Company arrived on time. They explained what they were going to do and how they would do it. Both workers were friendly and personable. They were efficient but did not hurry the job. I would definately call them again.

Two technicans came. They were polite and completed their work in half an hour. They cleaned the dryer vent, but just ran a tablet in the washing machine and made no effort to remove the build up around the outside edge/gasket of the drum of my Maytag Neptune washer. I run tablets regularly so I did expect more effort and results than an off-the-shelf product. Since they are an appliance repair company, I also asked for a quote on replacing the gasket on one of the doors of my refrigerator and on replacing one of the freezer baskets. One of the technicians took down all the model and service information and indicated that someone would call me with a quote. No one called. One of the technicians tracked a bit of mud from the garage into the house--not a big deal, but also not what is standard care. They were both pleasant and professional in appearance and interaction.

This was a great deal for us. Our water heater had not been drained for sometime. After setting up the appointment with Kim,they called to let me know they were on the way. Arrived on time and went straight to work, with shoe covers on. Showed me the toilets and how the newer one was leaking. Said they could fix it, but would need another appointment for that and they would need to charge me for it. Otherwise, they advised I should call the plumber who installed it to come back and fix it. They were informative, went through the list of things they were going to do with me in a courteous and friendly manner. Answered any questions I had. Overall a wonderful experience!

They arrived on time, did an excellent job. Cleaned up perfectly.

The guys were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up appropriately. There was no dust or dirt that came out of the ducts into the rest of the house, but rather it all went out the furnace area where the industrial vacuum was attached and the hose went out to their van. I inquired about whole home humidifiers and received good advice and my questions were answered.

They did everything as stated within the deal and did a good job.

The prices listed on Angie's list was for a limited number of square feet. I was told by one of the workers that it would cost more than the original $149.ahead of time. Both men came & blew out all of our vents & sanitized them. Never having this done before, I was not totally prepared. I needed to uncover a few hidden by shelves, sewing machine etc. They said they would be done in 2 hours and that's the amount of time they were there. I had purchased a furnace filter ahead of time for our heat exchanger, but it was the wrong size. They spent time showing me how to shut down the furnace and start it up again ,as I needed to take the filter with me, to show the company the actual one I needed. They worked promptly and efficiently. I do wonder how they would drag the large tube into the house if it were muddy or wet outside without getting rugs and/or floors dirty. Fortunately it was a dry & somewhat warm day. Which was good because this 8" tube had to come through your house to your furnace.

The process went very well. Two guys showed up within their agreed-upon timeframe and started working right away. One guy used the air hose at all the heat registers and cold air returns to loosen the dust, while the other monitored the vacuum connection on the furnace. When it was done, they vacuumed the floor around the furnace, cleaned up their equipment and put it back in the truck. They told me to replace the furnace filter because it would be dirty after the cleaning. They were polite and courteous, one guy used plastic shoe covers and the other took his shoes off while in the house. The whole process took about an hour. I had purchased a coupon from Angie's List for $149, which was about half price, I believe. There were no extra costs involved. There were places in the house that had light dust on them afterward, but I expected that as it's impossible to contain all the dust. I was pleased with how it went.

Two guys showed up took about six(6) minutes to clean vent pipe to outside of house. They looked inside the vent of the dryer and said that needed to be clean and that could be cleaned for another $35 and actually spent more time doing that than the original job which was $65.... overall took about 20 minutes for the total amount of work to be complete. Offer some good advise about dryer sheets and how to clean appliance in the future but was not worth the $$$ for the time they spent.

The appointment was scheduled 1-2 weeks after calling for the appointment. I don't remember exactly what the time span was. They were on time for the cleaning and put protective shoe covers on, which I appreciated. They quickly got to work. They came to me and asked whether I wanted one specific vent cover removed or not because it appeared to them that it had been freshly painted (which it had). I attempted to remove it myself, but couldn't so they used an attachment that could thread through the vent slats. When finished with the air duct cleaning, they asked whether we'd like the furnace cleaned as well for an additional $40. I agreed to this service and was I glad I did! Several clouds of dust came through one of the vents. Not surprising for a 26 year old house that had never had the furnace or air ducts cleaned before. They did a fair job of cleaning the floor in the room where I saw these clouds of dust. Before leaving, they also offered a recommendation on what kind of furnace filter to use. Overall, a very good experience.

Very well. My hot water heater gets lots of knocky noises when heating up -- hard water and no water softener quite as yet. They drained the tank, checked all for gas leaks, etc. They were efficient and let me know exactly what they were doing. Highly pleased.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon with AAA Anderson. I called them to ask them to fix a burner on my 12-year-old KitchenAid stove, and they set up a 2-hour window when they'd be arriving. They called the day of the appointment to let me know they'd be arriving in ~15 minutes, and arrived right on schedule. They looked at the stove, identified the problem, and then discovered that the needed part had been discontinued by the manufacturer. :-( They offered to come back and install it at no additional charge if I could find the part. I then pointed out that the glass on the oven door was cracked, and asked whether I could use the coupon to have that fixed instead. They said "Sure!", found that the glass was still available, and offered to come back to install it when they had the part in hand. I suggested that they just take the door and install it at their convenience, and then bring the repaired door back. They did so, and brought the door back a couple days later, again calling the day before to confirm the appointment and then arrived on time to put the door back. Very happy, and would recommend again.

Work was on time, efficient, and tidy. Explained recommended upgrades/changes to system. Did not PUSH for additional services, but explained method for contacting them for follow thru service.

Technicians were timely and professional. Would have liked a more definitive answer to reason fireplace not working.

The service was great. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. In fact, I had them come back & do some additional work to replace the dryer venting ($166.95). I would definitely call them again!

The guys were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I purchased a Big Deal for the duct cleaning and dishwasher cleaning and paid an additional $75 for the dryer vent installation. I was happy with their work and would hire them again for any future duct cleaning needs.

They had the part available and were able to install in one visit. Highly recommended. Nice folks, good quality and resonable price.

They gave me a service window from 2-4 pm. I got home about 1:45 and they were sitting in my driveway. They were supposed to call an hour before to tell me when they would be there but they called after they had arrived asking why I wasn't there and did I needed to reschedule. I wasn't totally prepared for them to enter but they came in anyway. The service went well but I wish they would have put a tarp down where the large vacuum hose was laid. As I was showing one guy where the furnace was, the other guy was already going through my house on his own. I didn't like that. Next time I would have another family member present to escort one of the workers. The guys were courteous, answered my questions and were done within 45 minutes. Overall it was fine and I appreciate not having to dust as often.

After several days of waiting, I received no response from my initial email request. I emailed a second time. A day later I called and left a voice mail message. They returned my call the same day and we were able to schedule an appointment the following week. The visit was very prompt and the two workers were very polite and professional. When I relayed my problem about it being kept lit, they told me they were only the cleaning crew and that the appropriate equipment was in the other van. This is despite my communication of the problem when I set up the original appointment. Thankfully, their work taking it apart and cleaning it out seemed to do the trick and it was able to start and stay lit. I was happy that in the end I did not need a fix (and have to pay more money) but I was unimpressed with their miscommunication. I was told clearly what they were doing and they performed the work in an efficient, if not complete matter. There was a bit of dust left over on the outside of the stove, which they brushed off incompletely with their hands. In the end, the inside of the fireplace was clean (what I really needed), but the outside was left in worse condition. Despite my telling them I bought the Angie's List prepaid deal when I set up the appointment, they prepared an invoice for me to pay on site. The total for the invoice, including taxes, was $3 less than the $111 "deal" that was supposedly for $180. I was able to show my purchase of the online deal and it was quickly sorted out.

We bought the two coupon packages, which included cleaning/maintenance we were WAY over do on, and they did a wonderful job plus left us with some great tips!

Everything was very professional, from start to finish. We were able to get an appointment set up for the week following our coupon purchase. They were friendly and professional on the phone and in person. When we made the appointment, we were given a 2-hour window for their arrival. On the day of the appointment they called 2-3 hours before the beginning of the appointment window to say that they were able to come out an hour earlier, if that would work for us. We were quite happy, as that was actually a more convenient time for our schedule. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and carried out their work quickly and efficiently. The fireplace had not been inspected for several years. They found a great deal of rust, which they cleaned up, but warned us that we should monitor the condition of one element in particular, as it may need replacing in the next year or so. They explained that they do not do the type of repair/replacement that they were concerned about, but offered suggestions as to next steps we might want to take on our own. No high-pressure sales or guilt trips... just honest evaluation. The work area in and around the fireplace was spotless when they left. and there were no expenses beyond the initial coupon. We are most satisfied with their work.

Work was completed, although there really is no way to know how thorough it was (nature of job when work is hidden from view). Furnace cleaning was extra but for the little vacuuming done, I would have thought it would have been included in initial price. A couple of vent covers were not replaced and furniture replaced to original location, but this was minor. Overall, good job completed on scheduled date and done quickly.
