It was wonderful. The technician was wonderful and it was great. They were prompt, the guy was knowledgeable, he did an excellent job. The customer service setting the appointments, the woman I talked to, everything was great and I couldn't speak more pleased.

They were good; they were fine. I thought that they did a nice job. They were friendly enough. I haven’t priced it and I don’t have any knowledge of the price for the job. I haven’t looked in the vents and so I don’t know if they are clean.

AAA arrived on time and were very professional. Our gas fireplace had been smelling when turned on (I don't think it had been used in a long time) and AAA came out to clean it and do general maintenance. Works great now.

Duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning.

I purchased a service to clean my gas fireplace and they cleaned the exhaust vent for the furnace and the dryer vent. The person was very knowledgeable and professional.

We'll have them back every couple years for maintenance.

The work was very routine and everything went well except for two things. We chose them to do our work because we got a price break from Angie's List. So did a lot of other people so when we contacted them to arrange a date for them to do the work they were overwhelmed with all of the requests for service and couldn't even return our phone calls for the first few days. The other problem was that they are almost 50 miles away and were reluctant to come do the work unless they had at least one other call in the area. This was not unreasonable, especially because of all the calls for service they were getting, but it took them a while to come out and do the work. Next time we will choose somebody closer.

They were outstanding. He was clean and efficient. My fireplace looked great. He explained the different fan controls and what they do. He was very informative. The scheduling was fine. I thought the price for the deal was very reasonable. The guy that cleaned the fireplace was great and I didn’t have any problems or issues at all.

Everything went great and we didn’t have any complaints with it. We were happy to have what we got. They were efficient and didn’t leave a mess. They came when they said they would come. They were friendly and professional. They were careful and courteous.

I was not impressed at all with the duct cleaning. They didn’t even take the vents off to clean even though I was instructed to make sure they were removable, and to break any paint seals if necessary. The sanitizing was a spray bottle through the vent. All he did was use an air hose at each duct that didn’t thoroughly clean the ducts. The sanitizing and cleaning was not at all what I expected. The service tech was a nice, friendly guy, but the cleaning was awful.

They were just fine and I was very satisfied.

They cleaned the dryer vents for us and that went fine. Just one cleaner came out and he stayed for about an hour. That was the first time we had used them and we would use them again in the future.

Arrived early. They were very polite. It went very well and they did a very good job. The price was reasonable. He was willing to do a little extra.

The service was great. My initial call was returned promptly and scheduling was a breeze. The appointment was scheduled within a day or two of calling. The service person arrived within the indicated timeframe and was able to repair the dryer immediately.

They cleaned my air ducts and they did very quick work. I have had this done at another location awhile back and it took much longer to do this work. I am wondering if they missed something or were just that efficient.

Jesse and his partner were timely and helpful. They did not hard sell the dryer vent just asked how dryer was doing. As they were at our house it was 50 well spent bucks. They also understood we have pets so accounted for that when they were in and out.

Respectful, efficient and clean service experience. We will definitely call this company again.

They cleaned the chimney, but did not conduct a camera inspection. The chimney presumably was in a very clean condition, but we wanted to have it cleaned since we had just purchased the home and wanted to have it cleaned/reviewed before use. They went over how to use the fireplace for our benefit which was helpful. They are hard to get in touch with (had to leave a message each time) which I suspect is due to popularity of their amazon local coupon. It was a great deal for $50.

They cleaned out my fireplace, shined it up and left. Very satisfied with the service and the serviceman. |
