It went fine. We lost our AC after they came but they came back immediately and fixed it, so I have no complains. They did a great job. They were efficient, quick, and pleasant.

The technicians came on time, were very professional and courteous. I felt like they did a superb job of cleaning and tuning our gas fireplace, and provided free glowing embers. I was a little skeptical at first, but given the affordable price, I decided to to give it a try. They even gave us some free glowing embers to make our fireplace look prettier. We were very satisfied with the service.

Everything turned out fine. We had a raccoons nest in the chimney and it took them a while to get it open. They did make sure it was all cleaned. They put plastic down to keep everything clean as well. I would hire them again.

The called right away to schedule my appointment after my purchase. They arrived on time and were careful to wear booties and keep everything clean as the moved in and out of the house. They explained everything they were doing. They showed the rust build up on the burner before they vacuumed and explained it is a common occurrence from the flue. The tank was flushed, burner adjusted, and other inspections performed. They recommended the thermocouple be replaced but explained what would happen if it did go out and I decided to wait on the replacement. They actually checked out a leaky dryer vent too and recommended some suggestions to fix a leak. Very friendly and helpful. I would use them again for appliance repair. I actually called them about a dryer problem and after talking with them on the phone, they offered a suggestion that fixed the problem and avoided a service call. Very honest.

AAA Anderson's was easy to work with and did a terrific job. I was able to make an appointment without any trouble. They called with a reminder a few days before the appointment. Dan and Max called an hour before arrival and arrived on time. The work was thorough and professional involving cleaning the forced air unit including the main trunk lines and all the ducts and returns.

Scheduling the cleaning was easy. Staff was very amiable over the phone. I wasn't able to be home when the service was completed, but they had no trouble coming in and doing the job.

They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The house was a foreclosure so the vents were really dirty- they took extra time to clean and sanitize them. I would use them again!

The tech arrived on time. He hooked up the vacuum outside, and started out there, and then came in, and sucked it out from inside. The guy was clean, and explained what he was doing. He even went outside, and cleaned the lint that was on the flower beds.

The technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I have a very long dryer vent and they cleaned it out with a specialized compressed air tool. They also looked at the dryer and suggested it be cleaned as well. I agreed and I am glad I did as they removed a lot of junk that had become trapped. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

They came when they said they would. (They called when they were on the way.) They performed the services they promised and did a good job. My dryer works better after they did this service. The washing machine is cleaner, too.

No problems. Price was an Angie's list big deal (I am not sure if I am remembering the price right) plus we added the dryer duct cleaning.

The company called to confirm the appointment a few days before the date and the men called the morning of the appointment to say they were on their way. The visit went just as we expected. The service person was on time, went over the service to be performed, got to work and then cleaned up.

They came when they said they would, did the work as I expected, and cleaned up after themselves!

They arrived promptly (after calling along the way).....their equipment was truck centered and all went well. An unusual cessation of electricity (due to an area circuit breaker) occurred just as they turned off the furnace switch but had nothing to do with their servicing tasks. They noted that on their billing. They showed us the excess items that were deposited on the furnace filter before inserting a new filter. The house seems to have less dust collecting on furniture and the cold returns.

The crew did an excellent job of cleaning and tuning our gas fireplace. Additionally, they found a loose connection and fixed it at no additional charge. We have used AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair & Cleaning Service in the past to clean our gas furnace and their price, demeanor and service were the reasons we had them work on our fireplace.
