I was able to schedule an appointment easily, they called when they were on the way. They did the work quickly and well, and offered a special deal on another service since they were already in the house. I also had my dryer vent and dryer cleaned. I was very happy with the work and will use them again for this service.

AAA Appliance arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional. Explained what they were going to do and started work immediately. They were very fast and exact. They removed their shoes and covered the floor with a tarp before they began the work. Once the work was completed they explained everything they had done. The fire place works like new. I would definitely use AAA Appliance again and recommend them to my friends.

I had already used AAA Anderson for duct and dryer vent cleaning, then saw a Big Deal for refrigerator and dishwasher cleaning. I was happy with their previous work, so decided to use their services again. I was again very happy. Able to schedule an appointment easily, they gave a 2 hour window, but came at the beginning of that time. They called when they were on the way, did the work quickly and well.

The technicians arrived on time and used shoe covers while on our hardwood floors, which was appreciated. They were supposed to do a refrigerator and dishwasher tune-up and cleaning. They asked if we had any problems with the fridge, addressing only those concerns without taking the time to look it over for other issues, which I assumed would be part of the tune-up. I had them look at a connection in the water dispensing hose, which they said was a broken coupling, and when I mentioned the water dispenser was leaking, they said it's probably the fill valve. We already knew this and were looking for someone to take a look at it and repair it as part of the tune-up. They said they'd have to come back for that. They did clean the coils, etc. of the fridge that day. They took the inside of the dishwasher apart and cleaned it, but not everything was put back together, so my husband had to finish it. Over all, everything they did were things we could have done without spending the $99 (on their groupon). Their quote for the return trip and repair was over $300--not worth it when we can do it ourselves.

The office was particularly helpful & prompt. Great follow-up and communicated when service person was held-up. Covered carpet & any place he needed to walk. Very personalable and worked quickly but, thoroughly.

Angie's List offered a garbage disposal tune up. I purchased the offer for myself and my father. The tune up included a complete garbage disposal inspection and snake of the drain from the disposal 25 feet thru the drain pipe. The disposal was removed and completely inspected including photos. I decided to take advantage of this offer because when I ran my disposal, the sink on the other side would fill with debris from the disposal. I bought the second offer for my father since his sink was doing the same thing. The inspection also included a review of under sink plumbing and suggestions for improvements. The technicians were on time, friendly and focused on the task at hand. The overall experience was excellent and I would recommend their services.

These guys are neat as a pin leaving no sign they were here with the exception of a working dishwasher. They know what they are doing and do it well. More need not be said!

When we burned wood I had my chimney inspected and cleaned regularly, but I never thought about having the gas insert inspected or cleaned. Wow! These folks really made the dingy glass sparkle and the whole thing look like new. The starter button which had some trouble sticking now works great, too. They were prompt and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend this service and this company to any one who has a gas fireplace.

It went great guys showed up on time, after giving me a warning call prior to arrival. They wore shoe covers put out floor covering to protect our carpet. inspected cleaned and repositioned logs replaced the "embers"?? what ever those things are closed her back up and were gone in a flash. they sent me a very nice Email receipt with photos of the work. I hired them to clean and check my gas fireplace. It is about 10 years old and I had not had a professional service come out before. They did a great job. No mess after they left. They called before they came and showed up right on time.

They did a thorough job of cleaning my fireplace and they left my house as clean as when they came. They spent time with me explaining how to properly maintain my fireplace and how it worked. I would recommend them to a friend.

When the appointment was scheduled, I was told that John, the owner, would be out to preform the work. At the time of the appointment, they called to ask if they could come early - which was great for me. John was not the one who preformed the work, Drew was the worker. Work was preformed as expected. Once the air conditioning was turned on, there was a whistle through the vents. We called back, and again John said he would be the one to come out. Drew was the one that returned. He bent the venting a little to stop the whistle. That was a band-aid fix. My husband found some rubber plugs that were not replaced in the holes of the venting, so he replaced them. There is still a whistle when the furnace kicks in. We have not called them back to let them know.

They did an excellent job. I've already used them a second time.

Professional job at a good price.

The service was okay. The young man they sent out was polite, nice, and professional but I don’t think the ducts were cleaned as well as I would’ve liked them to be. I think they just loosened the debris up instead of actually cleaning them.

They came on time and described what they would do. They were good at accessing all the vents, so I didn't have to move furniture. They put back the vent covers and furnishings that the had to move. They showed me how much dust and debris they got out of the ducts and the dryer vent.

I purchased this deal before the holidays and when I called to make an appointment, they were understandably booked up through the new year. We scheduled a date and a two hour time frame. Upon reading the other reviews, the reviewers say it takes about 2 hours. So when I scheduled my time, I assumed they would come at the beginning and take the entire time window. The service techs showed up on the end of the time frame. About an hour and a half into the time window, I called the company to make sure they were coming because I was starting to think that I wrote the wrong day down! They said the techs were still coming and if they were late, they would give me a call. The techs called 15 minutes later (an hour and 45 minutes into the time window) to say they would be there in 25 minutes. The waiting was the only downfall of the appointment. I had taken all the registers off the vents and cleaned them while waiting for the service techs, even though I think they actually do that for you. The techs came and did their thing for about 35 minutes. So it definitely didn't take 2 hours but maybe because I had taken the vents off and we have a small house. The tech did say that we should have left an old air furnace filter in because it does get dirty. We had just changed to a new filter. They may have told me that on the phone upon scheduling and I just forgot. I opted to have them clean the filter instead. I didn't notice a big difference with the sanitizing feature. Even though this seems like a good deal at $149, I thought it was a little overpriced, especially for our 1,000 sf house. It may be a better deal for a bigger house.
