A crew of two came, set up their equipment with care, cleaned the ducts, and left. They were friendly. We are satisfied.

They called first, showed up on time and were very professional and curteous. One of the technicians automatically put those shoe covers on and the other took off his shoes at the door, which I appreciated. They were throrough and even gave me some tips on how to clean my white wall vents. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them. I bought the Angie's deal for the service so I got a great deal and was exceptionally pleased with the outcome.

Scheduling was easy and friendly. Service was great. They explained what they were doing and got the job done efficiently. I would use again and recommend to others.

They did a fantastic job. The fireplace looks brand-new. Worked like a charming the winter. Very prompt with scheduling without a prolonged wait.

Two technicians did arrive within the two hour window that was scheduled. I was disappointed that they were not prepared to provide an additional simple, pre-arranged replacement of one of the knobs on our dryer that was partially broken. When I contacted them to set up the appointment for the Angie's List Deal, I explained the needed replacement, gave them brand name, year, and model number so the part could be orderd ahead of time and be brought with the technicians. I did this to avoid another service charge and understood that they would order the one knob that was needed and bring it with them to the appointment. I understood that I would pay for that part the day of my appointment. I was told they would go ahead and order the part. I was expecting this to be taken care on the date of service since it was a simple switch-out of one knob. The technicians who came to the house mumbled something about needing to inspect the dryer first and see what kind of knob was required. I told them I had given ALL that info to the person scheduling the appointment and had assumed they would have had the part with them. They did not. When they "called their manager", I was told there was a three week wait for the part and that for them to come back and do the replacement would have been an additional $84 for the part and the return service call. I declined. ,

Everything went fine. They were prompt and explained what they did.

It went fine. It may be the nature of this type of work, but I will not have it done again since I no idea if anything was vac out of the air duct. It would be nice to get some info with respect to the condition of the air ducts prior to the work being done and whether the amount removed was typical or not.

It went well. Cleaning went fast and both gentelmen were very nice and extremely helpful.

Simple story--came on time, covered heat return vents, etc., and vacuumed our entire venting system.

Were very professional and personable. Called en route to let me know they were 15 min. away. Took them about an hour to clean and inspect 2 gas fielplaces in our home. They were very helpful in explaining what they cleaned and what condition our fireplaces were in. Took the time to really show me how our fireplaces worked and what we could do to prolong the working life of both. Recommeded a repair that could either be watched or scheduled now. No pressure at all! When it comes time to make the repair I will definitely call them.

I own a rental property and my dryer wasn't working properly. I called and set up an appointment and I was given a time window. On the day of service they came a bit early, but just called and said they were going to lunch. Once I got to the property I was informed that they couldn't servie the dryer until I unlocked it, but there was no charge for the service call. Once dryer was ready again I called to set up a new appointment and repair person was friendly and serviced dryer quickly in under an hour and put it back together. I was able to pay with a credit card on site and even had a reciept emailed to me before I left the preimises. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly and I had to make a number of calls. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Technician was punctual and told us we didn't need nearly as much done as we had thought.

They did an overall great job. They did arrive 45 minutes later than the assigned time, however they completed the work by the designated end time. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. It was a new house for us that had undergone some major remodels and the ducts were quite dirty. They cleaned and sanitized them all. There was one room where we had moved many boxes into and it would have been easy for them to overlook the ducts in there but they asked if they could move some items to get to them. They also showed me some details on the furnace and where the filter goes. They were nice guys. Worked hard.

I bought a house with a gas fireplace and had little knowledge of how to care for it. The workers were friendly and quick and did a nice job cleaning the unit. They demonstrated a lot of knowledge about the fireplace and told me what additional parts I needed to buy and how to care for the unit.

Originally I have only contracted this company for air duct cleaning, I was impressed after watching the way they conducted the cleaning, so after the duct cleaning job was completed, I asked them to help cleaning my dryer vent (second job) for an additional reasonable price. We are very happy with the duct/vent cleaning service that they provided and are considering to hire them for other related home improvement project(s) in the future.

called and left a message late Friday night. They called me back Saturday morning and took the time to discuss the issue over the phone. Made an appointment for Monday. They arrived exactly on time and found the problem within 5 minutes. The original people said they needed a new power cord and that someone could come back the next day to install. The person the next day said the original cord was fine and just cleaned it up and re-terminated it. My only concer was that I got conflicting information from the 2 different visits. Different repair people came each time. The second guy, who did the repair, cleaned up the floor and area before he left. I felt the price was reasonable since it took 2 visits and the first people answered a question about my dryer too. The second guy tested out the dishwasher briefly before he left, but I had have not had to run it yet. Hopefully all will go well.

I took advantage of one of the Angie's List deals. The men arrived promptly and did a very nice job on the cleaning. This was our first wood burning fireplace and they offered up some tips and advice (how often to clean, types of wood to burn, etc.) It was much appreciated. I would recommend and plan on using them again in the future.

The two representatives were friendly and clearly explained what they were doing and made suggestions for future usage. Didn't push any additional services or products.

While checking out the appliances, the man asked how things were working. When I mentioned the dishwasher didn't seem to dry well and left a residue that seemed to have gotten worse, he asked more questions and determined the problem was likely the heating element. He did not push to fix it, but told me the price (expensive for an older disherwasher). After looking into the particular problem with our dishwasher, we realized the heating element was a fire hazard and the dishwasher needed to be replaced anyway. Needless to say, we're very happy with our new dishwasher and that the problem was solved.
