They were professional. They cleaned up after themselves.

I took time off work to meet the crew at my home after Dan called me to let me know they were confused about my address. Their iPad told them my house was in Mendota Heights but their GPS told them it was in North St. Paul. I confirmed which city was correct and gave Dan clear driving directions from his current location in Richfield. When half an hour had passed, I called him back and figured out that they were actually at my office ten miles away, having been given my work address, not my home address. Once the crew arrived, they apologized for the delay, set up quickly and were finished in less time than I expected. Since I can't see into my ducts, I can't tell how well they did, but they were very courteous and friendly. I used this company several years ago and would use them again, though I'll definitely confirm my home address with them!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I really like them. They were nice and friendly, they explained things to me as they went along. They were just really nice to work with.

The men were prompt and courteous. My house has been filled with long hair pets and vents were packed. They cleaned and deodorized all the vents, changed the air filter, and left the house as clean as it was when they came. I highly recommend them.

The serviceman was here early, diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and went to get the part immediately since we had to leave town. I was mpressed with his willingness to "go the extra mile".

Received phone call that servicemen could come earlier than originally scheduled if convenient. Their team effort demonstrated that the two were efficient and organized. I asked if they cleaned dryer vents and, if so, could it also be done during this service call. All the ducts plus outer dryer vent were cleaned and the workers were on their way in a little over an hour. A positive experience from the consumer standpoint.

The crew of two providers called ahead and arrived early. They were prompt and efficient, as well as courteous. They took care with moving furniture and repositioning it in place, to my approval and were finished within 45 minutes. They did a great job and I was very satisfied. I would use them again the future for this service.

Everything went well. Their location was about fifty miles away so i suggested they wait until they had at least one customer near us in Apple Valley. They did that about ten days later, which was fine since I suggested it. They called, as agreed, to say they were on the way, and arrived promptly thereafter.

The service was excellent. They called me to let me know when they would arrive and they were on time. They were careful to keep the rug and surrounding area around the fireplace very clean. They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

The crew was professional and worked quickly. They also shared tips on how I'd know when future service was required, which was both thoughtful and helpful.

The fireplace was nice and clean when the person left, but a day later the fan stopped working. I don't know if there is a relation to the work done, but I think I need to call the people back and have them repair the fan. I intend to do that at the end of the summer.

Very well. One final piece that required a separate contractor (electrician), was that they were not able to fix an issue with the electrical switch that turned the Fireplace on and off. The other services they provided were great.

First voice mail to AAA went unanswered. After 2 weeks I left voice mail again, this time mentioning that I had purchased the Big Deal which I did not do in my first voice mail. This time she responded within a few hours and appointment was made. This was my first Big Deal so it seems that mentioning that when talking with a provider might be a good idea. I really did not know if I needed the vent cleaned, but it had never been done so I thought it should be vacuumed out. The service put my mind at ease that it was not bad as it is a short run of vent pipe. He recommended that I have it done every 2 years.

The service tech did a good job cleaning the ducts, but the clean up could have been better. I had to make a trip to Home Depot to get a piece of sheet metal to cover up the hole left in the duct where the vacuum was attached. The previous hole was too small for the vacuum, so the tech made it bigger. Not a big deal, but the tech never reattached the previous plate or told anyone what needed to get done. I had to figure it out for myself when I noticed a big hole in the side of the duct work coming off the furnace. The price was right, and overall the experience with AAA Anderson's was good. The review would have been a lot better had the hole in the duct been fixed or at least noted by the service tech.

I liked them. They called me to set up the appointment. They called when they were on their way. I just like them and I will use them again. They were very considerate, prompt and courteous. They explained everything to me. They came and told me right away what it was going to cost and what the part would cost. He didn't have it with him but he said he would come back with it and there was no extra trip charge or anything; it took a day.

They did a nice job. It took a few weeks to get them booked but other than that no complaints.

It went very well. There is nothing that stood out that could be interpreted as unprofessional. The men were clean, protected my carpet and explained what they were doing.

The first group of two technicians came to perform the service and when they attempted to drain the water heater and refill it, they twisted a valve off of the heater, filling the area nearest the water heater with a significant sized puddle of water. They had to call two plumbers in from the field to replace that valve and then suggested another valve replacement, totaling $317 for the experience. The second team didn't replace the interior or outer doors to the gas heater and it is still leaking water. Will be calling in a plumber to finish the effort.

Well, one room they left a mess and ripped off some of the ceiling texture. E-mailed them and just said "that sometimes happes" they did nothing to fix it......bs

I recall that there was no issues, they came and cleaned, we didn't realize but it's our fault though, he closed the flue and we didn't know it so when we started the fire in Christmas, we had a little bit of smoke but we didn't realized that but he's not going to be blamed for that. Other than that it was all fine. I must have used the Big Deal but I don't recall, it's only a one visit and it was before Christmas. I had no problems, he must have been nice, he must have been timely, there was no issues. I have a positive review but I can't be more specific. He cleaned up around the area. I don't remember anything bad.

It went well. They moved any furniture that was in the way and vacuumed out and sanitized all the duct work.

I didn't think that did a great job really. They didn't put the any of the cover back on that I had taken off and the ones I hadn't taken off that I loosen the screws, they didn't take them off they just loose through them. I really thought they were doing much better job than I did considering they were rated well. I just paid the big deal amount, they tried to sell me other stuff and they were on time.

The vendor damaged an electical component of the fireplace. After many tries to fix it, he call and said we needed to find someone else to fix the damage. He has little of no experience with my brand of gas fireplace. The last conversation we had was that he was going to consult with a technical rep. on the fireplace issue. After not hearing back from him in over four weeks, I contacted them and they told me that they could not fix it and I needed to go some where else. I now have a non-functional fireplace and am trying to find someone else to fix the damage. In my opinion, this vendor should not be performing this type of work. They are not qualified and very unprofessional. Buyer be ware!

Provider cleaned dryer vent with Angies List coupon and then asked if I would like my dryer cleaned for $40.00 more dollars. I did so. The two gentlemen who cleaned my dryer and vents were pleasant, professional and prompt. They even called to asked if they could come 15 minutes early. The service was efficiently done.

My mom was at home, so I didn't interact with them except for taking the phone call that they were on the way, but she tells me that they were very pleasant, smart, helpful, and good. The scheduler was so nice and patient (we exchanged about five voicemails), and the whole interaction was quick, easy and courteous. These guys are great!
