They did a great job. We had never done an air duct cleaning before and were concerned as to how complicated a job it would be. They came in and did their work, it turned out not to be complicated, and they did a great job. Certainly would use them again.

It went just fine. We'd just moved in & wanted to make sure the chimney was ok before lighting a fire. They gave us a lot of helpful information about the chimney. It was a pretty straightforward job. They set up, did the 2 chimney's, and cleaned up well afterward which is definitely important for this type of service.

Great! They arrived when expected, did a thorough job and gave some recommendtions, cleaned up after themselves, and were informative and friendly. Overall, a great experience.

With a newborn and three pets, my wife and I decided to get our air ducts cleaned. I saw an Angie's List special and purchased air duct cleaning services with sanitizing spray from AAA. They had great reviews and I was comfortable with the price. I also inquired about the dry cleaning vent cleaning. I was told the servicemen would assess when they came to clean the vents. AAA contacted me about 30 minutes before arriving, and they arrived within the appointment window. Once the servicemen arrived, they were polite as I would expect. ThThey were receptive to our family's new addition and the questions I asked about air quality, frequency of service, etc. They were very respectful of our belongings, and placed everything back in place as needed. AAA did check the dryer vent and recommended to have it cleaned. The area in the dryer that holds the lint screen was heavily covered, and I was told it was a tell-tale sign that there was a lot of lint that needed to be cleaned. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received. The amount of dust in the house has decreased and the piece of mind about the dry cleaning vent (and a potential fire hazard) is almost worth the $50 it cost to clean it (almost ;). A few notes of feedback for AAA: 1) The service tube that absorbs the air from the vent was comprimised (i.e., it had tears in it). I would recommend repairing this. I didn't ask the guys if this would impact the quality of service, but I can't see how the ability to absorb wouldn't be. 2) The dryer cleaning vent service is a little pricey. If I didn't have a newborn, I'd probably just do this myself in the future, unless it was more reasonable (let's say $25). 3) I would appreciate a reminder call the day before or an appointment confirmation via email. I couldn't remember what time we scheduled, so I had to work from home the whole day to make sure I was present. I looked in my inbox, but I don't think I received anything.

It was awesome service from the first call we made to the second visit. Our washing machine was shaking and very loud They came out to the house the first time and put a part in it for us. They came back the second time and did another "fix". They told us they might have to come back out. They did not charge us for the second visit.. Awesome..professional.

The technicians came on time and did the work. They were efficient and professional and gave me information about what they did and what they found.

The cost was too high. Paid $99.00 for 15-20 minutes of work at half off cost because purchased with promotion special.

Treated me and my home with respect.Laid down floor protection.Asked me before getting started what I expected.Overall service took about 2 hours.After word is was offered disinfectant additive to duct work for extra 40.00 or so .I accepted the offer and paid the extra.I thought the suffices provided were well done.Some furniture had to be moved,It was and then returned in its original location.Over all experience was very good.

I purchased the Big Deal and contacted AAA Anderson and arranged for them to come out the next week. I mentioned that my dryer had been making noise so they asked for the make/model number so they could have potential replacements parts on hand. Two repair men showed up on time. One cleaned out the vents while the other one checked out my dryer. He recommended that I replace the wheels on the drum. Since he knew my model number ahead of time, he had the part with him. They were done in under 90 minutes. It was been 4 months since my dryer was serviced and I have not heard any more noise. I am so happy that they were able to fix it rather than having to buy a new dryer.

When arranging the initial appointment, they were very courteous and flexible with my schedule. They arrived promptly and were very courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the motor on our ice maker. They ordered the part and we scheduled a follow-up appointment for replacement. At the second appointment, they again arrived on time and were very courteous. They quickly replaced the part. When asked if they could clean a dryer duct, they quickly accommodated the request since they had the equipment with them. Again, they were very prompt and professional.

They saved me $4900! Our furnace was making a big ***BANG*** noise when it turned off, which was scary. We called another company which told us we needed a new furnace and gave us a bid of $4900. We were worried about the cost so decided we should get a second opinion from Angie's List. are we glad we did! AAA came in and checked it out, finding there was just a loose pipe and a leaky valve, which they fixed in about two hours for a total cost of $198. :) I'm nominating these guys for a Page of Happiness!

The two who came were awesome; they covered their shoes, so there was no tracking. They described the process and even warned me that my cat would be afraid so not to try to pick her up. They did an excellent job and were courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

They were great. They first came out and weren't able to clean ducts because they couldn't gain access to furnace because we couldn't figure out how to gain access to furnace from outside. They didn't want to damage property by doing so and promised to have their office call me back to make arrangements to do other work instead, as I had purchased their $149 duct work cleaning special. I thought they had not called me back, but it turns out they had called and I had not gotten the message. When they returned after I figured out how to get them access to furnace they did a great job. They did very quick and thorough duct cleaning and the same for the chimney. They cleaned the old plastic dryer vent but suggested installation of new metal vent for safety reasons (I checked and they were right). The technicians cleaned out the chimney and were good about not getting anything on carpet. They also pointed out that they could find a replacement for the old, original dryer lint filter which I assumed was no longer manufactured. They returned in a couple of weeks with a new vent hose and new dryer filter. They were great about working with my schedule and very patient with our curious doggie, who is lovable but large. I would definitely use them again.

John and his associate showed up on time. inspected, cleaned and fixed my fireplace. I hadn't used my fireplace in years, they found the problem and had the part in the truck so they were able to fix my fireplace on the spot. I would highly recommend John and his company to anyone, they did a excellent job!

Great, they arrived and quickly got to work. It was all over in 30 minutes. The tech even showed me how to turn on/off the gas and to relight the pilot.

Servicemen were on time, professional, left no debris or mess, did not track through the house. Needed repairs were done as per the quote provided. A follow up call was made to make sure all was working well.

The plumber arrived on time, he was very neat and clean, he explained what he was going to do , and answered all of my questions related to the use of a garbage disposal.

We purchased an Angie's List coupon, and we weren't sure what to expect, but John and an associate came out and totally cleaned and refurbished our two gas fireplaces. They did an incredible job on both fireplaces!!! In fact, my husband who wasn't sure what to expect from a "coupon deal" was amazed, and he wants John to come out every year and fix us up!! They truly look like new fireplaces!!

Excellent work from beginning to end!

They did a very good and professional job. Also cleaned the air duct on the outside of the house when they saw it was clogged. Not part of the original job but they did it anyway. Nice.
