My furnace ductwork were cleaned using high pressure air and a large truck mounted vacuum. After the cleaning I noticed an odor, that I had been trying to find, was gone. The other immediate plus was much less dust.

WORKERS WERE PUNCTUAL, CLEAN, RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.

Everything went well. Dan and Max did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently - even patiently answering my many questions about furnaces, ducting and furnace cleaning as their worked progressed. They cleaned up after themselves when they finished.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked fine. I was expecting more, but I guess they just cleaned the water heater. I thought they flushed the water heater, but I guess they don't do it. The price was okay.

The gentlemen that clean out my air ducts we pleasant, respectful and did a great job. They explained what and why they were doing something. I signed up for yearly maintenance checks for my furnace and air conditioner. I was very pleased with her work.

They were late getting here but got right to work and did a great job. We are now using our fireplace again!

The two techs that came to our home were both friendly and professional. They did the jeb they told us they would do in a timely manner. They cleaned and inspected both the refrigertor and the dish washer. I was having some trouble with the frig and made an appointment for the repair service.

Used this service to get my home ready for sale. Had to order a part after initial "cleaning", returned after a few weeks and installed the part.

Cleaned and checked fireplaces. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and did a good job. Their prices are a bit on the high side without a coupon. The only other suggestion - reminder calls the day before. Due to the coupon deal, they were booked a few weeks in advance, so a reminder call would have been good.

They did a good job of cleaning vents, even finding one air return that previous cleaners had never opened up and cleaned. They also noticed debris in chimney flue due to missing flue cap. Brought this to my attention so that I could pursue getting it replaced.

It was very good. I definitely would use them again.

Was a great experience overall, from scheduling the work thru completion of the job. There was a little bit of clean up I had to do when they were done but it was minimal given the amount of junk they took out of our ducts. They had detailed instructions on what to do before they arrived. They did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. I didn't spend any additional. It went very quickly and cleanly. It was a good job well done.

The company contacted me right away and unfortunately they couldn’t schedule when I wanted so they offered me a refund. I was pleased with quick reply.

John showed up early in the two hour block I was slated (between 12:00 and 2:00 PM). After explaining the problem and what I'd done to troubleshoot it myself, he went to work getting into the dryer to inspect it. After taking the dryer apart and removing the drum, he determined that two coils needed to be replaced in the unit. The parts were inexpensive and he had them on-hand. Once replaced, he reassembled the unit and tested it. It was working perfectly. Throughout the repair, John was explaining what he was looking at and what he was doing, which is huge for me because I like to learn and understand the process. I offered a second pair of hands to make getting at things easier, which he accepted gladly. Great service, punctuality, and price. All around a win.

It went really well. It was the best deal available. He also educated me on the washer and let me know that the motor on the washer was about to fail, but had not failed yet; I really appreciated his honesty in the matter.

The technician was on time, very personable, and described what he did and gave me an evaluation of the condition of the water heater. He also made some recommendations regarding some of the faucets/valves on the water heater hook-up plumbing. I haven't gotten around to scheduling that work yet, but I will definitely use this company to do that and some other plumbing work that I am planning to have done.

I called on Oct 28th and wanted cleaning before we moved in. At first there was nothing available until the first week of December. When I explained that the house was empty and we really wanted a cleaning before moving everything in, they found a spot for us the coming weekend!! That was amazing! The guys showed up early - which was great! They called ahead to let me know and I met them at the house. They were professional and efficient. They quickly went to work and even took time to explain what they were doing and how things worked on our furnace. We learned some things and they were so pleasant! We would hire these guys and this company again in a heartbeat! Thanks!!!

This is the second time we have used AAA Anderson's for duct cleaning. They are fantastic! When they came the first time, they showed us that another company (which shall go unnamed) we had used in the past had MISSED an entire trunk line! These guys are great -- we wouldn't go anywhere else.

work was fine except that when he use an air hose on the ducts which was fine but there was a find dust and white particles around 2/3s of the ducts in the house. A hand vac would have left the house the way he had found it.

Angie's List Big Deal - they contacted me promptly to set up appointment. Work was done beyond my expectations. Cleaned out some very dirty ductwork that we were left with when we purchased our house. So much nicer now. Will use this company again.
