It was exactly what they quoted. They went over and above. They were very good. I still have some concerns on areas but there was construction going on with the house so they got the majority of it. The ecoil associated with my air condition also need to be cleaned. I think they charged additional for that but it was minimal. They do an inspection and even checked the dryer vent even though it was not included and gave me some advice on that. The fact that the inspection was included was nice. The fact that they gave advice and did not expect anything out of it really stood out.

They came in and did it, there were no problems. I was happy with the service. They took off all the covers on the vents and blew everything out. If they want their vents clean they should go with the cheaper price.

We hadn't done anything with the WH since buying the house in 2005. The company was easy to schedule with, the guy came on time, did the job (which he said it did look like it needed) and was on his way. No muss no fuss.

We took advantage of the $99 gas fireplace cleaning special. We also had a issue with the fan motor, that unfortunately AAA was unable to repair. They said the motor was hardwired rather than plugged in, so they noted that we would need an electrician to replace the motor. However, the cleaning was as promised, and we are able to run the fireplace without the fan. The representative was prompt and clean.

They called a half hour before they arrived. They were professional, informative and courteous. We were very happy with their work. We would highly recommend this company.

AAA Anderson's did a great job. The two workers arrived on time and the job was completed within one hour. They put down tarp to keep the dust, etc. contained and cleaned up before they left. I would use them again.Ga

Perfectly. You hear so many instances of dryer fires and it had been a few years since my last cleaning. They found a few large accumulations in the vent. I'm so happy I found this deal. The offered to clean the dryer too and I have to say, the dryer sounds much more quiet and my clothes dry faster. They were so nice, polite, professional and I'll be using them again!!!!

They provided a gas fireplace tune-up and inspection. They were on-time, performed the work described, and communicated clearly. Good job all around.

Overall better then I could've guessed. I received the promised phone call a half hour before getting to my house. John came in and looked at my furnace and talked me through what he was going to be doing. Then he and I moved a few pieces of furniture and away he went opening and cleaning all my vents and returns. After the process was over he took a look at my dryer since I've been having so much lint in the lint trap I've had to vacuum it out and he suggested for an additional $40 that I have my dryer vent/duct cleaned as well. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! You should've seen all the dust and lint fly out into the yard, it was gross! Not too mention all the stuff that came out onto my filter as "extra" I was more then impressed with the job done, start to finish under 2 hours.

Went well, I wasn't too thrilled with the amount of water brought into the house from the vacuum hose, but it dried up. They also cut into the vents to gain access for their cleaning tool. Whole process took about an hour. Very nice guys, answered all of my questions and were courteous.

Two men came to our home to clean our vents. Coupon was for $150 and then they charged an additional amount for square footage and also for using a brush to clean the hot air vents so total cost was over $300. When they came into our home, they split up and went to different levels to begin work. This was slightly troubling because when I have people come into my home to perform work, I like to keep track of them and see exactly what they are doing. One-third of the way through the cleaning, the helper's brushing unit which was used for the cold air ducts ran out of battery power when they were on the upstairs level. He asked the number one guy if they had brought the backup battery and was informed that they did not. Consequently, I don't believe that the first floor and basement cold air vents got the brush treatment. I was informed after they were done and several of my vents were damaged (bent levers) that they only clean the hot air vents that are round. The vast of ours are rectangular so I felt the extra $65 charge for this was a ripoff and this was not explained at the time that they asked if I wanted this additional service. Not a very good experience and we could not tell one bit of difference in air quality when they were done. We would not hire these people to do this process again.

Anderson's came out and ran the diagnostic on my dishwasher and gave me the estimate to repair it. I remembered that we had Home Service Plus for the appliances. I had them come out and HSP made the repair, but it was nothing that Anderson's said was wrong. HSP fixed what needed to be fixed and the dishwasher has been working ever since. I was just really disappointed that Anderson's diagnostic was completely wrong.

Bought service as n Angie's Deal. Pleasant appointment setup & instruction. Arrived on time and crew respectful of pets in house. Air is less dusty since cleaning. One small issue was they got carpet a little dirty by entry.

The crew of two from AAA Anderson's did a great job. They arrived on-time and got right to work. The process was succinctly explained and I was able to ask questions about what they were doing. He also pointed out that the water supply hoses to my washer needed replacement soon, and that I need to replace the type of dryer venting I have now. I know that I need to replace the flexible vent with solid metal and I'll probably call them back to do the replacement. He also explained the best type of replacement hose for my washer and I've already replaced it myself. They were professional and I'm very pleased with their work!

The Anderson's showed up on time and got to work. They were very professional. Explained what the were doing and did not leave a mess in my house. I plan on using them again next year.

It went very well. The guys wasted no time in getting right to work. It took about 45 minutes to an hour and they policed up after themselves which is always great. They did an excellent job. Thank You!

John and Kim were great. Scheduling the appt. was easy to do. They showed up early. They cleaned and inspected our gas fireplace. Our fireplace gives off a weird "pastic-y" smell so they inspected everything, tested for carbon monoxide/leaks, etc. Couldn't find the source of the plastic-y smell but I was happy to know that everything is operating correctly. We will keep running the fireplace to see if we can "burn off" the smell. I am glad we had them come out and look forward to working with them again (may install a fan/blower in the future). Great experience and a great deal!

The techs did a great job explaining the process and the work that was to be completed. They also advised on any recommended additions, but without being pushy. I highly recommend this company - I have used them on my furnace as well.
