The service men arrived and I directed them to the back alley, which has better access to the basement door. They weny right to work, and finished in less than a half hour. They took a before and after picture to show me the work that was done, and they changed my filter for me. It was superior and professional service. I am very pleased.

They were very good and I would call them again.

Fantastic - on time, professional, friendly. They got one of my floor registers put back properly, which I hadn't been able to do for years. They even fixed a screw with one of my wall vents, they went above and beyond. I was extremely happy with their service.

We're very happy and will hire them again. In fact, my dishwasher was making intermittent noise prior to their visit, but he couldn't replicate the sound while he was there so I took down the model number for their files so they'd have it ready if/when the noise gets worse. Now that it's making the noise nearly every wash, I appreciate his proactive approach since I just have to make a quick call to schedule and Andersons will take care of the rest.

Arrived promptly, gave us good information for making a decision on how much to repair and was available for phone calls - great!

The cleaning and tuneup were great. Scheduling with them was easy, they arrived on day and time scheduled. They did a good job and answered our questions about the fireplace and its operations. They did not follow through on the gasket issue; ultimately, we did it ourselves. This was not a major concern, but it dropped them from an A rating to a B. d

After requiring to reschedule on 2 occasions due to conflicts on our end, they were able to accomodate a time that worked for us. I was very happy with the service!

The service was excellent, on time and as through as could be. He explained the inside of the glass could not be cleaned perfectly since it had been too long a time and the combustion and soot accumulation over the years, yes, years had pocked the glass surface. I will not go years again to have it cleaned and will call AAA Anderson again.

The technicians were unkempt and asked if they could wear their shoes inside on the recently cleaned carpet. A couple of minutes after they went inside, I heard loud banging sounds. The banging quit for a few moments, then started up again. I went downstairs and was shocked to find one of the technicians punching a hole in the duct work with a hammer and a straight screwdriver. When I asked him what he was doing, he stated emphatically, "You were told when you ordered this service that holes would be cut in your duct work!" I told him that I had not been told that and informed him that what he was doing was not "cutting a hole", he was beating my duct work into submission. After having viewed the quality of their work, I told him the job was not to go any further and I asked him how the hole was going to be fixed. He told me he was going to cover it up with duct tape. I said that no, it was going to be properly repaired with a piece of sheet metal to which he replied, "Get real." The workers were totally unprofessional, rude, and were not the type of service people you would want working on your house. When I called the owners, they now refused to do the job stating that I had said I didn't want a hole cut in my duct work. When I explained that the duct work wasn't being cut, it was being punched with a hammer and a screwdriver, they said they have been doing it that way for 23 years. They also said that the basement smelled "musky" (instead of musty) and that their duct cleaning/sanitizing service would not eliminate that odor, which was the opposite of what they had told me when I ordered the service. Later, I realized that with the in-floor duct work that I have in the basement, they probably didn't have the right equipment to get to the basement ducts or the expertise needed to deal with mold. So I found another duct cleaning service on Angie's List that is certified in mold remediation - they did a great job.

It was very good. They were helpful in explaining what they're doing and they were friendly. We needed it done at that time and we are looking for somebody at that point for duct cleaning.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. He did a fine job and the appliances look good. He didn't get back to us when he said but that really wasn't that big of a deal. He was not a person who fixes appliances; he just cleans them but he was kind enough to look at it without charging us extra. We just decided to buy a new washing machine instead of having to pay for a service call to have them come back to fix it. We had no complaints about the big deal. He was very professional and got everything done that we needed done. We would use him again. The gal who did the phone work was sweet as she could be. She was a really nice gal. She was very kind and helpful. It is a good outfit. Her and her husband own the business.

It was really good. They were really nice. Unfortunately, the deal didn't exactly apply to us because it was a main line valve that we need replaced. We actually need a plumber. They were very flexible and acccomodating. Kim and Dan were very good! We just had a totally innocent misunderstanding. They don't normally do refunds but said we could get a refund.

Unfortunately we weren't able to use the service because they only service domestic machines. However, they were very nice.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went okay. We spent an additional $25 because they added something to it. They did what they were supposed to do. We didn't have any issues.

They were great to work with. My husband said they were very nice people. They went right to work and did what they were supposed to do.

Our experience with AAA Appliance was fantastic from the beginning. I had purchased a Big Deal, and realized with about a week to spare that I had to get my appointment scheduled before the expiration date. When I called to schedule, I spoke with probably the nicest, most helpful person in all of customer service -- who assured me that I could make the appointment outside the expiration window, which was incredibly helpful. The staff who came to do the work were on time, respectful, and incredibly fast -- I hardly knew they were there. When they were finished, the house smelled clean and fresh. All in all, this was a great experience.

Punctual, clean, thorough. Done in a couple of hours. I'd use them again.

They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. Were very professional and reasonable. Also friendly.

Called to ask if they could arrive earlier then scheduled. They were prompt and friendly but did not look very professional. Worked quickly and performed the service but did not see that there was a problem with the freezer (even when told water leaked occasionally). They were in and out in a flash - performed what was originally ordered but did not go out of the way to answer questions or offer help with what has become a problem since the service was originally ordered. We will have to hire someone else to check out and fix the freezer.

It went very well. They actually did not add any extra charge. They were very good. They opened the heater and checked the system. Their response was good. They came on time, did what was on the big deal and left.

The previous owners of the house had not cleaned the ducts in a while, so AAA Anderson's got lots of dust out. The guys were very professional and neat. I would definitely use them again.

My wife was at home for the service. She stated that two gentlemen arrived on time and were very professional. They noticed that the air ducts for the home we were moving into were extremely dirty. After completing the duct cleaning, the service techs noticed a washer and dryer in the garage and offered to install these machines for an additional fee. We were happy to pay for this service. The techs also fixed and cleaned out the dryer vent. However, we noticed that the dryer was not functioning properly. It was not drying the cloths. We asked for a tech to come back, which he did today. He noted that the dryer vent had not been cleaned out all the way. He fixed the issue and did not charge us. We appreciate his honesty and willingness the correct the issue, but not having a dryer for a week was not fun.
