Everything was fine, except the company arrived a full week before the scheduled appointment. Luckily I was home and it worked out fine.

Arrived on time and worked quickly to clean and sanitize the air ducts. Were very personable and pleasant to deal with. Told them about noise we were hearing when the furnace was running. They took a look and cleaned out the furnace blower motor for a small additional charge ( I think it was $30).

I just thought that their professionalism was great, they were punctual, and did a good job overall. they took the time to answer my questions, didnt pressure me to purchase the additional service, but provided me with the benefits for doing so. very good experience

The 2 men who arrived were prompt, efficient, and courteous. The job took about 25 and they cleaned up everything perfectly!

Purchased coupon for diagnostic & repair of large appliance, but as the expiration date loomed we didn't have anything that needed fixing except our trash compactor, which they don't work on. Finally thought to ask about water dispenser in door of fridge and they said yes. It was easy to schedule the repair, technician arrived during the window of time indicated and worked quickly. Turned out to be a pretty easy repair which we would now know how to do ourselves (if the same problem occurred). The technician was accompanied by another man, who smelled strongly of alcohol, was slurring his speech and from what I could tell, wasn't really there for any reason other than to hang out with his buddy. He didn't do any work, he just stood stood there and joked around. The technician never introduced this person to me, but clearly they had rapport. The work that was done by the technician was good, however, it was unprofessional of him to allow the other guy to accompany him. I'm not sure if this is acceptable practice for this company or if it was the poor judgment of the technician, but we won't be using their services again. *update* We have since been contacted by the company who indicated that both men were legitimately on the job and we should have immediately reported our experience directly to them. We did not and we probably should have, but we were uncomfortable with the whole experience. To reiterate, the work itself was satisfactory, and the technician who performed the work was polite and professional.

The job took a bit longer than expected due to equipment failure, but ultimately we were satisfied with the service.

My experience with AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair and Furnace Duct was okay. They did a good job.

They were respectful, curtious, professional and diligent. Even though they arrived at the end of the time window, they did call ahead and estimated their arrival.

The technician came out on time as promised. He looked at my heater and found that I actually need to have it replaced. He told me to contact Angie's List for a refund. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

The technician called before arrival as promised. He did a great job. Polite, professional, thorough, and was able to get my fireplace from not working to working perfectly with just a cleaning!

My experience with AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service was very good. They did a good job, they were here when they said they would be here and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

It was great. Scheduling the job was hassle-free and we made an appointment for about a week from when I called. The cleaner showed up on time, and was very thorough and careful in his cleaning and adjustments. I was pleased he was very careful to put all the components on dropcloths and was extremely careful not to get soot or grime on any carpet or upholstery. He found that one of the fireplaces had been incorrectly assembled, and rectified the situation. He adjusted the flame height and fans and checked all sensors and remotes, and answered some questions I had about the fireplaces. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After completing the job I asked him for a quote for the remote start unit, and he conferred with a colleague in the ofice and gave me a price I was happy with and I had him order the parts. He said they would call when the parts came in, and they did so about three business days later. We made another appointment for the installation. Again, they showed up on time and the installation went smoothly and promptly (about one hour start to finish.) Bottom line: I now have confidence that all the fireplaces are safe and work properly (and they look like new!) I am very happy with AAA Anderson's and will definitely have them back out to my home for duct cleaning, chimney, and fireplace work when it's necessary.

AAA arrived on time and did a very complete job of cleaning my furnace ducts. They offered to do my dryer vents as well and that was a job that was ong over due. They offered to do it at a reduced price which was really nice. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Two gentlemen showed up and proceeded to clean up. They were very friendly and nice. When purchasing this service I was under the impression that they would also tune up my dishwasher by cleaning out any food that was stuck inside but this service was more about cleaning the stuff around the dishwasher and fridge, like behind both appliances, and they did a great job with that. They also applied Afresh tablets to the disposal and appliances to clean them out as well. They also vacuumed the coils under and behind the fridge and it is working more efficiently. The only thing is, as part of the service, I thought I was paying $111 for them to also remove the bottom panel inside of the dishwasher where the water is drained out from and cleaned that out to make sure nothing was blocked. Any food or glass. In the past, when dishes weren't being cleaned well, that's what I had done and it would be okay for awhile, but my hope was that they'd have special vacuums or tools to clean it out better or see if something else was wrong there. I had to point out that there was a piece of a carrot that was there, but he just commented that it would go, and they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too concerned about the physical cleaning of the appliances, I wanted them tuned up so that they worked better. All that said, he did find an issue that the hose drainage pipe wasn't super tight, and he fixed that. The dishes are looking better now, but not 100% better, we're still getting some issues, but it's still better than before. I would call them again, but I would clarify over the phone as to what exactly they will be doing and mention anything specific that you want done. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.

The technician was very professional and friendly. He performed the services in a timely manner.

Owner of company, John, and a co-worker arrived as scheduled. John explained how the work would be completed. I turned on my dryer and they cleaned the vent from the outside of the house. It took roughly 15 minutes for the cleaning and they were here for about a total of 30 minutes that included set-up and clean-up. I didn't watch them perform the work so can only assume they did what they were paid for. Had an Angie's list coupon for discounted cleaning.

I called in February to set up the appointment for late April, thinking that the weather would be more spring-like. I was wrong there, but I was not wrong in having AAA Anderson's clean the duct work in our house. They did it for us in 2011 and we were so pleased with them that we used their services again. Always courteous, they were prompt and on time. The work was done efficiently. We also decided to have them install a UV light unit to provide added air cleaning filtration to our forced air system. They were able to schedule that work within 3 days of the duct work being cleaned. At the same time, they also picked up a new furnace filter for our furnace, saving me a trip to a hardware store.

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The workers called and advised when they would be there-and I believe they were able to come earlier than scheduled. Very polite workers. They came in and got to work right away. Cleaned all the duct screens and even put in the new furnace filter before leaving. Overall very happy with the service and would definitely use their service again.

These guys are great and i would recommend them to my friends. They cleaned our air and dryer vents and now our house and our allergies are much better. Thanks much and we will see you next season! Eric Gore
