The guys from AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service did a great job. They are professional and nice. They were very nice on the phone and I something set up every time I needed something. I was pretty impressed with them.

They were easy to schedule with. They showed up on time. The crew did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very courteous and pleasant to work with.

The guys were prompt, professional and efficient. The company is very organized with scheduling and follow-up. The only problem I have is that you don't really get to see what you pay for. It's noisy and smells pretty for a time, but there's no video of the air system before/afterwards so you don't know how bad/good it was.

We were pleased with the price and quality of the water heater maintenance aspect of the service. The gentleman was very informative and explained alot about function and upkeep of the water heater. However, after discovering we needed a new pressure release valve, it was quickly replaced at an upcharge of an additional $120+. They did not state on the e-mail receipt that they had replaced the part, nor was there any statement of warranty on the work performed. Later we discovered that the part is actually only about an $10 part.

When they arrived they asked if I'd ever had the service done before. When I said I hadn't, they gave a very understandable description of the service, and explained how long it would take (about 45 minutes to complete my two story house with basement). When I said I had intended to take a conference call for work, they said it would be very loud, but when I said the call wouldn't be for an hour or so, they said they'd be done well before that, and they were good for their word. My old house (1925 construction) did throw them for one curve ball. One duct register that they were working on seemed to be connected to another, and dust started spewing out of the latter as they were trying to blow out the former. They apologized and said that houses like this, that have had forced air put in long after the original construction of the house, can have quirks like that. It was a bit of a bummer for me, since I'd just dusted the previous night, but not too bad a cleanup. Looking at my furnace filter afterwards was quite a lesson--I've never seen a filter that dirty before! I'm sure the house hadn't had this done since the forced air system was first installed. I'll likely be doing it every three years or so, as the technicians recommended for a house with hardwood floors.

The office staff were very nice in setting up the appointment. Two workmen arrived, which I thought was a little strange. One of the workers did nothing except lean against my counter and watch the other workman. Water was run into my sink and it was announced that the pipe was clear in that there was no gurgling sounds. Nothing more was done to the sink. The workman took the garbage disposal out and looked inside. He told me that the insides were a little rusty and suggested that I run 6 ice cubes down the disposal each time I run it. He then reconnected the garbage disposal. I do not think that what was done met with the $79.00 it cost. Basically nothing was done.

It all started with the phone call to Kim and John. John answered, asked a few questions over the phone, and then we were off to scheduling. The next availability was on June 3rd with an estimated arrival of 10a-12p. The day came and at 9:30a one of the team members, Andrew, called me to confirm that the day and time was still a good fit for my schedule as well as to confirm the service I was expecting. He let me know they would be on their way and anticipated arriving at 10a. At 10a precisely, the van pulled into the driveway and the team was ready to go to work. When they entered they were extremely polite and conscientious of the space they were in. They took care of their shoes by either wearing booties over their shoes or taking them off if they were going to be in the home the full time as well as asked permission to enter specific rooms or to move to a different section of the home. Andrew and Dave also checked to see if I had any questions, concerns, and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. These guys are terrific! They finished in under 30 minutes and by the looks of things I never would have known they were in the house were it not for the fresh-scent of the sanitizer Dave sprayed in the vents to prevent mold, mildew, and dust mite growth. Outstanding job by a trustworthy team. This was as terrific a first impression as a company can make. I look forward to doing business with AAA Anderson again. Thank You!

We were hoping that they were going to identify the fact that the thermostat turn off and turn on system didn't work. We didn't expect them to fix it, but we thought they would identify that it was a problem because we told them it was a problem. They didn't. They did those two things, cleaned the inside of it, and left. They did what they said they would do, but it was something we could've done ourselves and we kind of expected more. In essence we were expecting a cleaning and an assessment of the fireplace with a suggestion that something was broken so that they could come back and charge for that as an additional fee, but that didn't happen. They responded and came out when they said they would, so they were responsive and punctual. They provided the service that they said they would and charged exactly what they said they would.

Excellent customer service the whole way through, from setting the appointment to payment at the end. Our technicians called right before they can (just like they said they would). They showed up right on time (a few minutes early). They did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do and went right to work. They wore covers for their shoes and made a point to be careful around our furniture. The house smells great and are allergies are greatly reduced!

AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service were really nice to work with. They did the job good. They had to drain the water heaters. When they did it, the valve quit working so we paid more than the Big Deal price, about $100.00 more, to get new valves. They did the job they were hired to do.

AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service was thorough, I was happy with them. It was my first experience with them and I thought they would be reliable because of the big deal offer. They have specials for other types of services, I would probably use their service again. The price was really good, it was a service call type thing and they actually preformed the work. They were very professional.

They were very pleasant and very professional in setting up the appointment. They were punctual. They did a good job of cleaning the fireplace. I anticipated that the tune-up would include more. I was also disappointed that they offered a less expensive big deal right after this special ended.
