I was expecting them to remove the vent covers and clean the vents but the just vacuumed the vent covers. Seems like a waste of money to me.

AAA ANDERSON'S APPLIANCE REPAIR AND CLEANING SERVICE fixed a leaky fridge for us. They were easy to schedule, polite, and informative. The lead person and his coworker worked together to quickly fix the leak. They educated me about the problem and were efficient. I felt I got excellent value and will definitely call them first if I need appliance help.

The report from my wife was all went very well. They were punctual, arrived as expected and performed the advertised work.

Jessie and Matt were on time. They called on their way over to let us know they were on the way. Cleaned and santisized all of the vents. They checked the dryer vent and cleaned that also. Did a great job, very professional and personable.

Learn a lesson here Angie's list, if the provider of a service does not have the band width to fulfill a deal, don't sign them up.

They did not do as good of a job as they usually do. Their son came out and he put everything back, chipped some paint, and did not tell me. I called them and his dad came back and took care of it. The best part was, they came back and took care of it. I would use them again.

Provider arrived on time with a 2-person crew. I walked with them around the house to ensure all vents were cleaned (after all, I know how many vents I have much better than someone new to the house) which was good, because there were some that I don't think they would have otherwise found. They did all the work -- they took off the vent covers and re-attached them, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. They did note (properly) that the process kicks up quite a bit of dust, too, and that once it settles I'll probably want to vacuum -- they were very right. At the very end, they showed me how much dirt/dust/garbage they pulled out of the vents and it was definitely worth having them cleaned! We also noticed improved airflow into the older part of our house after the cleaning, at at the ends of the longer duct runs.

It was so so. The main thing we were after was to have the dryer vent cleaned out and they didn't have the proper equipment. They had to come back and the didn't have a long enough hose. They were here about 3 or 4 weeks ago and they didn't charge me anything other than the cost of the deal. We weren't aware of any problems with our dryer but they put some sort of cleaner in the washer and ran some sort of cycle. They achieved their job mostly but they were not able to reach all the way into the dryer.

The experience was great from the beginning to the end. Great response time in calling me back to explain the details of the servivce, booking of the appointmnet, and keep in touch and updated me immediately when they were running a bit late. The service people provided in detail what they were going to do and how it was done and what to do afterwards. They also showed me the results of the cleaning. They cleaned up after them selves and put everything back as it was before their arrival. The whole team was professional, knowledgable, and good communicators. Great job!

We have had AAA out multiple times and every contact with them has been very professional and friendly. They have always been prompt at returning our calls and flexible with appointment times. Each time they have been to our home they have been able to give us an immediate quote for parts and service and fix our issues quickly while onsite. When our dishwasher was not working they were honest that it would be in our best interest to purchase a new one rather than doing costly repairs on an old machine. I also love that they are a husband and wife team. As my husband is generally not home when they come it makes me much more comfortable having another woman there and they work great as a team.

Two guys came on time and were respectful of our new hard wood floors by taking off their shoes. They moved quickly to address the issues with the washer and dryer. They worked with the dryer first, cleaning out the dust and shorting the flexable hoes connecting the dryer to the outside vent. Then they went outside and cleaning out the vent, which had not been cleaned out in 13 years. They did less then a steller job capturing the vent dust and disposing of it. left some of it in the flower beds. Then then moved on to the washer where they cleaned it out and checked out the inside. The other guy worked on the refrigator cleaning out the dusht underneath and behind it. Again he did less then a perfect job wiping up he dust from the floor. They were here about 30 minutes.

They were very dirty and we have seen vast improvement in the level of dust in our home.

My window of service was from 9 am - 11 am. They called me at 8:50 am and said they were about 20 mintues out. They arrived at 9:10 am and introduced themselves and started on the dryer vent pipe in utility room. Once that was done they went outside and finished the job. It only took about 30 minutes or less and they did a great job.

The work was completed to expectations, and at the scheduled time. The washer was beginning to have a musty, moldy odor, and the dryer vent hadn't been cleaned out in several years. The results, and performance of both units were great.

It worked out very well. They were great and they did a really nice job.

They evaluated the issue quickly, ordered a part, told me when it would arrive, how much it would cost and when they would install it.

The workers were punctual, respectful and quite tidy. They not only cleaned the dryer vent and pipe, they also removed the front of the dryer and cleaned around the inside, after I told them that the previous owner had a long-haired dog and that I had spent a lot of time removing dog hair throughout the rest of the house. They did their job and made great suggestions. I'd like to have them back to do more work in the future.
