It was just okay. They came, they cleaned, they left. We had been having a problem with our burner not lighting and they were unable to fix it. They said it was an electrical problem with the thermostat but we discovered otherwise. So basically, after the service was performed, we still had our fireplace problem which they were unable to fix. I think this Big Deal was quite overpriced for the work performed. Update: We just had the fireplace serviced by another contractor who confirmed that AAA's diagnosis regarding the problem with our fireplace was incorrect. It was not an electrical issue at all. This contractor, who specializes in gas fireplaces, let us know that the wrong pilot generator was installed, and there was also another faulty part that was leaking gas. AAA did not inform us of either of these issues. Additionally, this contractor showed me that AAA had disconnected two wires and never re-connected them when they were finished. My opinion is that AAA Anderson's probably tries to take on too many different specialties. They should probably just have stuck with duct cleaning, which is what they were originally known for, I believe. I would definitely NOT trust this business with my gas fireplace again. My husband said that there were 3 people involved in this short visit. He said that it looked like one was actually doing the work, and the other was just standing there, talking on the phone, asking questions of the person on the other end of the line that were relayed by the person trying to do the actual work. It seems that they had to be advised by the person on the phone as to what to do, and even then, we obviously did not get a correct diagnosis for our fireplace problem. Scarey.

I called them and scheduled an appoinment with them. They come on time and very polite. They wrapped some plastic warp around their shoes when they are in the house. They cleaned all the air exchanger ducts and air excahnger itself. They even come outside to make sure the duct exit in the outside is in good conditions. I will use them again for future clean needs.

I had done some remodeling so there had been alot of dust so I really wanted the ducts cleaned out before turning on the Air conditioner for the summer. The team of two guys came and they were very professional and knew what they were doing. They went to each room and each vent. They cleaned out the furnace filter saving me from replacing it. It is a fairly new furnace and I was not sure where to get new filters and before they left they gave me the model number I needed and where to get them.

When I called AAA for an appointment, I had a very good experience with scheduling, although because of the volume of Best Buys, the date for work was further out than I had hoped. (Worked out well, as new furnaces didn't get installed until a few days before.) The workers came on time as scheduled, went about their work quickly and with minimal disruption, and everything was left in good shape. I received advice on how often to have cleaned -- due to heavy smoke residue. I was surprised that none of the air vent covers were removed. But most of vacuuming was done from the basement and the furnace. I have nothing to compare to in terms of what is best practice for air duct cleaning, so I can't comment on quality or professionalism.

Showed up on time and explained the process. Were up front about an additional $50 charge for a second heating/air conditioning system.

They arrived on schedule. I had arranged for them to work through my attached garage. They hooked up their equipment through the garage and into the furnace. They removed the return air filter and placed a new one in that I had on hand. the same with the Aprilaire water filter. They removed all air duct covers in the house and cleaned them and replaced them. The process took about one hour. It went well.

Everything went very, very smoothly. They reached out to me immediately after I purchased the Angie's List deal to schedule service. They were able to get in within a week. When the guys showed up, they were very professional/courteous and managed to fit in cleaning the dryer vent as well. All in all a great experience. Great customer service all through the experience.

The service call was very straightforward... they came in and cleaned and performed maintenance on both appliances and that was it. They let me know what to use for cleaning my dishwasher and how often to clean and offered a time frame for the next maintenance on each. I would definitely use them again.

It was very fast, the team was very professional. It didn't take them long, so maybe it was a bit expensive for what they did, but I think worth the money not to do it myself. They had runners to move the fridge on my wood floors without scratching up the floors.

See above. I think they were in and out within about 15 minutes. I'm not sure what we really gained from this (one can buy one's own (cleaning agents to occasionally freshen up the washer). Not sure it was worth the $149 "promotion deal." But it was probably good to get an excess lint suctioned out of the pipes.

Matt and Drew called ahead of arrival, laid a tarp, and got right to work. They cleaned the very dirty glass, Removed all old rocks, sand and vermiculite. They then Installed new lava rocks and vermiculite and reconfigured the logs for a better overall look. They also recommended an additional repair to fix the piezo ignighter (Which I will look at doing at a later time). The fireplace looks greak!!

John and Kim not only gave me the special now but also gave me the special for Dec. 1st to tune up/check my furnace which is very important to me. They were very nice and customer friendly. They did a great job making sure everything was cleaned up. They even took off their shoes and wore booties. They cleaned all my duct work using a rotary, used sanitizer without even being asked, blew everything out and even vacuumed the mess left in areas that needed it when done. John showed me the heat exchanger and explained that even though I have an older furnace that would eventually need a new belt, the heat exchanger is made from stainless steal and because of that should last me a very long time. That showed me I can trust them. Even though I could wait for the belt I wanted to put one in. I asked if John would put one in for me and they were happy to come out tomorrow to put one in at no extra return charge! He had mentioned in our conversation that eventually there would no longer be belt driven furnaces so I asked him to please pick me up two. The place he had to get it only had one but they went the extra mile for me and ordered another that they will either bring by or mail to me! I am very impressed with their service and customer satisfaction. I recommend them highly and of course will use them again. Thank you John and Kim for doing such a good job!

Excellent and reviewed findings prior to leaving. Polite and professional.

There was some positive work achieved, but for this "deal" it seemed like there should have been more "product," especially with only 1 hour of labor. I'm just not sure it was worth the money.

John and Kim arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time. They worked efficiently and thoroughly cleaning all the ducts in my town home. They stated they found a great deal of cat hair (I have 2 cats) and new home construction dust and debris. I was very pleased with their work and respect of my home.

My spouse was very impressed! In three places they had to cut an access portal for the rotary brush and then resealed them after the cleaning was done. Two guys worked on it for 2 hours. They were visibly and obviously removing tons of dirt and dust - we moved into the house 3 years ago, almost to the day, and this was the first time we had the ducts done. it was good we did have the ducts cleaned, as it was obvious theis had not been done for quite a few years before we moved there - and we had had Hepa air filtration installed two years ago!

Pretty good service. No real complaints, they were in and out pretty quickly. Based on amount/time of work performed, didn't feel like package was that great of a deal. Recommended to replace my rubber wash machine supply lines with stainless steel ones. Good recommendation, and they told me what to look for at the hardware store.

Used an Angies List coupon to tune up two kitchen appiances. Did a thourough job and were very pleasant.
