well. The two service providers showed up on time and performed the work far more quickly than I expected originally. They had all the vents hooked up and running within a few minutes. After the main vent cleaning was finished, they offered to look at the dryer vent and told me it was full. So they cleaned it out and tacked on that fee. They also pointed out some things that could be addressed and gave me a general estimate on what the work would cost. They also showed me how to change my furnace humidifier filter, which was very nice of them. I am not sure if there was any sort of sanitization service performed vs. just the general vaccuuming of the air ducts. And I feel like I may have overpaid given the size of my house and the little time the work took. But the two guys were professional and timely, which I really appreciated.

I purchased the vent cleaning through an Angie's List "Big Deal" for $149. We scheduled the appointment on line and confirmed it by phone within a couple of days. They arrived on time, took care to be neat and completed the job within an hour. I previously had hired AAA Anderson to do a dryer duct vent cleaning and after they were done I mentioned that I was occasionally seeing red marks on some of the laundry coming out of the dryer. They said this could be a felt pad that would soon need to be replaced. Shortly thereafter, this problem worsened, so I also scheduled a service call for this at the same time as the furnace vent cleaning. They were able to confirm the problem was as we had discussed in their previous visit, but unfortunately they didn't have the right part with them to do the repair. They returned in just a few days to complete the repair with no added visit charges. To date I have been very happy with the work they have done for me.

The service was great and the staff was prompt and professional. They left no mess at all, and were in and out in less than an hour. My only recommendation is that the owner develop a customer service line. She is very busy and relies on voicemail to return calls. Having a customer service rep available could improve the experience. For this, I rated responsiveness at a B, although service was extremely pleasant.

They were great! They were thorough and cleaned everything up. They wore protective gear over there shoes and took them off as well, without having to ask. I had great experience with them.

I had an Angie's list coupon that was ready to expired when I called to make an appointment. I was told that wasn't a problem and that it would be honored even if I made the appointment after the coupon had expired. I was able to make an appointment before the coupon expired, but that was good to know. A team of two arrived on time and explained what they would be doing and got right to work. Some furniture needed to be moved, but it was replaced to the original positions. They had everything done and cleaned in no time. After the job was completed, they showed me before and after photos and gave me a paid in full invoice. I would recommend them and use them again.

They came and set up and helped with to get my pets into one room, they were very professional and went through the house. They said they could also clean the furnace for an additional $40 so I did take advantage of that. They took pictures of the vents and furnace before and after to show me. The made recommendations to look for when I would need another cleaning and left.

A great husband and wife team showed up exactly when they said they would then quickly realized that they did not have enough hose to do the job. They apologized profusely and rescheduled for another day, which was fine with me. When they came back a week later they had all they needed and were able to quickly and thoroughly do they job they were hired to do. Then they checked my dryer vent for me, that had never been cleaned, and suggested it be done as well and quoted me a price. It was a small amount and I know the potential for fires due to this issue so I was very glad to have it done as well. I really appreciated their professionalism and thoroughness. They were also very easy and fun to deal with as well. When I need this work done again I will not hesitate to hire them!!

John and Chris arrived ahead of schedule after confirming it was ok to do so through their courtsey call. They were professional and very efficient. They did the job in about one hour and John was very detailed in explaining what they did and outcome of each task. He also provided some tips on products we could use to keep the dishwasher drain unplugged and smelling good. They left the job site spotless and thanked us several times for using their company. Would most definitly hire them again if we need this service.

Vendor fixed an issue with our gas range - the sparker for top burners wouldn't light. This ended up requiring the replacement of the controller circuit board for the oven, which wasn't part of the original plan or estimate. The vendor communicated clearly about what they were doing and what the parts would cost, and explained what the problem was when we figured out what was wrong. They had to make two trips out to the house to complete the repair, but always called ahead to make sure someone was there and that we knew they were coming. Did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I was happy with the work and will use them again!
