We bought their Big Deal. I was not here but my husband said that he did not think it was all that good.

The service crew was on time and very respectful of my home. They kept my carpet as clean as it was before they arrived. My fireplace had a terrible smell last summer, and they cleaned it all out, explained to me what the issue had been, and explained how they repaired it.

They were great. I bought an Angie's list big deal for duct cleaning. Since I scheduled chimney sweep services at the same time as the duct cleaning I received a substantial discount. The ducts and chimney were a bigger job than the guys anticipated. They were good-natured about the extra work and left the place very clean. I would recommend them.

AAA came to our house at the appointed time and efficiently completed to job. We appreciate how they showed us pictures of the ductwork after they were done. What impressed us the most about them is that they showed us how our furnace filter actually wasn't doing anything! Prior to them we have had a new furnace installed and our ducts cleaned and nobody pointed that out. Thanks! As we suffer from allergies their pointing that out was worth the cost of their visit alone.

Person was not dressed properly for a maintenance person ( unkempt and sloppy); put a few slight "dings" in the black metal and did not adequately or completely clean the glass front piece of the unit (which was actually my main concern since it was very dirty and cloudy). Overall, I was disappointed.

Crew came on time to clean fridge, disposal and dishwasher. Dishwasher being new, that left the disposal and fridge. The crew couldn't lift the fridge from its position, however, and could only vacuum behind it. As for the disposal, they commented on it needing to be replaced soon, and left me with a packet of cleaning "salts". They were very responsive overall, but there wasn't any service I couldn't have done myself.

Having a coupon was great and there were no extra charges. Man was pleasant and efficient. He wore covering on his shoes to protect my carpet. When he finished my fireplace burned brighter and I felt assured that all was well with the fireplace. he also showed me the gas pilot and how to check it and how to light it which could save me a service call.

Jason arrived at my house 1/2 hour early - which was ok with me. Got right to work and cleaned my gas fireplace. Did a great job and was really nice.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. It took them about a month to get in because of the deal. They did a good job. There was a little issue I was having with our fireplace and they did some wiring work to try and help with that. They cleaned up after themselves and it was good. I think I won't use them again for fireplace because I think that's not their specialty.

Was contacted promptly by the company to schedule the service. The two guys that came out were friendly and efficient. I don't know how well they did since they didn't show me a before and after, but we were having a lot of dust prior to having the ducts cleaned, and seem to have less after.

John did a fantastic job, even went above and beyond by making my fireplace better than new. He added something that makes my gas fireplace look more like a real fireplace with glowing coals. He was speedy, too, probably spending about a half hour start to finish.

Very professional and gave me some advice to prolong the life of the water heater.

Excellent service. They were a bit later than I expected, but they called to confirm. They worked quickly & efficiently, and were very understanding about needing to turn off their equipment when I moved my cats from one room to another. (The equipment hisses, and my cats were scared). All return vents were removed and cleaned. All other vents were blown clean. Both workers were careful to remove their shoes at the door.

Company very professional and helpful. Fireplace works much better- and we now know how to operate it properly.

They did a great job of cleaning the air ducts. They were on time and answered all of our questions.

They were through and seemed to know what they were doing. They (2 men) moved quickly and efficiently without hurrying.

Anderson's was able to come out within about 1 week from the time I purchased the deal on Angie's list. My original central air unit had worn out. They arrived and went right to work. The job turned out to be more time consuming and involved some additional supplies that they did not anticipate. This meant that it took not only all day, but into the evening. I had not planned on the installation taking this much time and had someplace to go towards the end of the day. They offered to leave and come back the next day and finish, but that seemed crazy for them to pack up and then come all the way back so they stay until about 8:00-8:30 that night and completed the job. The sealed off duct seams that had never been sealed and explained things to me about how the system operated that were very helpful. My old unit which was a 2.5 ton, was replaced with a 4 ton unit which was much more appropriate for the size of my house. A few weeks later when the weather got really hot, I realized that my house was not cooling as it should, especially with a larger unit. I called them and they immediately came out the next morning to see what was wrong. They had closed off some dampers that at the time they felt did not need to be open and they reopened them. This made a big difference and my house began to cool down. They told me to call back if this didn't do the trick. They were very responsive and eager to help.

The visit was seamless. Both fireplaces were cleaned and make ready for use in the winter. Men were clean...left no mess...stayed on task, and were finished in 1/2 hour.

It went fine. They did a nice job of cleaning the glass and replacing the rock and vacuuming. Basically it wasn't any different then us vacuuming out the upper and lower compartment or cleaning the glass ourselves. They did use a special glass cleaner that worked better then anything we have. And we had never replaced the rocks. They did make sure the fireplace was operating correctly. They were efficient, professional and friendly. We would probably clean it ourselves but would use them for operational problems in the future.

The service people called before coming. They both behaved politely. They covered all the vents but one and used a very large vacuum hose to suction out the below grade vents at our condo. They used a very small hose to spray a sanitizing solution in the vents. They cleaned the dryer by suctioning out the dryer roof vent. They cleaned up well after their work.

They showed up on time and worked really quickly. They were also able to identify where a leak was coming from in my dishwasher and will be coming back to repair it. I was really pleased with their service and professionalism.

Vendor attempted to service our home twice. It turned out there was not enough hose to reach from the truck to the furnace without pulling up to the door in the back yard. The first trip was in winter, and access was impossible. Their second trip was in the spring, and ground was very wet. Their van could not get up a hill to approach the back door. They did not want to try a third time, and asked us to get the big deal refunded instead. We bought the big deal knowing we would need to pay more due to having more than 2,500 sq. ft. Any extra charge was not a problem for us. We wish they would have let us know their decision after their second visit several months ago, rather than waiting until we called to reschedule to tell us. Both crews were professional and helpful. We wish the communication from the front office would have been better.

Great service. Phone scheduler was pleasant and courteous. Easy to schedule when convenient for me. Service techs were on time, pleasant, and worked efficiently. Altogether a good experience.

I was a little dissapointed in the fact that they didn't check or pull out the refrig and clean coils. They just clean the vent in the front. I do that often.
