They are great. Both Kim and John are excellent. They are responsive. They are extremely efficient and clean when they come in and out and they take a lot of care. They are honest. There is no upsell; it's not a sales job. So, they fix what needs to be fixed and they aren't trying to make it bigger than it needs to be. They usually call ahead to let you know when they're five minutes away from the house.

They cleaned my mother's dryer and the air duct. It used to take an hour and a half to dry the clothes, but it is back to normal. There was also a vent that was older and unsafe, but they caught it and replaced it. They were very efficient and pleasent to work with. Very professional. I am thinking about hiring them again for another job.

When we called AAA Anderson, our call was answered by a live person, Kim, I believe, who took our information and gave us an estimate. We set up the appointment for a couple of days later. She was pleasant and helpful. The estimate was $149,95, which was cheaper than some other estimates I'd seen online. When the two-man crew arrived, they were on time, polite, and efficient. They explained exactly how the process would proceed and completed the inspection/cleaning in a timely manner. The employees were clear when answering my questions, and they were very helpful. The price was exactly what I was quoted. I paid by card and was sent an immediate email receipt. The process was easy.

It seemed to go remarkably fast. I've not noticed any issues and the fan vent on the water heater doesn't seem to run as much now that it has been cleaned.

Well they may have provided what they said they would but I'd have to say they over promised and under proformed. They claim they will sanitize your duct work , well if that means some Bozo with a sprayer the size of a windex bottle is going to pump a few spritzes of purfume into your vents then man they nailed it wow sanitize city. They barely go the lose stuff out of my vents. I had similar service a few years ago and they used a brush system not just a vacuum to do sort of a cleaning job. The guys were on time they were polite but they didn't do s*** if you know what I mean. I wouldn't expcet them to use my house for their "before and After" shots because my vents were really dirty and now there are just less so. I'll need to find a better service to really get the job done. Like I said they over promised and under preformed but then again may be they did exactly what I paid for. Bad deal, I don't know how you can claim this was one of your Big deals. I'm really disappointed in you as a company and the money I spent to join Angies List I thought you checked services out and were reputable but I guess I should have known better Brian Mc

The two man crew was a little late, but completed the work promptly; did a good job cleaning up after the work. I'm replacing the wood buring fireplace with natural gas which is why I would not use them again. They did a fine job.

They called when they were on their way. They were very neat. They explained everything they were doing. It was quick and easy. No more worrying about a dryer fire.

very courteous crew, prompt and pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that after the service, the inside of my dryer was filthy. they worked from the outside, vacuuming the lint from the outside vent. Somehow lots of dirt ended up inside my dryer.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. They were just very nice, very informative. I thought it went very well.

I was very disappointed and shocked that a professional cleaning company like this could operate on Angies list. This was a red hot deal that I was very excited to have done. The first red flag was when I called the phone number posted on Angies list and heard a message from the owner/operator apologizing for not answering the phone" I was at the hospital comforting my daughter through her difficult problems" ! Really!! I should have canceled then, but decided to give a small family run business a chance. The two men that showed up were early, but had no regard for my flowers and my house items. They run their 8" vacum hose through my flowers breaking many stems. They asked that I wait outside as they moved everything out if the way. Which was never put back! They blew compressed air into my duck work and filled my house with large amounts of duck work dust as it blew back into my house. As the two men left my house they repeatedly asked me about my belongings and asked if I was interested in selling one of them! The first time isais no should have been enough or how I refused to talk about my belongings but no, I had to tell them many times that no nothing was for sale! I was happy to see them leave. But became very upset when I entered my home! Nothing was put back in its place and by EVERY register was large amounts of dust and dirt! I spent the next two hours vacuuming my house and putting my furniture back where it belonged. My house is still dirty today, for I can not keep it clean because of the dust! I called other companies and they said all AAA did was disturb your dusty air ducks and not clean them. Another thing that I noticed about this company is that they have only one review written about them! Do they have the ability to edit their reviews? Well AAA they for showing up early and giving me a very dusty house to live in! I have already scheduled another opointment with your competitor to fix your mistake, so don't ask to come back into my home! Once was enough!

They promised to "sanitize" the vent system. That to me meant using a brush to at least scrub the vent and cold air return system. That was not done. Only forced air was used to complete this job.

They cleaned my gas fireplace, which is what I had arranged for. But when they were there, I realized they could also clean dryer vents so they took the time to do that. The cost was reasonable for both services and the quality was excellent. They were also very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.
