I bought 2 certificates for $99 each. The regular cost would have been $400 rather than $200. I thought I was buying a tune up of the fireplace. I'm pretty sure that's what it was called. The upstairs fireplace doesn't work at all now. Basically, they just cleaned my fireplaces and didn't look at the working parts.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. We didn't have any additional cost. It took him only about half hour. I thought it was expensive, and I am glad I don't have to do it for another 5 or 6 years. I thought paying 150 Dollars for 2 guys to come out for half an hour was too much.

They arrived on time and were very pleasant. The only issue was that my washer wasn't put back correctly. After I realized there was a problem, I called and they came back out that afternoon. Overall, it was a good experience and I would hire them again!

They were there on time...they were pleasant and got the work done....just what I wanted!

Cleaning went well. Provider was punctual and professional. Fireplace was working after they completed work, but wall switch was identified as being a problem for ignition. They could offer no assistance with repair, so fireplace is clean, but not functioning.

The gentlemen who came were on time, polite, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They came out initially to clean out the air ducts. While checking the dryer duct for cleaning, they discovered that the duct was completely detached from the dryer. I was thinking of having the dryer duct replaced in the near future anyway so they gave me an estimate to completely replace it. They also were kind enough to reattach the dryer duct to the dryer for me until they could come out to do the replacement. While doing that, they noticed that the water hoses to my washer were wearing out and should be replaced in the future so they gave me an estimate for that as well. At the end of this visit, I scheduled a follow-up visit to replace both the dryer duct and the water hoses for the next week. When they came out for the follow-up appointment they were again on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. They first replaced the water hoses and then got to work on the dryer duct. Their work brought them to the attic where they took several pictures showing me that in the year since I moved into my home, my dryer duct had also become detached there and was just lying in the attic blowing lint all over. The two gentlemen then took out all the old duct and replaced it with a new solid pipe. They were both very professional and always answered my questions. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

The two gentlemen were right on time and asked us some basic questions about our gas log fire place. We had prepped the area to move furniture out of the way prior their arrival, and they were able to get right to it. Our pilot light and controller assembly were pretty old, but they figured it out and had things working right away. The guys cleaned out the area, checked the flue, and showed us the operation. Total time on site was just over an hour. The age of our gas controller is such that there is no way to control the flame height or pilot height - I think if there is one area that we would recommend is a bit more knowledge or experience in that area....based on the discussions, we would have been willing to purchase a new gas controller, but that is simply not one of the services they offer.

Everything went great. But they do not clean up the lint that we blow out from the vent.

Thoroughly cleaned our air ducts. Threw in a free dryer vent cleaning due to the need to reschedule on their end. Quick, professional, totally happy with the service.

Work was completed in a satisfactory and prompt manner.

It was fine they were good. They were on time. They did not do quite as much as I thought they would, but they were nice. They also did something I appreciated. They checked out my washer hoses.

Starting from the initial purchase (was a special offer via angieslist.com), they were prompt and professional in scheduling our services. On the day of the service, the crew called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Jesse and Jason arrived promptly (slightly ahead of time), and respectfully removed their shoes when they entered our home. They performed duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, and fireplace cleaning very efficiently, and without making any mess in our home. Both of them were very friendly and helpful, and performed all of the work in less than 45 minutes. Final transaction was done on a iPad, and receipt was emailed to me. Perfect! Look forward to scheduling AAA Anderson's Appliance Repair and Cleaning Service again in a couple of years when we need it again. Highly recommended service, and excellent value!

The original deal was to clean and inspect the washer and dryer. When they saw the water heater pressure release valve was leaking they fixed it for nothing. Because of that leak they looked closer and found that the exhaust vent was full of debris. They said for $50 they would inspect and clean the furnace and water heater. This saved me $50 from their normal price. The service was fast,efficient and friendly. They showed up when they said they would.

After the initial cleaning, the fireplace seemed to work fine. As the weather was warm, I had no need to retry...after about three weeks, I turned it on but nothing happened. I got around to emailing the company about the problem and asked them to come out and see what was wrong. I notified them 31 days after the initial work. BE SURE TO READ THE INVOICE CAREFULLY!!!!! I apparently missed that part in all the language of the invoice...who wouldn't? It states you have 30 days to report a problem. Had I done so, they would have come out for free to inspect the problem. But because I notified them ONE DAY late, they indicated a trip charge of $50 would be in effect. I thought this was high, but they indicated that was discounted for $80 due to the recent visit. I tried to reason with them, stating most companies would not think twice me reporting one day late, but all I got was repeated notices of how I should have read their invoice more carefully. NOT COOL!!! I highly recommend you avoid dealing with this company until they learn to have a better customer service attitude. They seemed so nice to work with; I was surprised at their draconian stance.

The guy they had doing the cleaning was okay. He didn't seem to know much. I had just a small maintenance problem, which I thought was a simple fix. He just came out and did some quick vacuuming. I wasn't overly impressed with that. I hired them to come out and troubleshoot because my fireplace wasn't starting. I had a little intermittent problem last year. The second guy that came out went through all of the troubleshooting. If I'd just had that guy the first time, I could've probably saved myself a lot of money and not had to pay the second service call. I'm unhappy with the first guy but very happy with the second guy. I had two different guys out in about two weeks. The first guy told me he wasn't capable of fixing it. He didn't know what to do, he was just a cleaning guy. He wasn't worth the $99. If I need maintenance, I want someone that can do it all. The second guy was able to diagnose the problem in 10-15 minutes, like the first guy should've done.

After accepting the deal for gas fireplace cleaning and maintenance, I received an email that included the statement, "We only work on Heat & Glo Models." This is not the brand of gas fireplace that we have. I called them and they confirmed, but offered a full refund, and apologized. Please refund the $99.

It went reasonably well. They did a good job tuning it up. They did what they came out to do.

I had Center Point Energy out to replace a part on the fireplace the week after Anderson "cleaned" it and they said the unit was filthy and pointed out all the spots Anderson missed. I had to go back in and vacumn fireplace again to get what Anderson missed. They didn't do a very good job.

Everyone I worked with at AAA was very friendly and willing to work to fix my problem. Initially it was going to be a few days before they could fit me in but they called back a little later and said they could fit me in that afternoon. The cleaning went fine although there was still some lint in the dryer and I didn't see him go outside to check the vent (although I only have about a foot of vent). The person who put in the switch was able to get it in and found that the knob was cracked. The one they were sent didn't fit. I have Maytag appliances and he found that Whirlpool (who bought Maytag) doesn't manufacturer the part for my machine anymore and he wasn't able to find it anywhere. He went to the hardware store to get a hose clamp but it didn't do the trick. Finally we got out my glue gun and he was able to glue the broken knob on. It doesn't line up right but it works.

They were here a very short time (20 min.) but as far as I know it went well.

I was called the morning of the 9th by the men coming to do the work to let me know they would be at my home in about 15 minutes. They located the furnace and began working from the furthest ducts from the furnace to the closest ducts. The ducts, I knew were really needing a good cleaning because it had been several years and we had recently done a major remodel project. The men did find that the ducts were pretty bad! They even went back and cleaned out the upper bedroom vents again. Then one of the technicians offered to do a dryer vent cleaning for an extra cost. I did go ahead and do that but I was a bit skeptical. I should not have been, they again did a great job and gave me some advise which I passed on to my husband. I was very pleased with the job and the technicians.
