I signed up for the Angie's List deal to have my gas fireplace cleaned and inspected. John and his associate arrived within the agreed upon time period and exactly at the time they said, after calling to let me know they were on their way. They were quick, courteous, professional and did a wonderful, careful job of cleaning the fireplace. Before they cleaned it, the glass had a thick white film that was obscuring any view of the fire. They left absolutely no mess and my fireplace looks great!!! I will definitely use their services again.

They got me an appointment the next day, came and spent the time to be very thorough. There were several parts that needed replacing and they also cleaned out the dust and cleaned each part as they reassembled. There was one fuse they didn't replace, which blew right after they left. They came back the next day and only charged for the part, not another trip fee.

Very prompt, efficient, courteous, professional from the first phone call when we set up the appointment til the time the job was completed and they were pulling out of the driveway. They wore shoe covers inside the house to keep the floors clean and dry (as there was ice and snow outside). They showed me the dust and stuff accumulated and removed from the ducts, and gave me some tips for future knowledge. Very nice husband/wife team. I purchased this offer via Angie's List Big deals, so I am not sure what the actual going rate is. The purchase price was well worth it in my case. I have asthma so having clean ducts and clean air is a necessity, especially with pets in the house.

The servicemen were punctual, professional and friendly; the job was completed in approximately 20-30 minutes. They explained they found some dust in the vents and that my situation was preventive rather than dangerous....which was good. I was concerned about what would be found since the vent had never been cleaned...after nine years of use. All in all, it was a very pleasant service call and I would use this company again as well as recommend them to others.

Their service was great. They diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and explained exactly when it will be done. They cleaned everything else and they did what they could under the deal. They were able to give us the estimate for the repair of the dishwasher.

I bought the Angie's Big Deal and they came out to perform the air duct cleaning within 2 weeks! They were fast, friendly and punctual. They didn't mind my cat and dog that followed them around either. They were very careful with our furniture and put everything back in it's place. They were very polite and helpful.

I told them that I had an issue with my fireplace in the family room. They thoroughly cleaned both and inspected them as well. The had to leave to go to a different job, but brought the owner in to complete the job. Between the 3 of them, they must have spent 3 man hours diagnosing and servicing my problem and after trying a couple of parts (which they explained very clearly prior to any work being done) they fixed my fireplace and only charged me a half hour of labor to fix the problem.

Bought an Angies List deal for air duct cleaning. The guys were great! Very professional throughout the whole process. Explained everything they were going to do, and then cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't ask for better!

They did a pretty good detailed job. I was very impressed. They cancelled the appointment once, then they called and they agreed to get the job done and they came by.

overall it was a good experience. They did leave a few wet footprints on my wood floors.

The work was done while I was away from home, but the company was professional from start to finish. They were very kind in the scheduling of the appointment, giving me several times to choose from. The professionals that were in my home left it as they found it, and gave me a courtesy call before arriving. I will use their services again. The best you can hope for in an experience with service professionals.

Purchased their coupon, called for an appointment. They came, they did their job quickly and professionally.

Overall score B. Company called quickly after contacted. Arrived at end of scheduled time period. I had many services occurring at the same time that day and was not able to monitor duct cleaning services. Services appeared to be performed as promised.

AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service did a pretty good job.

They called to see if they could come earlier from the orginal time set because they had some cancellations. They explained what they were going to do and how they do it and got to work. It did not take long at all. They showed me the furnace fliter with all the stuff that was caught by the cleaning and explained some other good to know tips for future. They were both very pleasant and did a good job. I will be calling them again.

they tried to clean from the outside, were unable to do so. They came inside to complete the work. They worked quickly and followed all my instructions without problems

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were on time and courteous. They didn't try to oversell. They were a good value for what I got.

They came by and drained the water heater. We were very happy with them.
