They were here 10 minutes after they called and were finished in 20 minutes. I had a time window of between 10am -Noon. They were here on the early side and this was GREAT, because it freed up my morning.

I purchased a coupon for dryer vent cleaning on Angie's list. A very nice woman scheduled the appointment and also changed it for me to a better day when my first day was too rainy to go on the roof. The servicemen arrived and cleaned the vent quickly and completely. Clothes dry much faster now.

I had an appt. at first for November but they called in October and got me in sooner. They were very much on time and even told me I could be first on their list because I had to be to work early that day. They were very helpful and even put on new washer hoses at the last minute for me. The only thing I thought they would do, but didn't, is to replace the duct going from my dryer to outside. After reading the coupon more carefully, I did see that was not include in the special, my bad.

Wonderfully well, very informative guys, and they sure have the knowledge of their work.

They were on time, professional, and explained what they were going to do. I was shocked that they didn't go for the extra service of brushing out my vents, instead saying that they didn't need it. My chimney was loaded with junk and it took a while to get it all out, but Max did! I was very impressed with these guys. I would recommend them to my friends and use them again in a heart beat.

It went really well! He used a special cleaner on the Fireplace glass-looked great! He showed me all the dirtballs stuck to my Furnace Filter, and it was a lot! First time Ducts cleaned-29 years. The Dryer Duct advice was invaluable! I feel better knowing my AIr condensor is clean and ready to go next year.

AAA Anderson was communicative, accomodating with scheduling, prompt and on time with their service. They came out at the scheduled time and completed the work to our satisfaction. I can tell a difference in the fireplace but can really see the work in the air ducts. Our ducts had never been cleaned and you could still see construction dust/junk/garbage in a few of the vents and after AAA Anderson was out the vents look like the metal vents they should without all the dust and gunk. Pleased with the service. Would recommend.

The guys showed up on time, removed their shoes, worked hard, and we're very polite.

The two men called before arriving and arrived on time. We had to contain our cats into one room during the process and the men were very supportive and friendly about the cats in general and sympathized with us when we tried to move the cats into a new room so the bathroom duct could also be blown out. It was fun hearing everything move through the ducts and out the vacuum to the truck. The filter was FULL of cat hair and debris when they finished so they installed the new filter they told us to buy prior.

It seemed to go fine, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned out the ducts. The only other time we did duct cleaning was about 15 years ago. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. There were no additional costs. They scheduled well and they were on time. They performed everything they promised to do. They did a good job. They were really responsive.

We bought their coupon on Angie's List for cleaning of a gas fireplace that hasn't worked correctly for several years despite numerous attempts by original installer to fix it. AAA's technician came out a few weeks ago, cleaned it and diagnosed the problem. Today Mr Anderson arrived with the part needed and fixed it for estimated price of $155. Both men were polite, knowledgeable, prompt and called just before they arrived. My contacts with Kim Anderson in their office were very pleasant and service was promptly scheduled. If you need fireplace work done, this is the call to make!!

The technicians were punctual and professional. They made sure to return furniture back to position and cleaned up afterwards. I plan on continuing to use AAA Anderson's in the future.

where ducts were covered I had moved furniture. Job went quickly, half hr or so..one level 1200 sq ft condo. polite worker and he moved quickly at the task. I was pleased.
