I had the air duct cleaning done 10 days ago, and today the filter looks very nasty. There is only one vacuum bag used during the cleaning. Mist was sprayed to the vent, no wiping cleaning was done I paid extra $40 for the dryer cleaning, and the compartment inside of dryer was not cleaned, it still have a lot of dirt trapped.

They arrived on time. Cleaned the dryer and the dryer vent. They used an affresh tablet to clean the washer. The whole process took lesser time than expected but overall a good job.

They called 15 minutes in advance and arrived on time. They cleaned the fireplace & rearranged the logs. Overall a very good job.

Great. Re arrived on time, introduced himself and his helper, asked me if I had done this before, when I said no he explained everythinbg they would do. They worked around the house carefully and clean. Would be happy to work with AAA Anderson again.

My gas fireplace started making a strange noise. I looked on Angies List fir a gas fireplace contractor and found a Big Deal being offered by AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair. I purchased the Big Deal and made an appointment for the inspection. The provider was easy to reach and the appointment was easy to schedule. The contractor arrived on time and was friendly and pleasant. He was careful as he disassembled parts of the fireplace and made several adjustments. He explained the cause of the noise and priced out the cost of a new motor. He cleaned the unit and left everything epic and span. We decided to wait on the new motor as the adjustments helped alleviate the noise. The provider seemed very trustworthy and it was a good experience overall.

Anderson called promptly and set up an appointment that fit our schedule. They came out and did the work. When the work exceeded the scope they informed us of the issues. We paid them to fix the issues. Our dryer started drying clothes properly after the cleaning. The also made recommendations to replace the connector tube because it was bent by the dryer installer when we moved into the house. We were very happy with the service.

Two men came - on time - very pleasant and very efficient. It didn't take long. They did what they said they would do and left. Good experience.

The tech arrived on time. He hooked up his equipment outside, and cleaned the vent from the outside. After he was done outside, I went outside, as he was inside using the hose. When he was finished he came outside, and used the hose to suck up the lint that made its way on to my flowers.

After the service we had to wash the floors and vacuum all the carpets and floors because of the residue left behind when the work was completed. We were surprised the company did not clean up or have a device on their equipment to capture and "blow back: from their technology.

They arrived on time, did a good job cleaning both fireplaces and they covered the areas around the outside of the fireplaces so that no soot would get on the carpeting. When they were done they did a good job cleaning up. They gave us some good suggestions to help improve the efficiency of the fireplaces and where to get the materials we would need. They offered to do that work, but there was no pressure.

Great! They arrived early (& called first to make sure that was OK) & completed the work quickly. All went better than I could have hoped.

They were professional, competent albeit a little pushy with recommendations for future work. All in all, pretty good...

It was good, they seem to do a thorough job and I had no issues with them.

They arrived early, did a great job cleaning the vents and were very polite. Only complaint was one of the workers was clearly a smoker as you could smell smoke very strongly. However, this did not affect their ability to do the job.

I would hire them again - I feel it was a good dea.

Very well. My husband was skeptical that we needed this service but has changed his tune since our vents have been cleaned. Prior to having out vents cleaned the air flow out of our vents was very weak and now there is some force behind the air.

I contacted AAA Anderson on Saturday, September 7 and left a voicemail. I requested a call back on Monday, September 9 (when they opened) so that I could quickly resolve the issue with the dishwasher. Obviously, flooding is a serious issue that could cause me to have to replace floors, subfloors, and ceilings below the unit. I clearly stated that I needed a call back on Monday if I were to perform service with AAA Anderson. I didn't receive a call back on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Finally, on Wednesday I called A-rated Angie's List competitor, who picked up right away and is ready to come out on Thursday. If only I had called someone other than AAA Anderson, my appliance issue would already be fixed! Do not bother calling this company -- they may not call you back.

It was fine. It didn't solve my problem but I didn't know if it would but it wasn't their fault.

I was impressed from the intial phonecall, when I booked the service. The owner's wife, who answered the phone, was cheerful, pleasant and efficient. I had no trouble booking a date convenient to us both. She told me the men would call before they got here, which they did. They were on time and got down to work right away. The were careful of electrical connections and knew more about my duct system than I did. They worked quickly, were very friendly, courteous and polite, and I was delighted with them and the service. I would definitely use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out rather well. It is just a little confusing to compare services. I thought I was getting a full scrubbing, but when I looked back at it, I was just getting a sterilization. I was satisfied, but I wish they would just make it clearer about what service they were providing. There was nothing out of the ordinary either way. I got what I was expecting as far as service, and promptness.

This was the first time I used them and they were a big deal purchase. I will recommend them to others.

Very professional and did exactly as stated

Scheduling was easy and convenient. They showed up a few minutes early and were courteous and professional. The fireplace looks great! We would definitely use this service again.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They worked to bring in their large vacuum through the basement door. The lead explained that he would have to cut a small hole in the furnace to attach the vacuum. They started upstairs and went room to room. The blew all the dust and dirt down the ductwork and the vacuum hose into their truck. Afterwards, they cleaned up and sealed the hole in the furnace with stainless steel. I had to put duct tape over the patch because it wasn't quite flush with my unit.

Arrived on time, completed the work. Took time to cover some operational issues. Provided valuable information. Generally speaking, seemed to really have a lot of useful knowledge. Showed me how to operate the fireplace during a power outage, something I had been told was not possible by one of the fireplace stores.
