These guys were great. Very friendly, professional, answered all of my questions. They took the extra step to be very clean and well organized.... asking for my feedback as they worked.

They arrived promptly and were very nice and professional. I got an Angie's list voucher for $99 for the air duct cleaning, and it went well. I did expect that they would be cleaning the vents by using something that actually brushed or scrubbed the insides of the vent, but they just blew them out with air. But then, I don't know much about cleaning vents. I had actually just put in a new furnace filter prior to this, which was a mistake, because after the cleaning, you have to replace it, as alot of the dirt in the vents ends up in the filter after the cleaning. So, wait until afterward to replace your filter.

I wasn't there, so it's kind of hard to tell what kind of cleaning job was done. Nothing really stood out as being good or bad. They were there on time.

Everything went well. The technicians showed up on time and performed the services as outlined. They gave good advice and didn't try to upsell me. They made recommendations for future services that might be needed and gave me the estimates for each. There were no high pressure sales tactics.

Went great. prompt and very professional. Even helped me correctly install my dryer vent hose.

Everything turned out very good with their service. They were polite, prompt and showed up on time for the appointment. They were also very knowledgable and helpful.

No complains! Will hire them again!

The team was very courteous and prompt. They called to ask permission to show up early, were very tidy. They explained everything prior to doing the work. Best of all they were patient with 2 underfoot toddlers.

Over all the service was great.

We bought a house in January with a very nice gas fireplace. The owner stated, "we haven't used it in years, there's a problem with the pilot light". Not only did the guys from AAA Anderson's do a thorough cleaning job, they also did a nice job explaining how thermocoupling needed to warm up before it would open the gas line. It was as simple as holding in the pilot light for 30seconds. Now works like a charm, no upselling or catastrophising at all. An hoenst job at an an honest price, and now we can enjoy the use of our fireplace.

They were efficient, answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. They talked me thru the lighting of the pilot process and the what to do and not to do. I thought they did a nice job.

John and Kim were able to schedule my fireplace cleaning within a couple of days of purchase. They were very prompt, even a bit early although the weather wasn't the best that day. They were very courteous and addressed my fireplace concers. They did a thorough job of disassembling (where applicable), testing, and cleaning the fireplace as well as the control. They did a nice job - the fireplace runs noticeably better now. I would use AAA Anderson's again in the future, and I would definitely recommend others use them as well.

I guess I did not understand the coupon I purchased - thought I was getting vents and dryer cleaned. the cleaning the performed was satisfactory. Have nothing to compare for pricing due to the fact that I have never had this service done before.

This was a wonderful deal. They were so friendly and did a great job with the work.

Glass was smeared when they said they were done. Helped them to clean it better. In comparing them to Fireside service, Fireside touched up any marks on the outside of fireplace, added more "ashes" (not sure the exact name for the artificial embers) so that when the fireplace was turned on it looked more natural.

They did the dryer vent cleaning a while back. They did a good job. Everything went along smoothly. The price was good. They were responsive and good to deal with all the way through. They treated me fine as a customer.

Kim was very pleasant over the phone in explaining the process and scheduling the service. A team of two guys arrived shortly after calling to let us know they were on their way. They were careful not to track in water from the snow outside and were very accommodating by squeezing behind and under furniture to get at vents or returns. They explained the process and showed us the vents before and after. Turns out our vents weren't too dirty, but certainly needed a cleaning given our dogs and that it hasn't been done in over ten years. The process probably took an hour or so. In the future, I would do this when the temperature is pleasant outside and we can open windows. The sanitizer that is used is a little strong. We were pleased with the work and the gentlemen were very nice. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the furnace to kick on after they left though. We tried several things, but couldn't get it to work. We called Kim and she had them come back. They reset the pilot starter and it kicked on. My only feedback to them is to check that the furnace turns on before leaving. Most of the time I'm sure it does. I think they listened for the furnace fan before leaving, but instead heard a ceiling fan that was flipped on inadvertently during the cleaning process. Not a big deal and they were quick to come back out and check it out.

It was fine. They responded quickly and did good work. I had no problems or concerns.

They did a good thorough job in general. They showed me that the previous person who cleaned the ducts had used duct tape instead ofa good HVAC metallic tape, which they used to repalce the duct tape. Only drawback was my wife noticed a little dust particulate in the bathroom and a few of the old duct tape pieces were found on the floor after their work. I would hire them again though.

They were honest about the cost/benefits of repairing vs replacing the machine. Before cleaning, our fireplace was not working, but after the cleaning service it works again. They forgot to set the fireplace back to being operated by the wall switch before leaving, but came back to fix that. Very professional and courteous. Gave us a discount for having both services done at once.

After purchasing the "Big Deal," and e-mailing vendor, I received e-mail from them stating they do not service my area.

Used a "Angie's big deal" coupon. Received a call the next day to schedule the service. The men showed up on time and did a great job with very little mess. The ducts had not been cleaned in a long time and it really seemed to help the overall performance of my heating for all the rooms in our 2-story house.

It went excellent!!! They were really quick to respond and schedule a visit and easy to work with!!! They were on time (actually a tad earlier than planned) and totally ready to work. I wasn't home but the wife said they were amazing. They moved whatever furniture they needed to get at the vents, did a great job, and put everything back just as it was. They even complimented her on the soup she was making to score extra points - LOL!!! It was an all around good experience!!!

I bought this through a Big Deal a couple months ago and finally had time to schedule it. They were super nice both on the phone and when they came to do the work. They showed up on time, did a good job, and cleaned up. I had used them once before in 2005, too. Certainly would hire again.
