Just came in and did their job

The service men were a no show for my scheduled appointment and I was charged an invoice for their cancelling stating it was me who had cancelled. I had gotten a phone call from the service man 30 minutes before my scheduled window was up and he said he would be late but then an hour later someone from their main office called and said they didn?t have the right piece for the washer work. I said that?s ok because I didn?t want that work done. Anyways, I said I still could use them for the duct work. Were they coming out for that? No, they called back a few minutes later and told the service men were on there way back to Forest Lake and were done for the day. The office guy asked me when I wanted to reschedule. I told I didn?t want to reschedule. Today, I received an invoice for me cancelling. They were a no show and then I received an invoice for me cancelling. I was very frustrated with them. They cancelled out on me not the other way around. What a crappy experience! This is going to be a he said she said case though because no e-mails were exchanged about the cancellation.

Used an Angies List Big Deal for this service. Vendor arrived before we were home(he had contacted us via cell and we were on way to meet him) and went ahead and cleaned vent from outside access. When done with that, he indicated he was finished. I asked if he needed to do anything inside, like at dryer, and he said no. He did remove a lot of lint, but I just assumed that he would also need to do some cleaning inside. We had used this provider several years earlier (no coupon) and then they cleaned from inside and outside and at dryer connection. My concern is that using deal did not get me same service as when I paid full retail price.

workers were on time and knew their business

They were fabulous! The appointment call was easy and they were very accommodating. I needed them to come in on a particular day and time and they were able to meet my schedule. They called the morning of to give me their approximate arrival time and the service was conducted very well...polite and efficient! I would definitely use them again and recommend them without any reservations!

A team of two men arrive to clean out the ducts in my home, a service that I had not had before. One of the men stated that he had injured his back and wasn't able to help his partner so he was just going to go around and find all the air ducts in the home. However he never did this but rather stayed with me talking. His partner was hard-working and in talking to friends and family did the work that I paid for. I would just recommend that the partner with the bad back increase his professionalism by in fact walking around the house and assisting his partner.

They did a great job. They did everything they were supposed to do, and they had big and heavy pieces of equipment to do it, so I thought they did a good job. I had purchased a big deal for the service, and I called and scheduled an appointment.

The cleaning went fine. I understood that the coupon I purchased for $77.00 included the cleaning of the dryer vent, inside and out. When they arrived the tech asked me if I wanted the inside where the lint catcher is located, vacuumed also. And I said yes, it is all part of it. He informed me that it would cost $40.00 to do that part. It only took them 10 minutes to do the complete job and I thought that should have either been mentioned upfront on Angie's List or included in the cleaning for the cost of the $77.00. Somehow it made me feel as if the coupon gets purchased and then there are extra costs to get the job done properly when the tech arrives. I didn't like that, and felt as if it was less than honest, but did like the guys and they did a good job, were polite, punctual and went about the job quickly, explaining what they were doing as they went. I did need the inside vacuumed because it was as needing of it, if not more, than the outside part and paid the extra $40.00.

Was skeptical given there are mixed views on the need to clean ducts. Have some winter asthma-like issues so decided to try this. Air quality has been better following the service. One recommendation I would make and urge the service provider to tell customers about, is the need to replace your air filter sooner than usual after the cleaning. I found the dirtiest filter ever with large gobs of stuff way too late! Developed a furnace problem that I only hope was not triggered by the clogged filter.

It went well as described above. That has been a while back and without retrieving the billings, I'm not recalling the parts replaced or possibly needing to be replaced. It turned out to be something of a lemon, which is not normal for the product line.

We got a call early this morning to inform us that our worker was running behind and wouldn't be available until about 2:30 or 3:00. This was still within the time frame agreed to when I made the appointment. We got another call about a half hour before the worker showed up at precisely 2:30. The man was very personable and had no problem going shoeless in our home. Though it took him quite a while to figure out how to get the screen and window off (like everything else when there is more than one type available), everything went smoothly. He did a great job protesting my wood and laminate flooring. I would use this company again, probably even without a Big Deal!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it all went fine.

Good, but would like to have had them insist on replacing plastic drain valve with brass. They hinted that it might leak, which it has, so would have gone ahead with replacement with their stronger recommendation. To fix will require another visit.

Professional as always, right on time, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and offered tips on how to keep our machines clean. I would use this company again and recommend them without hesitation, they are fantastic.

I had bought the Big Deal Offer and they were good. Their cleanliness was outstanding.

They were great. Arrived on time, introduced themselves, expained everything they were going to do and who was going to do it and when they finished, they gave me a report of what they found and why the washer was running (they had put a product in the washer to clean and refresh the washing bin).

I purchased a big deal for AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service. It turned out to be very good. They were both very polite. They explained things well. The people were fine.

It was a great service!! The gentleman called 15 mins prior to arrival to ensure I was home. When he arrived he was very courteous and explained what he would be doing. He asked questions about the durations since prior cleanings and any additional information that would impact service. He wore booties while in the house to ensure dirt was not tracked through. He showed me the fiters at the end, put everything back together and turned A/C and other units back on. Additionally he asked if I would like any additional services while he was at the house, I added the dryer filter and vent as well as the air exchange unit filters. After doing this he then said he felt there was something plastic that was stuck in the dryer and he used a hanger to fish it out - it was one of my kids plastic pencil sharpeners - never would have thought that was in there!! I was very impressed, wiht the service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I bought the $99 deal for kitchen appliance tune-up. Washer and dryer check & clean was $40. WELL worth it! John and an assistant were on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. The entire clean and tune-up (including dryer clean) took less than an hour. John and Kim were incredibly helpful with regards to the issues I was having with dishwasher and washer. They provided tips for keeping appliances running for a longer life. My dishwasher was previously etching - it now runs great - no issues with etching. They recommended that my washer be replaced soon, as the repair would be close to as much as a new unit. This kind of integrity indicates the high quality of the company. They could have just repaired the unit to get the revenue, but instead let me know that a new unit would ultimately have a longer life than the repair, for about the same cost. They also provided their perspective on types of new washers that might perform best for my needs. This kind of integrity, along with the great service, will bring me back over and over. The business becomes a trusted partner, not just a service provider. John, Kim, and their assistant servicer couldn't have been more professional or more friendly. I'll definitely use again, and would definitely recommend!

The service was fine. They did a reasonable job. We put it off for a long time because we have not moved into the house yet. So, they were out within a couple of days when we called to request it. We just paid the big deal price. They did their job, no more, no less.

Scheduled appointment based on my availibility, called an hour before appointment to let me know they were on their way, arrived at scheduled time and completed service in time specified. Staff were polite and professional and offered good tips for maintaining efficient furnace ducts. I couldn't ask for anymore. thank you for providing this as a coupon option.
