They did a great job describing what they were going to do and then performing the tasks quickly. I didn't realize they also cleaned air ducts, but have hired them for that as well.

AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair did an excellent job cleaning the ducts. They were very professional, punctual, and clean. We are new to the area and will definitely use them as our "HVAC People" going forward.

After the service was finish, I went to do a load of cloths and the cloths wont’ dry at all now. He said he would come back out to fix it but I would have to pay for the service. He was very rude and left a mess on the floor in the laundry room and the entrance to the garage.

I purchased the "big deal" for whole home duct cleaning for my Mom. I called to schedule, very quick phone call and was provided a window of 11AM to 1PM. I was able to schedule within 1.5 weeks of my call. I received a phone call about 30 minutes before they arrived (they arrived about 11:20!). They were very polite, wore shoe coverings and explained everything they did. I also asked for an extra quote for the 2nd furnace in the house which they promptly gave me a quote and were able to do the work the same day. They took pictures of the before/after, answered any and all questions, and were very courteous. They also asked if there was anything else we needed them to take a look at. I highly recommend these guys, and would gladly pay full price for the same service outside of the big deal.

John Kim and another worker (whose name I didn't get) did the work. They were quick and professional. John took plenty of time to explain their findings. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I felt like I learned some important things about my home maintenance. John told me about a potential future issue with rubber hoses wearing out on our new washer, and I agreed to have him replace them with stainless steel hoses at a cost of $65. It was worth it to me to not have another thing on my To Do list. The only reason I'm giving an overall score of B is because I reviewed the deal today, and it looks like some of the things that were supposed to be included in the Big Deal weren't done. All toilets were supposed to be dye tested. Water pressure was to be checked. (If it was, I wasn't told.) All faucets were to be checked to see if they were operating properly. All visible gas lines were to be inspected for potential damage and electronically tested for leaks. The primary work was done, but these things were not.

They were scheduled a week ago, but on route to my place they got a flat so we rescheduled for 2/7/13. They gave me a call 20 minutes prior to arriving. They arrived at the time that was scheduled. They assested the areas and also explained that they would need to make holes in my duct work coming from the furnace (both air exchanges) so that they can clean it. They also said they would reseal the holes and they would be air tight, and they did do that. They went upon doing their job and a timely manner. Took all of an hour or so (my house is about 1800 sq. ft.) They cleaned up after themselves. The initial estimate was $149 for the duct work (a special they were running) and $40 for cleaning the dryer vent. With tax and all added, it came to $203 and some change.

Purchased because we were putting our house on the market to sell. The dishwasher door broke the day before they came. The gentlemen could not identify the part that broke. He took a picture of it and never got back to me. They pulled out the fridge to vaccuum the compressor then put it back before giving me a chance to go back and clean the floor and wipe down walls. They were in my house 30 minutes max. My husband identified the part and fixed the door himself. I will never by a deal like this again.

They called before they came, were prompt and, after receiving the parts needed, returned to complete the repairs 2 days later. When the dishwasher was still not drying the dishes properly, John came the next day and fixed it at no charge. Very reliable and professional.

They were on time and explained the entire processes and were very friendly.

I had written a review before, which was glowing. AAA came when they said, they were set up quickly, reviewed what they were going to do. Cleaning finished after about an hour. Very polite, courteous, conscientious, and efficient.

I used a coupon item for the cleaning of the ducts in my home. The guys arrived on time and got right to work. They did a very thorough job. Before I had this done, I had to dust more than weekly. Now, I have no dust. Great job. (The previous time I had this done by a different business, I got taken to the "cleaners" so I was very suspicious to do it again. The previous company was not a member of Angie's List. )

Scheduling was a challenge - I left two messages for call backs before emailing the company directly about getting on their scheduling. The office emailed back quickly stating that someone would call me in the morning to schedule, which did happen. Scheduling was out a few weeks with a two hour window in the afternoon, all fine. On the date of service, phoned in late morning that they'd arrive towards the end of the window (again, all fine). They arrived in a two man crew, took apart my unit and explained what they were doing, where my settings were, and adjusted everything the way I wanted. Overall took 45 minutes to complete the service. The fireplace works WAY better than I had imagined and the service was way above my expectations. Would recommend to others - though their scheduling could be easier, the end product was what I was purchasing.

I purchased the coupon off Angie's List for an Air Duct cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get the work scheduled. It was a 2 person team and it took a little over an hour. They explained the entire process in detail and were thoughtful of my cats whom I had contained in one room on the lower level. When they were ready to do the lower level they waited until I had moved my pets upstairs. They cleaned up well afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

AAA Anderson quickly determined that the control panel needed to be replaced, and we ordered the part to be delivered asap. The control panel was installed Jan 21 and now the dishwasher works fine. They recommended two things at the first visit - that our water temp was not high enough to clean dishes thoroughly (we inceased the water temp at the water heater), and to use a specialized cleaner to get rid of staining (Dishwasher Magic did a good job).

Everything turned out fine. I also had them do my dryer vent cleaning for an extra fee.

They could not perform the work because of equipment size.

They did a good job with the duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. There wasn't any extraordinary they did and nothing bad either. A year later, I found the receipt they gave me and happened to notice the service guy did his math wrong. It resulted in charging me an additional $100. I thought the price was high when I wrote the check & should have checked their math, so silly me for not catching it. I was a little disappointed their accounting department didn't catch the error and return the overpayment to me. Since a year had passed, I figured it was too late to contact them to ask for the money back - if their accounting department didn't catch it when they posted their invoices, they probably had no idea where the invoice copies were from a year ago. I have also seen duct cleaning for a lot cheaper than what I paid, so will look elsewhere in the future.
