They did get the fireplace working but scratched and bent the access door on the fireplace and then did not replace the logs in the correct manor.

He came out on time, was friendly, efficient and clear about what needed to be done. They brought the panel out and installed it the day they received it later in the week.

He arrived and went right to work on inspecting and cleaning of the gas log fireplace.

Last fall we had the wood floors refinished. Earlier in Feb., the walls were painted, which included patching and messy sanding. We have cats and dogs adding to the "stuff" flying around our house and into the air vents. It was time to get them cleaned!! I signed up for the special from Angie's List, hoping for a good experience. I was not disappointed! From the get-go, they promptly called to make an appointment. The guys showed up on time, calling before arriving for verification. After arriving, 1 guy started setting everything up, while the 2nd reviewed their process with me, patiently answering any questions. Then, they went right to work until they were finished. The workers were nice and polite, besides being respectful of our property.

They checked out & cleaned the refrigerator coils & the dishwasher; checked out the garbage disposal and showed me the little ruined part that was making all the noise in there. In our case, they recommended a new garbage disposal, rather than repair, as our old one is over 30 years old and actually smokes! We have rescheduled with them to perform this replacement next month.

They called first to make sure the date and times were correct. On the day of service, they called again and gave me an ETA. Upon entering our house, they took shoes off and laid protective plastic on our carpets. They took the gas fireplace apart, cleaned the glass on both sides, vacuumed the inside of fireplace, took the logs out and cleaned that area as well. when they left my fireplace was gleaming!! It was a nice experience. The staff from the company were very pleasant and gave me some helpful hints to the future. I would highly recommend them.

I think their work was fine, my daughter was home when they came but I suppose everything was great. I wasn't there, I'm not the best one to comment but we're very happy with their work. When I bought the coupon, I think they probably came about 4 or 5 weeks later.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment with Mary, who was very helpful and responsive. Dan and Jason arrived on time to complete the job. They were courteous and professional. I don't remember how exactly how long it took; my recollection is less than 2 hours from start to finish. The company was very easy to deal with. I had purchased because I am an allergy sufferer, and had not had the humidified cleaned or disinfected since buying the house and installing the humidifier and new furnace in 2004. I have an older house, and thought having the ducts cleaned would also cut down on the dust bunnies that always seem to be floating across my hardwood floors, especially in the bedroom. Thought this might help with allergies as well as reduce necessary cleaning. Dan/Jason said my ducts were only about 40% "dirty" for lack of a better term, and I haven't noticed a change in the amount of dust in the house or on the filter furnace, and have had no noticible improvement in allergies. However, I got a deal on the work, as I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal, so I'm satisfied regardless.

The cleaning went great. Setting the appointment was no problem. the guys showed up on time. they were friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again.

They arrived on time and immediately started to work moving furniture that was blocking air vents and/or returns. They cleaned them all and then inspected the furnace. They did not put furniture back how they found it, they left dirt and mud throughout the house including on valuable Turkish rugs and light-colored carpet. One of the guys removed his shoes but the other guy didn't and he made huge messes and didn't apologize. They inspected the furnace and told me it was making an unusual, loud noise and diagnosed it as a part that would need to be replaced ASAP. They told me if it goes out the furnace would quit heating and would shut off automatically. They offered to repair it right then but since I had never heard the noise before and wanted to get other repair estimates, I declined their service. That noise has never returned and the furnace continues to work well more than 2 months after they stressed the likelihood that the part would go out within days.

Good service, propt. Explained what was wrong and how to fix it. Left the area clean. Would use them again.

They were late; did not perform all services promised and wanted to charge me $70 to come back out and diagnose the issue that I explained to them the first time. Extremely displeased is an understatement.

They arrived on time, had called to verify time of appointment. They were tidy in all of the work they needed to perform. They did not have a mat to enable them to pull out the refrigerator, so they were only able to vacuum the duct work from the front of the refrigerator. Aside from that, all of the cleaning was done as anticipated.

From the initial email to purchase the Big Deal to the completion of the work, AAA Anderson was very prompt, professional and courteous. The men who performed the service arrived about 25 minutes early but were kind enough to call and ask if it was OK if they arrived early. They moved furniture when they had to and everything was put back in its place when they completed the job. It was a wet day outside but nothing was tracked into the house. My questions were answered both on the phone when setting up the appointment and also at home when the work was being performed. Job well done!

I was concerned about a gas fireplace in my basement, which had not been used in a couple years. I purchased the Big Deal. They came out promptly, on time, and did a super job. They are experts at gas fireplaces. They not only made sure it was working properly, but they improved the look of the flame, cleaned up the glass, and took time to explain everything. It looks like new and works great. I highly recommend them.

They came on time, were extremely courteous and friendly. They told me everything they found wrong or in need of service and fixed it. They were neat and clean and left the area in great shape.

We have two cats and are selling our townhouse, so we wanted the air ducts cleaned. I called AAA Anderson because they had a $129 plus tax special on Angie's List for Air duct cleaning. They were able to come out right away, and were very professional. I really appreciated their efficiency and that the price quoted was exactly what I paid.

All went as planned. No issues making the appointment or with any of the work performed. They also recommended that we order a fireplace remote online (we moved into the house and there wasn't one...and the switch is hard to access). We ordered one and installed it as they recommended and it works great!

I called after I purchased the deal and they came within a week of the call. They were early for the appointment. Two men came to do the job. There was a minimal amount of noise and no mess left afterwards.
