This was an Angie's List deal I purchased. Both the owner, John ? and his wife, Kim, whom I spoke to when I arranged the appointment, came on the service call. Both were pleasant and efficient. They wore booties over their shoes to protect my carpeting. John flushed my 18 year old water heater and inspected it, indicating that it was in very good shape and that "they don't make them like this anymore". He said it could last easily another 8-10 years, which was good news. He was very informative, telling me about the usual problems he often runs into with water heaters and that he didn't see any of the same with mine. He answered my questions about tankless water heaters and gave me a card, should I have any further questions or needs.

They did a fine job. Particularly with that discount thing, that was a good price. Otherwise, I think maybe they're a little more expensive than some.

They did an inspection, and drained and refilled the water heater tank.

It went well, John showed up when he said he would. Took his shoes off and laid a tarp down. He also showed me how to relight the pilot light as I want it off for the summer. My fireplace looks like new!

Everything went great. They were very nice and professional. Also saved us the cost of a new dryer by simply replacing a part. Quite professional and punctual. No complaints. and we'd definitely hire them again for appliance repair, as needed, in the future.

Our experience with them was great. They were in and out pretty fast and did a good job in my house. I was happy with it. They came out probably a month after we bought the big deal. The reason we bought it was we just had a remodel, so, there were a lot of dust all over the place. The impression in my mind was that they were professional and fast. Everything was clean afterwards. There were no problems. It was a good price for the big deal, and I think they were about five minutes early.

These folks are great! I'd ask them back for whatever I needed. Besides fixing my dryer and making my life much simpler (too many wet clothes hanging around) they were both professional, yet kind, respectful, and worked together well! I have been meaning to write this review since they were here to help me with my dryer issues and unfortunately never got around to it! Then today, 6/24, our Air Conditioning stopped working (in the last 1.5 hours). AAA was one of the first places I called and not only did Kim return my voicemail within five minutes she also sensed my urgency due to having three English Mastiffs in the house. She's just great! She returns calls so promptly, something I rarely see, and it is not because they are not busy. Kim just makes it a priority! Thank you, Kim and John! You guys are great and I will definitely call you again! :)

Purchased the big deal on AL for air duct cleaning. Added dryer vent cleaning. Crew arrived as scheduled, was courteous, respectful, and left no mess. Reasonable rates for a professional company. Will use them again next time.

Very well. All services were done quickly and efficiently. Very nice employees to work with and ask questions about.

They looked into my fridge and dishwasher to be sure all was running well.

AAA Andersons Appliance Repair & Cleaning Services were right on time. They were friendly and knowledgeable, but they seemed to be in a hurry. The reason I say they may have been in a hurry is that, I checked the new filtrete filter a day later and the dust in the filter was thick. Two days later I replaced the filter again, because there was some dust build up again. After that everything was fine, so I did not bother contacting them. So either they were in a hurry and did not do the job properly or they forgot to tell me to change the filter in x amount of days. This was done at an older house(1957), which we purchased in August of 2012 and duct cleaning may have never been done at this house, which may have contributed to the dust build up in the filter. Like I said, they were on time, friendly, and everything worked out in the end, so I would definitely use their services again and I would refer them.

Great service. Explained exactly what they were doing and how.

He charged $80.00 to replace the valve that is causing the leak. He said before seeing the problem that it would be a $10.00 repair. I don't know? So in total, the process of reconditioning, and then repairing the faulty valve discovered after the reconditioning cost me a total of $160.00. The water heater itself is going to be 17 years old in December. We'll see what happens. How many years of extra life the $160.00 bought me.

Today, almost a week after the service was done, my wife called me at work to tell me that she saw a drip coming from the water heater. I did call the service provider, and they will come out tomorrow to look at it, and hopefully fix it inexpensively. The provider did explain the various problems that can come up when the reconditioning process is performed on an older water heater. My water heater will have been installed 17 years in Decemeber. He did mention other potential costlier fixes that may be necessary. Also, that the law will change starting next year, where a more costly venting installation will be necessary, as part of the new plumbing code for water heaters. Perhaps, a way to try to sell a new installation indirectly? I will need to do a continuation of this review, as the new issue that came up with the dripping, hasn't yet been resolved to my satisfaction.

I just have them yesterday because I needed some repair and they did an excellent job. The first time they came out was for the “Big Deal” for a tune-up and that’s the first time I used them. They were every thorough and courteous and explained everything and when about the job and did it quickly and everything was excellent. I’m completely satisfied with the service that they provided me.

It was a good experience. I had a heavy armor that they moved to get at a vent and they didn't put it back all the way, it's like 4 inches off from where it was and I can't move it back myself. They made me aware that they moved it. They kinda left me with the problem. It's not a big deal, I'd rearranged a little bit to make it work.

It's being refunded. I'm out of their service area.

They were on time and very nice. They recommended changing a few parts, which they didn't have on their truck so they went to pick them up. The parts weren't in stock so we rescheduled for a different date. They called back and said they have never worked on a Minnegasco fireplace and weren't comfortable doing so. We cancelled the follow-up appointment. But they did an excellent job for what they were hired to do, clean the fireplace.

The service worked out very well. I bought the deal for $149, and I was not charged an additional fee. Their price was good. I was very happy with the experience.

Did the work for my mother and she was very, very pleased. and that says a lot if you knew my mother. Will not hesitate to use AAA again. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

First of all they accommodated a Saturday appointment which was great for us. On that day they arrived on time. We had two kids at home and they were very nice and patient although my kids were running around. They explained all the steps in detail. They did a clean job and finished it on time. After the cleaning, we noticed that the heating in the house has improved. Overall it was a very good experience.

Not sure what I should have gotten for my deal but this sure didn't seem like much. They were here for 5 minutes and in that time sucked out the dryer vent from outside and nothing else. Guy came in and looked behind dryer and that was it. When I have had it done with other places they have pulled out the dryer and cleaned it from the inside as well. I would call this "Bare Bones" and not thorough.

They were punctual and did a very good job of cleaning the fireplace.

Simple, cost effective and quick! I bought an Angie's coupon for fireplace cleaning.I don't think the fireplace had ever been cleaned before I bought the house and it was baaaad. They showed up right on time after calling to say they could be there a tad early. They covered the floor to keep the dust and dirt off then blew out all the accumulated dust bunnies and dog hair from the fireplace AND cleaned the glass. They also instructed me how to get the glass off in the future to clean it myself. The fireplace definitely worked better after cleaning and it was nice to be able to actually see the fire.
