Great job! First they called to see if they could arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. That was perfect as I wanted to get to the Fair. They arrived EXACTLY when they said they would, to the minute. Two men arrived at the door, introduced themselves and thoroughly explained the procedure. They each had their own assignments and headed in different directions in the house to get things set up. They were very courteous. One asked me if I would approve of them moving furniture if needed. And they went room to room in all levels of the house thoroughly cleaning and freshening the duct system. From time to time one of them would update me on the progress. They showed me how much had built up in my ventilation system over the years and recommended a time for future cleaning. Thorough, courteous, on time and a great price. Hard to beat that... This is the first time I've bought any service on Angie's List. I was impressed and highly recommend AAA Duct Cleaning Service to anyone.

Two repairmen arrived on time. They completed the job very quickly and were very personable. Good job!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were awesome. They did a great job. There were no additional charges. They were very prompt, actually I think they were early. They called and asked if they can come in early. They were all just very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves.

It went well. I think the pricing was fair.

This went smoothly from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was very easy. They responded promptly to my call and set up an appointment for the following week. The day of the service, I received a phone call to let me know they were on the way. While they were here, they were courteous, professional, and friendly. The work was done within 1/2 hour or so and they were on their way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I paid an additional $75 for the parts. They were prompt and pleasant. They got the job done right. The quality of work was fine. The problem was that their internal communications were not good. Even though I gave them all the information for the part that they would need, they somehow didn't get to the repair person so when he came out and took everything apart, then he had to go back and order the part. Then there were some problems there, I think, they weren't following up with whoever they had to order the parts from so it took a while.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and it turned out fine. They cleaned up their mess and were on time.

The AAA Anderson guys arrived on time after a call advising that they were on their way. They reviewed the work to be done with me and then completed it. They were very careful pulling the vacuum hose through the house. They couldn't completely clean the dryer vent because the outlet from the house was blocked due to a poor job by a different contractor, They cleaned the dryer and advised us to get the contractor back to properly install the vent cover. All in all a very efficient and effective job was done.

Punctual, speedy, and generally neat. More attention could have been paid to keeping the outside mess from the dryer vent contained. There was a lot of "fluff" on my patio and in my A/C unit.

AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service were very good, friendly, and professional. I had to leave a message but they got back to me the same day to set up an appointment. Their responsiveness was excellent.

.I have long hair pets and the refrigerator was working hard to keep the food at the right temp. One of the courteous men spent a lot of time moving the fridge out and vacuuming all the hair out, the fridge runs much move quietly now. The other nice man cleaned out the trap in the dishwasher and found a small piece of metal that was causing noise; he also cleaned out the garbage disposal and found a slow leak in a pipe that appeared to be causing damage for many months. The pipe repair was outside the scope of the big deal so I scheduled a follow-up appt to repair the pipe at a very reasonable fee. The kitchen was left in perfect condition and my appliances are running quietly and efficiently. I will use this company again.

It was fine. They were in and out. They were clean and courteous.

I was in the middle of a remodel project in my family room. I thought I would use it when the job was completed. It took longer than usual to complete, and when I got ready to do the duct cleaning, I realized it had expired. I tried to make contact with the company, but I got no response. It was my fault, so I can only blame myself for not reading the purchase confirmation. If you are purchasing a service, make sure you will be able to use it in the determined time.

Showed up on time. They were friendly and helpful. They did the job well and finished quickly. They suggested cleaning the dryer and dryer vent as well, but were not pushy.

They were a little late but had called me ahead of time to let me know. The team was very professional, friendly, polite and efficient. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Took apart dishwasher and refrigerator to clean traps, dust respectively. (great job) Did not fully troubleshoot dishwasher ? but recommended replacement of the main board (high cost). The tech had a lot of experience ? so maybe this was the issue ? then again maybe a DMM should?ve been used to truly assess (prove) the problem.

They were great. They're super efficient and I like that everything was kind of automated on the iPad, in terms of emailing me my receipt and showing me pictures of the additional work that needed to be done. They have a photo library so he could say this is what it looks like.

We were a little challenged by the office staff getting a hold of someone as the first 4 times we had to leave messages vs. talking to a live soul. But the 5th time was a charm; a male answered the phone, was very courteous and helpful and scheduled the appointment. They showed up on time, called about 20 minutes prior and did their inspections. They used high powered air sprayers to clean the back of the refrig and blew gunk out of the various areas of the dishwasher. All working well today. Would reccommend.

Two men arrived and divided the labor, with one taking the sub zero and one the dishwasher and disposal. They asked if there was anything special needed and I told them the icemaker wasn't working and they checked that out for me. They were very efficient, and tidy and new the machines they were working on. I am awaiting a bid on replacing the icemaker which they said wasn't working at all. I thought the service was excellent

It went fine. All I know is it works fine. They did a quality work. I believe they stuck to the $99 agreement. I just know that they did a good job and it turned out the way we wanted it. I would use them again in the future.

They came when they were supposed to. They were very pleasent and accomodating. It was a very good experience. They got in touch with me right away and did all of the scheduling.

This is a gas fireplace that had not been used in several years. The two workers had not worked on this type of fireplace before, but they did figure it out and did a good job cleaning it. They weren't able to get it working because a part needed to be replaced, which was not surprising considering the years of not being used. They said they would check if the company could get parts for this type of fireplace and let me know.

Did not remove the "logs" to clean inside the firebox. The pilot light was on which was my bad, I should have turned it off the night before, but there are gloves for just such an event- removing hot items from a fireplace. Without the logs removed it was not possible to check the pilot or burner parts which I understood to be part of the service. I did have a question about the pilot and asked but given the extent of the "check-up" I cannot say I trust the answer.
