We had paid them extra but it was expected because we had them sort out some hoses. We paid for whatever the parts were so I think maybe $15. We weren't down there, we had scanned over them when they were doing their work.

All went well until the charged us to clean a recently cleaned 2nd furnace. We requested a duct cleaning and I understand why they cleaned the primary furnace. But the secondary furnace was recently serviced and cleaned. Additional cleaning was unnecessary. My wife felt like they took advantage of her being home alone.

So easy to schedule, and I really appreciate that they have Saturday hours. They came within the time frame they said they would, and gave me a call to give me the heads-up they were on the way. They cleaned the washer and dryer. I don't think the dryer vent had ever been cleaned out before. They were done in a flash, and gave me some recommendations to change out the hoses on the washer, which was good to know. Good experience overall.

As far as I know, they did a professional job. They cleaned the glass and the gas flow and showed me all of their work. They were courteous. The only knock was that they were just a bit late, but they called and said they would be, so no problems there, either. I'd use them again.

They called before coming to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time. They were very thorough and efficient. The two service techs were very friendly. They found a repair need while cleaning and took the time to explain it to me. They were also able to give me a quote on the spot, which was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Workman were very pleasant but I did discover after they left that a hose must have come open or something in one of the upstairs bedrooms because that room - carpet, bedspread, everything - was covered with a layer of small particles that must have come from one of the vents. Don't really know what happened up there. I vacuumed, dusted, and washed the bedspread in that room. There were no issues any where else in the house and I did feel like air flow had improved from many vents. We had just finished a kitchen remodel so I was trying to get rid of any dust, etc. from that.

Great! My air ducts were exceptionally gross they said -- i just recently bought the house and the previous owners had pets. But you can tell the difference immediately, right away my house smelled better. They even showed me how bad the filter was! Gross, but great to see that it's no longer in the ducts! Interactions were not quite "professional", but they were really nice guys and i would defnintely hire them again in the future.

Two men came and they were fine. Very fast.

It went great. He did a good job. He got my glass cleaned. He told me where I could go to get the glass cleaner, which was my main objective. I had a foggy look on my fireplace glass that I couldn’t get off.

I purchased a duct leaning deal and the provider came over to my house on the 4th of October. Unfortunately, my furnace was too far away from the street for their hose to reach and they were unable to perform the job. They instructed me to contact Angie's List to obtain a refund.

It went very well. They were here on time. They did really good. They were nice. The only thing I didn’t really like was them wearing their shoes in my house.

It worked out real well. They assured us that our water heater was okay.

Overall they did a good job. My only complaint is the mess left by most of the air return ducts. The return ducts were not covered during the cleaning and so lots of dust blew out of them.

Very punctual. Called to let us know when they would arrive. Very professional; took shoes off in house. Cleaned glass on fireplace front and vacuumed interior. Reset logs and replaced the 'embers'. We had some confusion on the remote, but everything ended up working fine.

The two man crew was prompt, courteous, careful and experienced . Removed much dirt from the ducts. Fireplace glass looks brand new. They did an excellent job.

Very professional. Good communication with the company. Clear directions on what to expect and when to expect the service to be done and by whom. Service rep called 30 minutes before showing up, as planned. Did a great job of cleaning the vents and also providing the additional services. Very professional and thorough. Clearly interested and good at providing good customer service and making sure of satisfaction in the work. Great job.

The provider was A for everything except they did not actually remove and clean the logs and insert area as described in the deal package. It is possible the person did not think it needed to be done. He vacuumed around the outer edge, cleaned the glass and appeared to check the wiring. He called 20 minutes before he arrived to see if he could come before he was scheduled to be here. All interactions were pleasant with the technician and the person who scheduled the appointment so overall it was a good experience. I would probably not use them again because they are so far away and I think other companies could have done a good job as well.

Did a good job at what they did but I had expected a tune up of the fireplace burner however that wasn't provided

Overall it was a good job, as far as I can tell. They disassembled the workings so that everything would get cleaned.

Jason came in laid down a tarp and went to work. He used pressurized air to loosen dust and vacuumed it up all while using his flashlight to see where he was working. He cleaned the glass and and wipe up any dust that didn't come up with the vacuum. Jason also put in vermiculite to help create more of a burning ember illusion. The fireplace looks and works great!

They knew what they were doin. Showed me what they did. We'll worth the money. My family has clean air again.
