It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They also quoted me some prices on parts if I needed them. They did fine.

The two men arrived right on time at 11:00 a.m. They introduced themselves, explained that they would hook up a huge vacuum on their truck to my furnace that would begin the vacuuming process. Then they individually treated each vent in the house. They replaced the filter when they were finished about an hour later. The amount of dust and dirt that had accumulated over 12-1/2 years was significant and I was delighted to get it removed. I was also very happy with the scheduling of the service. I bought the Angie's list special deal in December and didn't get the work done until April because of scheduling difficulties at my end. I was ill the day of service and needed to reschedule. They were very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. I certainly appreciated their flexibility and friendliness.

It went very well. They will be back sometime to rearrange my gas logs. The repair person felt badly that he didn't take a picture of the original arrangement, but the owner said that he would be able to rearrange them at a later date. I told him not to make a special trip. That they should re-do only if they are in the area. My disposal works like it should. I was really glad to have it fixed.

The process was fast and efficient and no mess.

There were two men that came to my home, one seemed very knowledgeable and the other man seemed extremely underqualified. When they brought the tube in through my home they scratched the drywall and paint throughout my halls. When I asked the man to show me how he had cleaned the dryer, he actually sucked up one of my dryer balls. After he finished cleaning the vent in my dryer, he did not replace the dryer vent and turned the dryer on so that the vent was flopping around inside of it. When they went into the basement, they continued to drag the hose all throughout my home with zero effort to make sure that it would not dirty my carpet. Neither gentleman had explained to me that they were going to cut a hole into my ventilation system - which would have been nice so I wasn't caught so off guard. Overall, I was not satisfied with the services and the way that the one man had treated my home. The poor work that the one gentlemen performed really dragged down the work of the other man that seemed to know what he was doing. Also, after they had performed services, within 24 hours we began having trouble with our furnace. They made more of a mess in my house than anything and I would not recommend this company - especially because when I called to complain about the service the person I spoke with seemed very disinterested in getting the issues fixed.

I am still waiting for them to bring the part back out and finish the job. Every time I call they tell me "they are looking into it." I paid for the service call in full and am still waiting. I have no idea even if they have ordered the part, and I just have to take their word for it. I am disappointed.

I placed my call on Memorial Day. My washer would fill with water and was but it would not spin or drain out the water. My call was returned early the next morning. John, the owner could come over between 11am and 1pm that same day. He came about 11:30am, saw the problem right away. He found a part and left for about 20 minutes to get it. John returned to install it and the washer works great again. My washer has been a work horse and I did not want to retire her yet. Jon was professional and let me know it was worth it to fix her. It is spinning out the water better than before. Thanks so much for keeping my beloved washer out of the landfill. I will definitely refer you to my friends and family when they need help repairing their appliances.

Nice people. My dryer vent is short and pretty easy to clean, and I keep it pretty clean. Was mostly interested in the washing machine cleaning. They explained why with my machine I will always have odor, so there was a limited amount the could do. They hadn't done a felt replacement before, but figured it out and did a good job as best I can tell. I'd been getting stripes on the clothing and the online resources suggested replacing the felt and the glue. They did a good job of cleaning off the old glue which may have been the culprit. I had asked them to bring a bulb to replace the bulb in the dryer, but that message wasn't relayed. I regret that I don't remember the cost of the total service, but I felt it was very reasonable. I would be pleased to use them again.

The workers showed up without me being called ahead of time, but I was expecting them within a time frame, so it worked out just fine. The workers were professional, tidy (the worker who came into the house put on booties over his work boots), friendly, and helpful. They recommended a possible fix to a somewhat outdated part of the venting, but didn't push it. He did mention that it was far enough away from the heat source that it wasn't an urgent fix, just something to think about. No high pressure tactics which I really appreciated since I am not the owner of this house and couldn't make this decision anyway. They worked fast and efficiently. All in all, a good experience. I think I received a really good deal since this was an Angies List offer.

When they came by to clean the air ducts they presented as professionals, they were knowledgeable and informative when I asked questions. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and punctual . Got along with my dog great! They did such a great job I hired them to inspect and clean my gas fire place. I was not home when they came by to do this but, The logs were back in the right place and the fire place was cleaned and operational when I got home. I will be watching for more Big Deals on Angie's list that offer deals with this company. Since I wasn't at home at the time of the fire place cleaning, I called them with some questions and they remembered me and talked with me until my questions were answered. They didn't make me feel rushed or that they were to busy to talk. Felt like a great "small town" attitude, they did their job until the customer was happy.

Had AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service inspect and clean our fireplace. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They was on time for the appointment. They was very professional and confident for the work performed.

Prompt. Two people did the work with one inside and one outside. I was by the dryer while the work was being done, so there was no way for me to see what was pulled out of the vent. I heard the compressed air tool working in the vent pipe, so I have no reason to doubt that they did a good cleaning. I was very impressed by their use of an iPad for my signature noting my acceptance of the job being completed, and the emailing of the receipt.

Great team! Explained each step of the process, and taught me how to clean the fireplace. However, I will certainly call the in the future since they did a great job. I recommended them to family and friends!

They were polite, they wore shoe covering and they didn't take very long. Their price was reasonable. We will use them again in the future.

John arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned our gas fireplace. He also cleaned up after he was done. He let us know that we would need some replacement parts and he included the cost of those parts on the invoice. He was done within an hour. We will use this company again.

John and his technician worked on our 3-year-old GE washer, which was not operating properly. John initially determined it needed some parts which had to be ordered. Payment was made on those parts. He returned and installed those parts and found the washer still was not working as it should. After further dismantling the washer, he diagnosed the washer as not repairable due to a leaking transmission which was cost prohibitive to repair. Our payment for parts for refunded. John was very helpful in discussing washers with good repair records and providing helpful information and recommendations for a replacement washer. Even though the washer could not be fixed, we felt that John was very honest and willing to give extra time to determine the problem.

We'd been having some trouble with our refrigerator buzzing and sometimes not cooling as efficiently as expected, so we bought this deal. Anderson's came out and were polite, professional, and punctual. But ultimately they couldn't do an affordable repair because the part that had caused the problem (according to them) would've cost more than a new fridge. Nevertheless, they cleaned all the exposed mechanical parts and the fridge still hasn't died... so I'd say that was probably worth the $89. I'd call them in the future if I had other appliance problems based on their professionalism and honesty (they could've tried to convince us to do other repairs).

I contacted AAA Andersons in response to an Angie's List special ad I received offering the dryer vent cleaning for $69.00 plus tax. I called the company and they scheduled the appointment at my convenience for the following week. They promised to show up during a two-hour window of 1:00 - 3:00 pm and called me just a little after 1:00 to say they would be arriving shortly. The two men (the owner and his assistant) were courteous, efficient, and professional. The work was completed in about a half hour. I was long overdue in having this service performed, so am relieved that it has been done now.

Went very well. They arrived on time and got directly to work. The technicians were very efficient and comprehensive. They let me know the condition of these appliances and made recommendations for future care. Very good work!

We will schedule the duct cleaning next month.

They arrived early,which is nice. VERY pleasant. I felt it needed more cleaning then I first thought. prices were very reasonable. So,ca went and had them clean out the. Whole dryer inside and out. It was really worth it. Sounds like a new dryer,really quiet.

It went well . They were prompt. They did not have the camera with to show me the results before and after so I would make sure and ask for that.

The vent hafn't been cleaned for a long time. Not only was it very dirty but birds had built a nest near the end of the vent. All waste was removed from the vent and I was told to screen the vent so that birds don't enter it and create a fire hazard. After the vent was cleaned, the men cleaned the area around it. I was quite satisfied with their work
