We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out really well. We have used them before, so we are very happy with them. They always arrive on time, do what they say they will do, they are friendly, and they don't damage anything, and clean up after themselves. We would definitely recommend them.

Prompt service. Good explanation of what they were doing. Friendly guys. Improved the operation of the water heater.

They came in, threw some stuff in the dishwasher and it didn’t seem to do much. I feel that I could have bought the same thing at the store and I expected them to do more than what I could have done myself. They were supposed to make the dishwasher smell better, look at the fridge, and do some more. I expected a little more from them and the Big Deal. I would not recommend them to others.

My wireless wasn't working before but it works fine now because I can be in any room in the house and I get a connection, so it works fine. Most of the deals I purchase on Angie's List have been pretty good. They had a little problem getting back to me after I purchased the deal.

Very professional, thorough, and quick. They arrived on time, were surprisingly unobtrusive, and left our house cleaner than when it started! We were also able to get some helpful advice about our HVAC system while they were here. I highly recommend AAA Anderson and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I was really impressed with the efficiency, honesty, and rapid response to a problem that developed after their first visit. I would give them A all the way and use them in the future for any appliance repair needs.

The team of 2 came in as scheduled and did a good job for the services mentioned. My dishwasher has scaling from hard water and they did a good job of removing most. 2 aspects of the job went begging: - They recommended a new garbage disposal machine but my current one actually works well. I didn't get a good idea why mine isn't working to par. - My fridge has a problem with water dispenser. They said they will get back with a quote but I never heard from them.

Went well - setting up the appointment took a few phone calls to reach an employee and not voice-mail (the message said it was an unusually busy period), but other than that all went well, the crew was professional, came on time, finished the work quietly and efficiently.

They arrived as scheduled and performed their task very effectively and efficiently. Would definitely recommed them and will use them again in the future!

Good price on duct cleaing with a deal through Angie's List. Showed up on time and completed work quickly. Would use them again.

Very well, they were in and out, and did everything they were supposed to do - they ordered a part for the ice maker, so will expect to see them in a few weeks again.

It turned out fine. It was done on a timely basis. I got what I had expected. It was fine and I would recommend them. It was a big deal purchase. There was a suggestion that I buy some more components but I haven’t done that yet. I had a good experience with them.

The guys called to be sure they had my correct address. They let me know about when they'd be here, and said they'd call when on their way. They did - and they got here, were nice, and let me see the inside of my dryer before they cleaned it out (scary amount of lint in there!). They got it done quickly and everything back together and ready to go in no time. The guys that came were very nice and would definitely use them again.

I bought the vent cleaning and sanitizing deal to have vents cleaned in new home. The crew showed up on time, were very friendly and explained to me what they were doing. They were also good about responding to questions that I had. The vents were pretty dirty and I noticed a difference in air quality especially since I'm sensitive to dust.

They were great. They showed up on time, they called me to let me know when they were coming, they were pretty respectful. I had a lot of kids in the house and they were very good about working around us. They were very good. I thought the price is reasonable. There was a little communication between me and person in the office.

They were excellent! They were on time as scheduled, professional and they cleaned up when they were done. They answered questions without hesitation and they appeared to be very knowledgeable about their services etc, this was a great Angie's list deal! We will definitely use Anderson's again!

His cleaning was good. My dryer ran much better. Did a good job on washer in the alotted time that i paid for,.

It went very well. The two men showed on time and did the work as expected. After cleaning the ducts which was the special annonced at AngilesList for $149, they told me that it would be best if I clean the furnace (which was not included in the $149 deal). They told me that cleaning the Furnace usually cost $100 (or $90?) but since they are at my house they would do it for $40. So we dicede to it and paide that extra $40.

They showed up on time and put little footy things on when they worked around the house so there wasn’t any dust or anything. So it was very easy and quick.

Professional and extremely quick process. Two man crew able to work very efficiently. Vents look great. Only suggestion would be something to clearly identify workers (no uniforms or name tags).

They were prompt and professional had great customer service and would use again.
