John (the owner) and Shawn came out to my house at the appropriate time they mentioned and were on time. Very professional and took off their shoes when entered. I felt they were honest, knowledgable and quickly found the problem. They got the part quickly and fixed my machine. Very nice men and I would definitely hire John and AAA Appliance Repair back in the future.

This is a great company. John O'Brien came and cleaned my dryer. He answered all my questions. I asked him to see if my washer was spinning out as good as it could. He agreed that the water could be spinning out a little better. He cleaned out the filter in the washer too. They advertised a special for dryer duct cleaning. That is what they came on. I paid him extra to work on the washer. I would definitely want him back again. I think i am going to get them to clean my decks. There was a wheel in my dryer that he thought was maybe making the noise that was bothering me. He said it has plastic wheels and they get worn unevenly. I might have him work on that too. I thought he was just wonderful. He was real alert to everything that could be wrong. I asked him if I could watch him and he said I could. He explained everything to me. It just felt reassuring to have someone that was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and knew his business. He said that they do all appliance. I would call him if I had a problem with my refrigerator or something like that. They were prompt.

They were good. We used them in another town and now we used them again. They are good, no problems at all. They get A's across the board they are good. I would use them again, I just booked them. I would say to use them, they are very good. They leave the area clean, no problem at all.

Everything went great. The first time they came out they informed me that the glass on the fireplace had a crack which I wasn't even aware of. I needed to order new glass and then they could come back to do the cleaning. That was great customer service due to the danger this could be. The next time they came out (2 years later) they did another great job of inspection and cleaning. They are always friendly and professional!

Two technicians arrived 5 minutes ahead of time. Very friendly guys, quick to get set up. Tested A/C, made a couple recommendations, cleaned up, gave me a detailed report and reviewed it with me. Asked if I had any questions before they left.

It took about 45 minutes for the service to be completed. There were two people who came to do the work.

They were a little late but they called first. I had the time so it was OK. This crew was adequate but the team (also from AAA Anderson) that came a couple years ago had a much better attitude or should I say were more professional.

They were good. Just one person came to do the work. It took an hour to an hour and a half. The area was left looking fine. I think he got up on the roof to clean out the vent.

The workers arrived on time. They were very respectful of our furniture and brand new carpet. The fireplace and glass were cleaned, "embers" were added, the fan plug was moved to the correct receptacle, the glass was seated properly in the frame, and they showed us how to adjust both the fan and the flame in the future. They were very knowledgeable and imparted that knowledge on to us so we can use the fireplace properly in the future.

They came promptly and found the problem after doing much testing. They were very kind when explaining the problem and what would have to be done to fix it. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the glass.

Very well in my opinion. All ducts cleaned in a timely manner.

They completed the repair. They suspected something else was wrong and also said that it sounded like the bearings were going out too. Machine worked for about 3 weeks then broke again. They would have covered part of it, but I decided it wasn't worth repairing.

They came on time and started working right away.
