After I purchased the "Big Deal", I called Kim to schedule an appointment. She diagnosed the problem and ordered the part at the time of the appointment, with the option to return the part if it was not correct. John called twice on the day of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive, and he arrived within the scheduled appointment time frame. The part that Kim ordered was the correct part, and the repair was completed within 30 minutes. As of this writing, I have not had any problems with the washing machine.

John, the owner of the company, called us 15 min. prior to arrival and showed up with his assistant at 9 a.m, as it was planned. They started working right away. They cleaned all the air ducts and furnace. When it was necessary, they carefully moved the furniture and put everything back into place. The whole job was done in about an hour, they left everything clean, without any mess. Good experience! We will hire them again.

They arrived promptly at the time they said they would. They quickly set up asked me a few questions and were on their way to cleaning my air ducts. If they had further questions, they came and asked right away, and continued their work. Before I knew it, they were done. My family and I are happy with the job AAA Anderson did and would use them again!

Very professional on the phone for scheduling. They called before they arrived, did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely no problems, I would definitely use this company again.

It went well. They paid special attention to my dishwasher, which is over 30 years old and were able to assure me that the thumping noise my refridgerator makes is nothing to be concerned about.

My ducts had never been cleaned (house built in 1940s). They were very professional and helpful in explaining the details. My air conditioner was also serviced and fluids replaced; very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

My dryer vent line is very long and I don't believe their cleaning hose was long enough to have covered it all. Otherwise they did a very professional job.

They didnt remove the vents from the wall and the main overhead ducts weren't cleaned. They did it incredibly fast and it wasn't a thorough cleaning.

I bought this deal for duct cleaning on angies list. They were on time and friendly. They started upstairs vacuuming from the heat vents and returns. Responsive to my questions and happy to explain anything. When we moved to the basement and the furnace, they cleaned furnace. The heat line and returns at the furnace. They seemed to be finishing up and I asked if they were going to clean the main heat trunk line that leads to the heater vents along the length of the house. This is a big part of the vent system so I was surprised I had to ask about this. I sensed an exasperation but nothing was said. I expected them to use proper tools to open an access in the main trunk. He popped out a screw driver and proceeded to jab it around the side of the main trunk to open a bent down section of the vent metal. I was surprised and dismayed at this. They did bend the access tab back in and covered it with metal duct tape, but still I was not happy with the jagged opening underneath. After cleaning, I went to change the furnace filter and there were several big clumps of dust balls in there. I would not use them again.

Cleaned & left, I just expected more personal service...seemed to robotic!

Great! A few weeks earlier we had them out on an Angie's list Big Deal where they had cleaned the refer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. At that time they explained that our heater in the freezer was bad and that's why we had water leakage in the referigerator. They looked up the part and gave us a quote on the replacement . We called them a few weeks later and asked them to do the replacement. The appointments were very easy to set up and we didn't have to wait long at all. They came and did the job in short order for exactly the price they had quoted. -

Scheduling was convenient. Technician arrived within specified window of time. He was courteous and professional and gave us some insight on how to maintain the appliances in the future (we had just purchased the home so he was correcting some neglect). Work was performed as promised and he left the house clean.

They did a fine job and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They were very focussed up-selling from the very start which was a little off-putting.

The Big Deal ad provided their e-mail address which I used to ask for an appointment. A week after sending it, and receiving no response, I wrote back asking if they had received my first message. Somebody named Kim wrote to me saying, "I receive to many phones calls this time of year to where responding to emails for an appointment is impossible." I wrote back to them saying, "I?m glad to hear business is so good. I guess when you have so many customers you can afford to ignore some, however they try to contact you." I had the work done by somebody else.

The serviceman was professional and helpful. He gave me a chance to ask questions and was eager to answer them. The fireplace looks very good after the maintenance. I'm very happy with this Big Deal!
