They were prompt and very quick. I do not think they were here for more than 15 minutes. They explained that the appliances were fine except that two washer hoses should be replaced every year. I was told that the dryer vented out of the roof, but they were able to clean out the lint adequately and would not charge the extra $40 for a roof vent. The thing is that the dryer does not vent through the roof, it vents through the side of the house. In short, I don't have anything to complain about, but I wasn't impressed.

Techs called to say they were on the way, arrived on time. Had canvas so the floor was kept clean, Informed me that the fireplace was in good condition. No hiddden costs when fininshed.

Jason and Jesse arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled but they called about 20 minutes before arrival. This worked out well. I was glad to have it done earlier. They were very courteous and professional. Jesse suggested the AC coils be cleaned and since I hadn't had it done professionally in a while, I agreed. He also asked about the dryer vent which was less than a year old so didn't need cleaning and reminded me to clean the vent on the bottom of the refrigerator. They did a very good job and left everything neat and clean. They were also conscientious in working with me to be sure my cat didn't get outside.

Showed up on time. Introduced themselves. Asked me if i had questions and invited me to watch. As they worked they explained what they were doing and why. They also gave me helpful hints on future maintenance and things to look for. I originally had them come for the Furnace ducts and dryer ducts. I had them add in the A/C coil after they showed me what it looked like. I am happy with outcome and would invite them back in the future for more work.

This offer was attractive due its price. The ad should have included a warning that the service would not be performed for two weeks after calling for an appointment. I had already paid the $77 when I called for the appointment. When my dryer was taking too long to dry clothes, I called Sears. The dryer (and venting) is only two years old. They suggested it might be due to a clogged dryer vent. The service tech from AAA Anderson's inspected the vent and said it was OK, and that the might be due to defective heating coils. Now, two weeks later, my clothes dryer still is not drying clothes properly. This delay postponed the resolution. I'm back to calling Sears, two weeks and $77 later. AAA Anderson service technician was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable.

They did a good job. However, I guess the actual cleaning process didn't go as far into the ducts as I was thinking it would. The duct trunks were actually not as clean as it was shown in online pictures.

He did a nice job cleaning it up, I'm gonna have him come back. I think there's something defective in my furnace and my fireplace that I need to have them take a look at. We were thinking that this cleaning might take care of it but it didn't.

Prompt call from company to schedule service. Came on time. Unfortunately, 4th story service could not be done. But with #413 in my address, why didn't the employee ask about this? Waste of my time and theirs.

Anderson''s appliance did a very good job. We had not had our vent cleaned out in ten years, and there was a lot of lint that needed to be removed. The two technicians explained the process upon their arrival, and quickly began the clean-out procedure. They also offered to clean out the dryer filter compartment for an additional charge, which we declined. The performance of the dryer approved appreciably following the completion of the service. We would not hesitate to use them again for future requirements.

It went great. The guys were very nice.

Mostly pleased - each vent had a little dent in from the rod that had to go into vent cover. Hard to say if I noticed any difference.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went all right. I spent the price quoted on the coupon. They did what they said they were going to do and they were very quick about it. He had me sign off on his iPad stating that he had done it and then they sent me a copy so it was very efficient. It was a good way for them to make a little bit of money very quickly but yet provide a needed service for people because I know how dangerous it is to have that lint build up in there. I would recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do and they were here on time and got the job done.

Wow, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this provider. Yep, the provider was right on time, clean, pleasant, etc. He also did clean the dryer vent as well as the washer. However, at the time that I scheduled the service, I told the provider that the dryer was overheating and we needed it checked. At the time the provider arrived to do the service, I told him again that the dryer was overheating. After the service was complete, I asked about the dryer overheating and he said that "It tested good. There aren't any problems with it. It's working great!". Less than 1 week later, the dryer heat sensor has burned out, the dryer is not functioning and I'm waiting for service from a different provider to fix it. It should have been very obvious that it was overheating...the clothes were so hot that you couldn't touch them if you ran them through a cycle. Some synthetic fibers were melting. I've had the dryer for over 5 years. I know it was overheating. Yet, this fool said everything was okay and within a week, the dryer is burned up. Fantastic. $99 service for nothing...worse, now I'm left with a much larger and costly problem that could have been avoided if the provider had simply been qualified. In getting another provider scheduled, I found out from Whirlpool that this provider is NOT certified to work on their products. This was something I asked about when I scheduled the service and I was told this provider was...of course by the provider. So, not only are they not qualified to provide the service...they're dishonest as well.

The service I received was excellent. The technicians that came to my home were friendly and professional. I paid to have my gas fireplace cleaned but they went above and beyond put the cover back on my HVAC machine. It had been off for months and myself and multiple persons could not put it back on.

Called me twice that morning to let me know how they were coming along. Arrived on time. Very thorough and professional. Fixed an issue on the dryer that I was not aware of (that they did not have to fix but did ....very helpful). Would use this service again!

I ordered a big deal, it was set up quickly, the called asking iif they could come early. I wasn't home the day they did it and I have no experiance with duct cleaning, so I can't really give a

He was prompt, professional, and very helpful in describing the pros and cons of attempting to fix my problem. In the end, I decided to replace the washer, but I had peace of mind knowing that it was the right decision. I would definitely use them again!

The workers were very profession, personable, and fast. They arrived on time and completed the work in under an hour. Unfortunately, we noticed large dust balls near some of the cleaned vents. They were not there before. Other than that, I feel they did a wonderful job and would recommend them to others.

They came out on a Saturday which was more convenient for us. I explained to them why we were having the water heater cleaning done and then they got started cleaning it. During the cleaning, the small issue that was noticed was explained to me and since it was something that wouldn't affect a future sale of our home, I declined to have the part replaced. It doesn't affect the water heater itself. There were no issues found that would explain why we sometimes don't have hot water when we should (I knew it could possibly be the shower handle which has a no-scald safety feature). They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and were finished fairly quickly. Our main problem wasn't solved, but we have a clean water heater and we will probably use AAA Anderson's in the future.

They were great. I bought their Big Deal; I had to pay $40 more but it was not a surprise as they had to go on to the roof.
