 + -1 moreScheduling was fine--staff was nice. The guys who came out were pleasant enough and on time.
Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's Deals and it was a waste of money. They dropped a couple of tablets in the washer and said it was cleaned, which did not address the problems we were having. They said they cleaned the dryer, but it did not seem they did a very good job. They were here for maybe 15 minutes.

 + -1 morethese two guys were right on time and very knowledgable. their work was neat and orderly. improved both performance and appearance of our gas fireplace. did some extras that they did not charge for. Purchased coupon on Monday and they scheduled next day service.
Description of Work: Complete cleaning of gas fireplace and venting. Adjusted flames and added additional vermiculite to base for better ember effect. Checked gas connections and cleaned glass.

Description of Work: The guys were on time and informative, they worked quickly and explained what they did, gave suggestions and cleaned up after themselves. They checked the washer and dryer, cleaned the vents of the dryer and from the roof. They upgraded the hoses and improve the level on both washer and dryer.

The only thing that I was not a huge fan of is that I did not get a recap of what was wrong with the oven and what they fixed. I was not home when they left. Other than that it went very well.

She had to return to work but they locked up and did a great job on everything. The ducts are spotless and the fireplaces look very clean. They also left a report that detailed the condition of the fireplace flues.

Description of Work: We purchased the "Big Deal" for the duct cleaning, and also added on a cleaning of the furnace. We newly purchased the home, and it was recommended to have this done. While he was there, he also encouraged a dryer cleaning. The service was good. My husband was at the home at the time, and was satisfied with their timeliness and service. He was surprised to see what they took out of the dryer and happy that we added this on to! It was nice to know we were moving into our house that had clean ducts, furnace, and dryer. The individual on the phone to book the appointment was very helpful as well.

Description of Work: I bought one of their Angies List specials for $99 for washer & dryer maintenance. They cleaned out the dryer - which had a long exhaust pipe - they got this clean and pushed all the lint out. But it left a mess in the laundry room and outside - no clean-up of the surrounding area once they were done. They were easy to make an appointment and were punctual.

The order was placed, a time to come back was set and they were done for that day. The next visit went as smoothly. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after they were done. Very satisfied with their work. The dryer has been working well since their repair.
