They responded quickly - and di not have to wait days for them to come out.

I had two separate water heaters at two separate addresses drained and flushed. They were each about 12-15 years old and used sparingly. Both were gas water heaters. We noticed a difference in how much faster the water became hot when turned on, especially the home with three levels and feel that we have increased the longevity of those water heaters. The person who performed the service seemed particularly knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

They arrived on time and took the fireplace apart and told me it had been too long since it had been cleaned.

Great couple to do business with! I've already used them twice since the first time they came out.

In response to Angie's List Big Deal, had them come out to do a routine masonry chimney cleaning. They seemed thorough enough, although I noticed our damper didn't work as well afterwards; apparently bent the lever. In all fairness, they might have come back to fix it, but I never reported it to them.

They were very prompt and efficient, and provided alternatives for both fixing and replacing the water heater, which I appreciated. I would call them again.

There was a noise coming from one of the ducts. After they were done cleaning them it was gone! They were very friendly and patient answering any questions I had. They cleaned up after they were done. They suggested that we have our ducts cleaned every year as it had been a very long time since the last duct cleaning. I would definitely use this company again.

The only trouble I had was getting the actual work scheduled. I sent 2 emails and got no replies, then left a voicemail and nothing. I later got hold of the woman who scheduled the cleanings/inspections. She was professional and scheduled the appt. I was supposed to get a call clarifying exactly when the drivers were going to be onsite as I was some distance away but they called instead when they got there. This was nuisance stuff only- the work they performed was good, they cleaned up after themselves, were professional and I am overall satisfied with the results. I would suggest only that the owners consider being more responsive to emails, or better yet- be proactive when people purchase a package on-line and reach out to them to schedule as many others have done in the past.

It went great. The fan was not replaced because after the cleaning, it was much quieter. I would definately use them again.

The Andersons'(a couple) came and with a friendly manner got right to work They finished in a timely manner they were professional and I appreciated they never tried to push any other products or service

I asked if they would honor the deal that I had bought, even though it had expired. They offered me a different deal but that wasn't as good as their current deal out there. They said it would be about 2 weeks before they could come out to repair our washer, so I refunded the big deal and called someone else to fix our washer.

Everything went fine and would do business with them again

On time and courteous. Fast cleaning service, on tarp to not get dirt anywhere and cleaned up quickly afterward.

John and Kim inspected the fireplace for safe operation-cleaned all major parts of the burner system, fire box, gas logs, pilot assembley, thermocouples, and burner pan. Cleaned and reconditioned glass work, removed old rocks, and installed new. John also took the time to do some educating about the fireplace and also duct cleaning. The fireplace had fifteen yeas accumulation of dust. When they were through, the fireplace didn't make any noise when it was running. Even the glass sparkled. They did a great job and we will use them again.

A) they did a decent job overall...they did call ahead before coming and came on time B) they did leave a magnet, that came off of the refrigerator, under the unit that I had to get out.

What a terrible experience! When we called to make the appointment the business message said they clean and repair fireplaces. John came out as scheduled and cleaned our fireplace. We mentioned that sometimes we have to flick the switch on and off a couple of times for the fireplace to turn on and he said he would look at it while he was cleaning it. At the end of the appointment he said we probably would need a new thermal coupler. He then gave us a business card for Fireside. A couple of days later, we tried to turn on the fireplace and it no longer works. I noticed the gas and pilot were turned off and we could not get the fireplace to work again. Apparently, John just left the pilot light out and never turned it back on or maybe he could not get it back on either. Regardless, our fireplace was working and after he finished cleaning it, it no longer works. We called them back and told them our fireplace was not working and John returned our call. He said that we needed a new thermal coupler and to call someone else. He would not come back out to take a look at it. He was very rude and washed his hands of the situation. We called Fireside and they are charging us $199 to even come and look at it. If you would like your fireplace broke this is the place to call. I cant even imagine how much this cleaning is going to cost us in the end. We did have our fireplace fixed and was there when they came to fix it. It was obvious when they went to repair it that it was not thoroughly cleaned. I understand that there was a problem with the fireplace, but it was never explained that it would not turn back on once he was done "cleaning" it. More suprisingly, is his response that this was such a dangerous situation and this was never explained to us. If our whole house could have blown up maybe we should have been told of this danger!!! Once again, we did have it immediately fixed but there was an extreme lack of communication on AAA Anderson's part and therefore, I believe this rating is fair.

The servicemen were professional and curteous. I was concerned about my dryer vent since my daughter had had a fire due to a dryer vent lint collection. They also checked my washer and replaced the water hose as it was over 7 years old. I would definitely use them again!

Went well, however discovered after they had left that they missed one vent, under kitchen sink area.

Very prompt, very quick - nice job

The first visit John sold us a $200 main computer control and installed it. Did not solve problem. Returned on 4-5-12 and then decided it needed a new evaporator motor - would not reimburse any part of cost of first part used - claimed we needed both, but we don't know why he didn't know that on the first visit. We were not impresesed at all. He really seemed to be guessing.

The service went fine. The were professional and punctual. The only reason I might not use them again is that I'm not sure that I really needed the service. It only took them about 15 minutes, so it was pretty expensive for what they actually did. My dryer hose and length to vent is short, so there wasn't much to do and they said there wasn't much hose and vent. I hadn't ever had it cleaned so I thought I should have it done. Guess I learned something, but there was nothing wrong with them as providers - they were good.

Work was performed as described.
